Owner was professional and gave us a realistic timeline on a start date as well as construction timeline.Crew was amazing. They were friendly, professional, on time, and responsive. Their work was excellent.No project goes 100 percent as planned, but Michael and his team were very proactive in finding solutions.Our project included: new kitchen, added electrical panel, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, new pantry, new light fixtures, ceiling fan, replacement of wood burning fireplace to electric fireplace, hardwood floor installation, and new (not pre-existing) interior door installations.We could not have had a better remodel experience!

My house has been working flawlessly since the upgrade of insulation, air sealing, duct work redesign and windows. Sits perfectly at 78 no issues with the extremely hot weather we have had. Before we did the work I could not get my house below 80 degrees with the extreme temps. My room stays cool now with the new additional return air and my sons asthma has gotten better. We recommend Next Level Home Performance for anyone looking for true energy efficiency experts!

Mike and his team were great to work with! Very professional and nice, thorough work. Good communication and excellent follow-through. Great at explaining details and addressing our concerns. Stayed within budget, got us the best rebates possible, and worked with us on additional requests and how to keep the prices low for those new items added after signing the contract. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade equipment and building materials in their house to make it more energy efficient.
