We had a leaky toilet and another toilet with a sealing issue. Dinny from Right Away Plumbing came within a few hours of my call and quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us. He was personable and thorough, making sure I understood the problem and the steps he was taking to resolve the issue. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me either—he was straight forward and a seasoned professional from start to finish. I so appreciate Dinny’s work and having functioning toilets again!

After knee surgery I was experiencing some discomfort and came into the office without an appointment. The young lady at the front desk helped me right away and got someone to take a look at my knee. Within couple minutes the doctor came in and also examined me. Thankfully everything checked out and I was on my way.

I called Right Away Plumbing to assess a shower leak. Scheduling was easy and I got an appointment the next day. Jorge and Anthony showed up promptly and they were extremely nice and professional. I was impressed with Jorges knowledge and expertise. I needed new parts, so they had to come back. After they left, Jorge communicated with me about my options for parts and was responsive about setting up a time to finish the job. When I received the parts, they came back right away and completed the work. I could tell Jorge really cared about getting the install done correctly. The service I experienced from Right Away Plumbing was great and I would highly recommend their services. After Home Depot failed to properly install my washer and dryer and caused damage while attempting to install the washer and dryer several times, I called Right Away Plumbing. George and Anthony came out the next morning, repaired the damages Home Depot caused and properly installed my washer and dryer. They took detailed pictures of the before / after results and provided an invoice via email while at my condo. They even took a look at my leaky sink for free. George and Anthony were true professionals. I wish I would have called these guys the first time around.

Edwin did a great job and put in a lot of effort dealing with the insurance company and the property managers to expedite this. Edwin kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jorge and his associate did a very professional and efficient job.

Water everywhere on the floors, I called this company on a Saturday night and wow were they able to get to my home Immediately! Prices were much less than other competitors like Roto rooter, ABC Plumbing and Rocket Plumbing! I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial if we experience another issue! The Right Away team worked with me to get here promptly, rearranged their schedule to accommodate mine, and came immediately to avoid Cubs traffic.
