James Ortiz from Harris Plumbing, Heating and Electric, installed a new and updated electrical panel and dedicated lines for several new appliances in my kitchen. He was very personable and professional, and performed all work needed in accordance with the estimate previously given, even though unanticipated conditions required significant additional time was needed to complete the job, at no extra cost to me. This was one of the best experiences I have had since moving to NJ. The price was reasonable. Phil was great! The service team was “The Best”. From the delivery guy to the installation team. Dalton was the 1st to greet me, followed by Cam and Tony. They were pleasant, polite and ready to get started. Dalton explained the process for me. Cam was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. At times I directed questions to each person. They were knowledgeable and I knew I was in great hands. Tony, Cam and Dalton worked well as a team. Their knowledge and skills was a real asset to this little job. I can’t say enough, about these guys. IMPRESSIVE! If I was I needed this kind of skilled labor, I would hire them. I am so glad that Harris Electric completed installation for me and gave an honest assessment after another company tried to fleece me. I was told I needed a replacement breaker box, in fairly new house. I was nervous, i didnt know if the builders had cut corners. When Harris responded to my text, they scheduled the next day, was there prompt in the morning to assess. He was prepared, even down to the boot covers! I was told that the box was in great condition and there was no need for replacement. So since he was there , i asked if he would put in two outlets in the basement and it looked as of they came with the house. I planned to keep them in my phone for my other remodeling projects!

Lance and Cam are definitely the best technicians of any field that I have allowed into my home. Their professionalism and technical expertise allowed me to have peace of mine throughout the entire process of replacing my both my high efficiency HVAC system (Air conditioner and Furnace) as well as my high efficiency water heater. They were both very knowledgeable and took the time out to answer any questions I had about the systems being installed. If I could give them more STARS I would. All in all, the Harris Co has met my every need and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who is looking to upgrade their system with an hassle free experience.

I just moved into a new home and Ive used Harris a little more than my credit card would like. However, its worth the quality and outstanding service. It was a real pleasure to have Kevin L on the project. True professional that took the time to ensure my home was safe and comfortable. With a wealth of knowledge and care he took the time to explain the work that needed to be accomplished in detail ensuring there werent any unanswered questions. We are certainly looking forward to his return on some other projects.

I needed an emergency visit to get my furnace back online and the whole experience with Harris was great! They answered my call quickly and were very friendly and assured me someone would come today to look at it. Within 2 hour I got a call that someone was coming. Ryan was my technician and he was wonderful! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about my system. He figured out the problem while also doing basic maintenance checks to make sure everything else was okay. He explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong. He had to leave to get a part to replace and once he returned, he quickly made the replacement and showed me that it works while also answer all of the questions I had. I would definitely use Harris again and I’m glad to have signed up for their service to have my AC checked in the spring and my furnace inspected next fall so that I can be confident everything works well going into the season! Overall I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend choosing them if you find yourself in need of heating/AC repair.

While the experience of discovering both a burst pipe and a leaking main water line (and mold!) within our very first week of moving into our house from out of state has been a nightmare, to say the least, our experience with Harris has been nothing but good. Corey Frenzel in particular has been such a pleasure to work with; we immediately felt at ease that he really knew his stuff and was there to help us get through this daunting process as new homeowners. We are completely out of our depth with all of this, but Corey came across right away as very sincere in his expertise, as well as his genuine kindness and level of concern. His experience and confidence in what he was doing injected some sense of peace back into our home. Our team of plumbers - including Corey, Shawn Gallagher, and another kind and knowledgeable young gentleman whose name unfortunately I missed, were very thorough and returned to our upturned home multiple times over the course of 4 work days to ensure the job was completed to their high standards and their/ our satisfaction. It was a large job and a significant undertaking, they put in a ton of work, and we are so grateful! We would definitely recommend Harris to anyone looking for a certified and reliable plumber! We ourselves signed up for the maintenance package, and will be return customers for certain outside of that thanks to Corey and our team’s diligence and care. We have a long road ahead of us with mold remediation and whatnot, but knowing Harris took care of our whole home’s repiping and will be there for us to do the work in the next stage of our home reno is the one thing we feel alright about!

Had some luck with the timing 9/23/24 on a Navien 120 Btu gas combi conversion project from a 1995 oil boiler with an even older oil storage tank.Harris stepped up and completed the job in a day & half.Adam Cornette and all the men from the Salem, NJ location were skillful and a pleasure to interact with.As an older gentleman, I have to get use to the modern Pro Press copper piping connections, my only concerns on the project!

Had a fantastic experience with Harris plumbing, especially because of the plumber they sent out, Greg Stewart. He not only worked quickly to identify the problem but he also looked to the most cost effective solutions first and exhausted those options first before moving on to the more costly solutions. He also was very patient in answering all the questions my wife and I had, and gave us some great recommendations for maintenence after fixing the plumbing issue we were having. Would highly recommend largely because of Gregs expertise and genuine care to help people.

I had a very good experience with Harris. I called and they were able to send someone out the same day. Kyle F. was my service tech. He was thorough in explaining the process and items I needed. He offered me different options for plans and warranties, without pushing me towards any specific one. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He helped make a stressful situation less daunting and managed to uninstall my old water heater and install all within a few hours. If you don’t use Harris Plumbing you’re making a huge mistake. Called them because the hot water needed to be replaced and by mid-afternoon the next day the job was complete. Matt F. And Bryan were awesome. Matt walked me through all of the options and gave some very good recommendations. They even cleaned up the sub-par job left by the person who replaced the last water heater. Both Matt and Bryan were very personable and very knowledgeable and O couldn’t be happier. Please do yourself a favor and if you have any plumbing needs please call Harris plumbing.

Harris came out for an urgent issue and I am EXTREMELY happy I chose to go with them. Greg Stewart was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly assessed the situation, explained it in detail, resolved it, provided me with a lot of information of how I can prevent it from happening again, and scheduled for someone else to come out with a camera to inspect the sewage line to determine if there are any other potential issues. I received all of this assistance with a cost MUCH lower than I had anticipated. Greg is amazing at what he does, and its clear that he really enjoys helping people!We will absolutely go with Harris (and request Greg specifically) if we ever need assistance again. With so many options out there, its stressful to find a safe, reliable, and honest option, but if you choose Harris then I guarantee youll be happy!

Exceptional. Wayne Simpkins, my plumbing technician, repaired my leaky toilet and adjusted the hot/cold water mixer in my master bedroom shower. He also conducted a whole house plumbing inspection and reported all the results to me. Wayne was timely on arrival, comprehensive and professional in his explanations of what work needed to be done and made clear and understandable recommendations of work that might be necessary in the future that I should anticipate. He was also very personable and efficient in his work. I would highly recommend him and Harris plumbing for all of the services they offer without hesitation.

He walked into a difficult problem and kept reassuring me he would find the direct short, that he had a process. I wanted to say what a consummate professional Patrick was during the whole time he was working on our house. He originally came out to replace our main bathroom light fixture. My electricity had a lightning strike and James Ortiz was sent to assess the damage and make the repairs. He went above and beyond. He not only replaced our panels and combined it into a proper box but thoroughly went through the house and made sure each and every outlet and switch (devices) were replaced and working properly. He explained each and every step of everything he was doing. He also did his best to keep power available for my son who is autistic. On a scale of 1-5 he is a 10+. I highly recommend him and Harris.

Kregg Saddler, plumber, came out to check on a few things for us regarding our kitchen and bathrooms sinks. He was very quick, thorough, and efficient. He made sure there were no leaks and provided recommendations to avoid future drain clogs. Kregg was friendly and explained everything well, and he was super sweet and patient with our dog who is nervous around strangers.I look forward to working with Kregg again for any future plumbing needs.

Scott was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had had another electrician work on the problem for 4 hrs, to no avail, and the one solution he proposed would have done a lot of damage to chair rail and bead board. In the same amount of time, Scott diagnosed and fixed the problem, plus 2 more. I was thrilled to have everything working again. He cleaned up his mess and barely left a mark where he had to fish new wire through to reconnect a circuit. Very happy.

What a great experience with Harris! We had a 17 year old struggling heat pump and requested a pre-season check. Nathan arrived and, not to our surprise, explained in layman terms the numerous problems the system had. The next step was scheduling Bill to discuss options and agree on a replacement price and date. The 3rd step occurred when James arrived to handle the replacement. After removing the closet door frame and fixing a small plumbing problem, the installation was completed. James also helped us with an unassociated problem he saw us struggling with.From the call to the Harris office to the final thank you, we experienced professionals with extremely high technical skills and great personalities.

I had an outstanding experience with Harris from the first call to finish of the project!I had a heater emergency and woke up to no heat on a 25 degree Sunday morning after Thanksgiving. I called for emergency service 8:30 in the morning and within 30 minutes, I got a return phone call. Within an hour from there, they sent out a repair technician. The news was not good. I needed a new heater, but within hours the consultant came out to discuss the best options. He immediately scheduled service the next day. The team came out first thing Monday morning at 8 o’clock prompt and had my system installed by mid afternoon.From repair technician John Philips to the consultant/ technician Phil Delpalazzo to installation technician Jaden Wilson and his team, this was an A++ experience all the way! They were all friendly , professional and helpful.I am now a new loyal customer and will recommend Harris to everyone.
