    The answering customer service has always impressed me. Always friendly and courteous. They treat you as if you are the one and only customer they assist.The same goes to all technicians that have appeared to handle whatever the situation is.     Mackey Services put us on their schedule quickly when our AC blower went out. The technician was very kind and informative. The part came in the following day and he returned the next day to complete the installation. It was a very smooth and quick repair. We are very pleased with their service from the assistant that took our call to the serviceman completing the job. I highly recommend Mackey Services.

    Had a great experience with Mackey Services. When I needed to replace an aging A/C system, they provided several options with varying costs and benefits, and clearly explained each one.I solicited three quotes, and while Mackey wasnt the absolute cheapest, I do feel like they have the best value for their price.The work was completed one-time and with the expected quality.An electronic component had a failure the next day (a problem of manufactured, not installation) and Mackey was able to get a replacement installed within a couple of hours.A new A/C system is a large investment that should last the next couple of decades, and the folks at Mackey helped make it all easier for me. Much appreciated!

    I replaced my entire 25 year old A/C system and ducting. Mackeys personnel from the sales rep to the technicians did a fantastic and quick job. The techs arrived on time and completed the job on the same day. After clean up they made sure I had no questions before leaving. I spent a week from the day of the quote to enjoying my new cool and clean air. I can 100% recommend Mackey Services.

    Jason Richey from Mackey Services did a great job doing our winter maintenance. He replaced the 2 capacitors for both our upstairs and downstairs heating systems that were wearing down. He was very efficient, professional and seemed to be very experienced!

    I left a previous review but before I could add to the review it sent. So Mackey sent Jason out and he did an awesome job! He was thorough and explained every step of the situation. He was quick to call back to the supply department and see if the part he needed was in. He ran back got it and installed the board unfortunately I had additional problems but Mackey was able to find the blow motor I needed and had in the next day! Jason twisted my arm (just kidding) and got me to sign up for the Scheduled Care Program! It gave a discount on the service being provided and I would consider better than a competitor that I used in March.. Thank you Jason for your professional attitude and honesty. Thank Mackey Services for getting my A/C up and running!

    My ac went out and I called them at the last minute. They expedited a technician over for a diagnostic. He was through, informative and very professional. The other AC people werent good at all and very unprofessional. They tried to upcharge me three times the amount that they initially quoted me. But I will recommend Mackey services for all of your AC needs.

    Robert Ross was excellent. It was a difficult diagnostic situation with our outdoor landscape lighting and timer. He figured it out and fix the problem. The price was also very reasonable.

    Joe was Great! from start to finish! He knows his line of work well. Knowledgeable about our model of AC, and was fast to identify the problem, and part needed was on the truck. He is professional, kind, respectful, informative, and helpful.He did all what he said he would, and cleaned up afterward. He went over items we may need 3 or 4 years down the road to consider, and of optional items that I wasnt aware of, that was good to know. No pressure, it was nice!Side Note: Our first contact with Mackey Co. was Amanda in the Office, She was amazing as well! Excellent customer service, so friendly and had our account and appointment all setup in minutes.Great first impressions for this business. This is the company we choose for our AC maintenance!

    Mackey services really came through for me this past weekend. Our AC crapped out on Friday afternoon. I called Mackey services and they sent a tech (Josh) within an hour or so. After discussing a few equipment options for the replacement we were place on the schedule for the very next day. Josh was great!Mackey’s install team (Omar) showed up in the morning (on a Saturday) and were very professional and friendly. They finished up with the install in a few hours and we had cold air.I highly recommend Mackey for anything. I’ve only used them for my AC service but they were so professional I won’t be hesitating to call them for anything else they can help with whenever something breaks.

    I had an amazing experience with this HVAC company. We’ve had problems for years with a new build house AC system. Original Installer could not fix the problem (literally came out 5-7 times over a 2 year period) where Mackey came out and diagnosed issue in one visit. Josh, the technician that came out, was only supposed to be here for one hour and stayed for more than four hours Until he figured out exactly what the problem was…no this didn’t cost me more. Definitely recommend Mackey and Josh gets a 10++++!!!!!

    Mackey provided excellent service for A/C repairs that were covered under my Lennox manufacturer’s warranty. Marvin was outstanding, coming out on a Saturday to perform the compressor replacement when Mackey’s parts team determined that the part wouldnt arrive in time to complete repairs during their normal working hours on Friday. He showed up on time, kept us informed, and finished the job. We couldnt ask for anything more. The Mackey team has earned our business.

    Great service. They found hidden defects in our system. We recently replaced our roof. Unbeknownst to us, the roofers had not reconnected the exhaust from our furnace to the exit pipes in the roof.Thankfully Heath from Mackey noticed (as part of our biannual inspection). He reconnected the exhaust, making our HVAC much safer to live aroundI will sleep better tonight, knowing that carbon monoxide will be going out of the roof — instead of collecting in it to seep down into our house and be inhaled by my children at night as they sleep

    BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Omar was our technician. Within 30 minutes he had my a/c working. The previous company stated that I needed a complete system and would get back to me with an install date. A very hot & humid week passed and still no response on when I could get someone out. I called Mackey Services on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend and was scheduled for the next day (Saturday). Around 11:30 AM Omar called to let us know he was on the way and showed up promptly. He assessed the problem immediately. Within 30 minutes my house was cooling properly again with the same unit I was told would not cool. He attached a wire that came undone and corrected a blown fuse. Then proceeded to make sure there were no further problems inside and out. He never tried to upsell me something I did not need. He explained my system to me and listened to questions I had. He left the area cleaner than it was before.All this and still under $100.00I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MACKEY SERVICES AND THANK YOU FOR HIRING HONEST AND CAPABLE EMPLOYEES.

    We are so impressed. Mackey Services sent someone to assess our unit the same day I called. They evaluated and gave us a quote which was in line with our expectations and under another quote by $2k. The crew was professional and did quality work. They leveled and lifted and added tie downs and tie ups. Everything was done neatly and well . We were worried about not being able to get warm with the approaching freeze. This new thing is working, maybe a little too good, because Im feeling a little warm and need to adjust the thermostat now. 😂 I highly recommend this company for HVAC work.

    I purchased my HVAC about 10 years ago from Mackey Mechanical Services after consulting different HVAC businesses in the League City area.They have provided outstanding service throughout the years with spring and fall check ups to keep my unit in good shape. Every employee from those handling appointments or questions to each and every service person that comes to my home has been exceedingly polite, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The one or two times that I have had a concern, they were at my house within a surprisingly short time. They are quick to diagnosis the problem and offer a reasonable solution. I have also used this business for minor electrical services, and I’m very grateful they offer this additional help if needed. I highly recommend this business as they are definitely dedicated to serving homeowners in this area.

    Ive relied on Mackey Mechanical for years. They kept my ancient (>25 yrs) HVAC working for over a decade until it gave up the ghost last summer. I did have to do my due diligence for myself and had four other companies bid for the job. Mackeys price for a new unit (inside and out) was not only the best price, it was for the best unit. However, what is possibly most important is their 10 YEAR warranty on PARTS & LABOR. No other company even came close; the next best was 5 years on parts ONLY. From the initial call to their amazing office personnel, to speaking directly with the owner multiple times, they were understanding of our predicament in August heat, and agreed with my choice to shop around. Turn around from the call to installation was three days... amazing. Today, Mike Mackey Jr. arrived on time, was very professional, calm, explained everything clearly, and was patient with my questions. (He found that rodents had gotten in my attic and chewed through some of the ducts.) Although the work to repair the ducts will occur in a few days, he spent a great deal of time correcting what he could, to make us more comfortable in the meantime.
