    M and Sons recently completed 3 projects at my house and we are very happy.I needed a leveled crushed stone pad in my back yard for a hot tub and they did it quickly and affordably.While at the house they mentioned they do remodeling. I asked them to quote a redo of my basement office. I met Al at Menards, bought the equipment and Al made a beautiful install, the picture is included. He charged a very fair flat rate for labor. It was an easy decision and I am happy with the result.My wife caught wind of me installing a hot tub and fixing my office and requested re grouting large portions of 3 bathrooms. We had previously received estimates that made me wonder if they were re grouting the bathrooms or rehabbing because the price was equal to a Saturday car. Once again, I bought the material and M and Sons did the labor at a very reasonable cost. While at the house there were light bulbs stuck in fixtures that needed to be removed, rusty returns that were out of my reach that they replaced and more scope creep that occurred while I away. All were added to the bill at very reasonable prices.I am very happy and have already asked them to return next week for another small project.Finding tradesmen that show up relatively on time, complete jobs, charge reasonable rates, are enjoyable to have in the house, and generally know what they are doing is almost impossible. M and Sons have exceeded my expectations on 3 projects and are now my guys to do whatever needs to be done.

    I had tried many other options for a bathroom remodeling but no one would touch my old shower because they had never seen it before. M and Sons were the only one who would take the challenge on and not charge me 20k+ like Kohler. They were able to build out my design and make additions along the way as well. They handled all the work from beginning to end. Quality work and so happy with my new bathroom.

    Had a great experience with Al and the team. Hired them to renovate my condominium in River North before putting on the market. They did an outstanding job on the bathroom; tore it down and retiled it and added new accessories throughout. They removed the popcorn ceilings, painted the whole place and buffed + polished the hardwood floors. It was easy dealing with them and they were very thorough with their work. The place looks great. Highly recommend them!

    Al & his team did an outstanding job. On very short notice, they were onsite the next day. They worked hard all day and knocked out a tough landscaping project. They stayed longer than necessary to make sure everything was good. They did more than they committed to doing. Gave them the biggest tips Ive ever given anyone. They had a great attitude. Everything I asked them, the answer was Yes. Highly recommended. Thank you M & Sons.

    Hired the team for a total gut of our bathroom. The original bathroom was built in 1950s and it’s a very very small bathroom with many underlying issues that you don’t see on the surface.The team managed to fix the issues and worked well with us regarding how we wanted the new bathroom to look like. We love our bathroom now. We got new window, new wall shelving, floating vanity, etc. We love love our new small bathroom.It took a lot longer than anticipated but it was understandable since there were a lot of new issues that came up during the remodeling.We look forward to working with them again for our 2nd bathroom remodeling and whole kitchen remodeling next summer. Highly recommend them.

    We developed a water bubble in between the original tub and liner. So we called M & Sons Remodeling. Almir was quick to come by and give us an estimate. He also got us on the schedule for a whole shower remodel. He is very informative throughout the whole process. Always checking in and making sure we are all on the same page. The shower was gutted and new piping was installed.We are very happy with his work and will be calling him back for future projects.

    Amazing attention to detail. My fireplace mantle and tiles perfect. He has also painted my entire first floor living spaces; 1000 square feet of our house. . Almir and his team exceed with their work, time and professional demeanor.

    Great company. I used them for 2 very different jobs and had great results. They were fast, communicated at every step, and were reasonably priced. The first was a dry wall replacement and paintings after a tree hit our house. The second was adding insulation to the attic. I would highly recommend them.

    I have plaster walls and the high traffic corners are constantly taking a beating from kids, pets, laundry baskets, etc. I didn’t think anything could be done to “fix” the problem. M & Son’s repaired 6 corners on the plaster walls with wood trim, painted, glued & nailed to the corners.High quality work - no more chipping on the walls! Small job but excellent work done. I highly recommend M & Sons!

    Almir and his crew saved the day for me my hot water tank started to leak on Saturday right before Christmas and then the worst was when the injector pump failed as well and flooded my basementI called M and Sons remodeling to come help with this big problem almir and his crew should up in 1 hour with big machines his crew started to clean the water back up the other guys started to take apart the tank and pump they got all the parts fast they cleaned up everything and changed all the parts within of 6 hours and the whole job was completed like it never happen I didn’t know what to do but M and Sons Remodeling saved the day and I still enjoyed my ChristmasI would recommend them for any kind of job they came with nice trucks all in uniforms they were all clean and the best part they had shoe cover on the whole time so my 1 st floor never got dirtyThanks guys hope to work with guys soon on my flooring
