    We had an undifferentiated issue with our plumbing into the sprinkler system... turns out it was a ball valve issue. I reached out to Rick, and he responded quickly, arranging to come out readily.He was professional and easy to work with. Rick arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue, making sure he understood exactly what was going on before taking any steps. His thoroughness and attention to detail were impressive; he didnt rush through anything or jump to conclusions. Rick was also very transparent and explained each part of the process in a way I could easily understand, which made me feel confident in his approach.He was friendly and approachable, and you can tell he really cares about providing quality service. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and is committed to getting things done right. If you’re looking for a plumber who’s prompt, knowledgeable, and personable, I can’t recommend Rick enough!

    Great service! Knowledgeable and friendly. Rich is a true professional! He explained everything he was gonna do and offered a couple different solutions. We greatly appreciate him going over it so thoroughly with us so we could understand the solution. He respected our home and cleaned up after himself.     Rick was absolutely fantastic! Did a quality job, didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to really explain what he was going to do and things to keep in mind going forward. He also pointed out some other areas of concern to be on the lookout for but didn’t try to push them as being emergencies that needed fixing by him immediately today. Very genuine and very fair pricing (the best of the several plumbers in the area I got quotes from). He truly values not ripping people off as you can tell he is an authentic and genuine person.     I had a pipe clogged and I tried every thing I could to fix it. I called Rich and he came out the same day. Not only did he fixed the clog in no time, he went around the house with me and answered many other questions I had about the plumbing in my house.     Our washing machine recently started flooding our basement whenever it dumped water into the utility sink due to a partial clog in the drain pipe. I tried plunging and snaking it myself but I couldnt fix it, so I called in the professional. Rick was able to clear the pipe and share some maintenance tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. We can now do laundry with peace of mind again. I felt like the cost of the service was fair and I would use this service again in the future if and when the need arises.

    Let me preface this by saying I purchased my first home two years ago; it was newly renovated and I quickly learned how terrible the work was behind the scenes.Fast forward to the latest repair, I had a carbon monoxide leak that led to the fire department and gas company discovering that I had a gas leak(s). My gas was shut off and I was advised that I needed to have my gas line pressure tested to discover the leaks. I called several places, and the test was grossly overpriced or they had no availability on their schedules. During this time, I was without hot water, a dryer, and gas for my stove.I contacted Signature Plumbing and Richard came out the same day and performed the test! He discovered that the gas was leaking from the water heater pipe and a few other places. I also had holes in the venting from the water heater (a total hazard and nightmare). Richard showed me the issues and walked me through solutions, ultimately, I decided to have it all replaced because it was old and hazardous.Richard completed the job the very next day, putting an end to the week of cold showers and no stove that I had while trying to find an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced repair person. His work is very detailed and pristine. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND utilizing him for your plumbing needs. I will probably regret this review because he’ll probably get more clients and it’ll be harder to book him, however when you find someone who does good work you have to share!

    When I got the notice that my new gas range was scheduled for delivery it was the first I knew there had to be a gas cutoff behind every gas appliance. They said I needed to get a plumber to install one as they were bringing the other equipment for the installation but wouldnt even start if I didnt have the cutoff. I explained to Rick of Signature plumbing what my problem was and he assured me he would come before the range. He did. He was professional,fast , friendly and allowed for my older nerves .     Rich was at my house less than 24 hours after I called. He showed up on time, was extremely easy to talk to, and explained my issue in detail. Ultimately I ended up needing a full bathroom remodel which is a service he doesnt provide, but he was clear about that and didnt try to sell me any unnecessary services. Highly recommended!     I worked with Rich 3 times so far. Once for a shut off valve for the gas line to my dryer. The second was a leak in my bathroom cold water pipe. And finally, he just installed a new lint trap outside for my dryers exhaust. Everytime he performs a job it is at a reasonable price, and he doesnt try to rip me off. He is always on time, honest, and he does quality work. I highly recommend him to anyone.

    We bought a dishwasher through Lowes, and Signature Plumbing was the contractor to install it. Chris was our plumber, and he was impressive! He was concerned with the house, beyond the installation, like how well the drainage was done and how level everything was, he just wanted to do it all right. It mattered to him that it was done right, and yet, he did it all so quickly because he knew exactly what he was doing. Hes got a great personality, knows his stuff, cares about your home and the job, and is clearly a perfectionist in the best way. We wont be using anyone else going forward. Great work, Chris.     If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Had a clog in my sewer line which I noticed this afternoon, so I left a message not expecting to get any response until Monday (it being late on a Saturday). Received a call back saying he could come tonight if we wanted him to. Was here super fast, very thorough, and explained everything to us. Saved us a huge hassle and a literal s**t storm! Highly recommend this service for everyone!

    Tech came within the hour and was very nice. He followed codes explained the problem and used the proper parts unlike the last guy who just went to Home Depot for cheap parts. I was shocked how much cheaper they are then those guys in the orange vans and other LLCs. Their price was more than half as much for the same repair with quality parts. Will use again and refer.

Did a quality job, he was suppose to change the whole house water filter, he explained that how he can make it the right way instead of just replacing as is, he didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to really explain what he was going to do and what will be the benefits, he changed our Kitchen basin faucet and alao suggested some modifications to have separate hot water shut off valve for faucet amd dishwasher, he did that fix as well, he also changed a bathroom shutoff valve which was not working. great work with decent pricing, felt great about his work and explanation.     Chris from Signature Plumbing came to install a new toilet and vanity. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and positive. He found an issue with an old pipe and expertly problem solved it while explaining everything he was doing. We would definitely call them again if we need a plumber.

    Rick was honest, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It was refreshing to have someone with these qualities work in our home. I will recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs!! #SignaturePlumbingI never updated my review. Unfortunately the work was not done correctly and we had to have him come back and fix it. Then we used him again and the same thing happened but I had to call another plumber to fix the issue.

    Rick was amazing. He not only fixed the issue timely but walked us through the process so we understood what was happening. He showed us the issue and gave several options on how to address.
