I was getting quotes, and I liked that the business owner came out when I called Smits, and not a sales person or estimator. Tim knows his stuff, and was patient and thorough while he was at our house. We hired Smits to update our 45 year old system, but it wasnt cooling the house on hot days. We contacted Tim about the problem. Tim didnt try to shift blame or stall around. He was only concerned with a solution, and at the end of the day we have a very comfortable living space. Highly Recommend!

This is the second HVAC system I have had Smit’s install for me. Most recently I had a heat pump split system installed. Tim came out and provided estimates for three system configurations. Installation was scheduled without incident. Work began with a site visit by Austin the day before scheduled installation. Austin, Dylan and Adrian all showed on time and had the unit installed within 4 hours. Overall a great experience. Excellent crew who left the place cleaner than when they arrived. System works beautifully. I would highly recommend Smit’s if you are in need of an HVAC system.

My air conditioning stopped cooling during a heat wave, and I was repeatedly being told that the problem couldnt be found and I would just have to buy a new $16,000 system.But my gut kept telling me that the issue had to be a repair or a blockage problem. Then I called Smits, and they suspected the same thing, which turned out to be a common problem.Jack came out, explained every step, and quickly found what was wrong. I cant thank him enough. We were saved from suffering through more heat, and the stress of trying to figure out what to do and whom to trust.My older a/c system still functions pretty well, and I know now that I wont have to replace it for a while. But when I do, it will be through Smits, an hvac company you can trust.

Smits Solar Heating & Air is the best! I just had my HVAC replaced and from the original service call to completion of a new system was the BEST service I have EVER had. Everyone at this company is very courteous, helpful, professional and very very wonderful to work with. They were very punctual and delivered exactly what they promised. Although I was without ac for 2 days, they made sure I was very comfortable with a portable ac and completed the job in the time that was promised. They were also very kind to my two animals. I will be a forever customer and highly recommend them for the services they offer!!!!!!!

Our experience with Smits in recently replacing our 25 year old furnace was excellent all around. Pricing was very reasonable, the new furnace and wi-fi equipped thermostat are a perfect fit for our residence, the job was done in a very timely manner, and the crew that did the installation was very conscientious and great to work with. Kudos to the entire Smits team, they did a great job and we would not hesitate to consider using them again in the future.

Its Breaking Air Conditioner Time so we had to wait a week, or so, but Austin diagnosed perfectly and we had a new blower within a day or so. No muss, no fuss, no up-selling (which is why I left the previous company.) And everything went well.
