    Our technician Juan came out and did a camera inspection and jet out our main drain. He was very courteous, and very informative. He made sure I understood everything I had going on and gave the video to me on a thumb drive. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Jose Ventura has provided excellent services for our vehicles. Explained to us how to properly use our vehicles in the winter and how to prevent freezing. Provided tips on ways to properly use motorhome. Manually assist flushing vehicle and has excellent customer service.

    FOR ANYONE WITH A SEPTIC SYSTEM:I want to recommend Wind River Environmental, and specifically their representative Tito. Today was the first time Ive used their services, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Their process is not just pumping the pit, but checking the whole system visually and documenting their work with photos (if you choose to see, which I also recommend...its very informative). Tito went the extra mile to get the rust off of the bolts holding the tank cover and coating them with WD40, rinsing down the filters and walls within the tanks to loosen any stuck debris (papers, wipes) and sweeping it into a corner where it could be pumped out, rinsing off the grass surrounding the tanks, rinsing off the driveway around his truck ... and all with the most pleasant and sincere demeanor. I will be using this company from now on, and will ALWAYS ask for Tito ... as should you if you want a thorough and proper septic maintenance service. That is all...end of positive rant - lol!

    I recently had a plumbing issue at my home in the Philadelphia area. I contacted the Wind River Environmental team and they sent one of the best service technicians I have ever worked with. His name is Scott. Scott was exceptionally knowledgeable of the plumbing infrastructure. First he removed a large clump of flushable wipes then replaced a section of rotted pipe. Scott was so professional, he was very respectful of my home and left the work area clean when he was finished. I would recommend Scott for any and all plumbing jobs if you need scheduled work or you have an emergency, like me! Thank you Scott and the Ops Manager at Wind River Charlie. Amazing customer experience and amazing team!!! Thank you!
