Chose Sorensen for personal reasons, but had also heard great things about them. They did a fantastic job with my roof replacement after it was damaged by wind and hail. Misty was on top of dealing with the insurance claim and John made sure the actual work itself was done smoothly. They were done in two days and did a fantastic job. It was the first time Id dealt with a homeowners claim and it was easier than I ever expected.

Concerned about my roof condition since I was going to list the house and have had a couple hailstorms recently; I was actually happy to see Lucas ring my doorbell (definitely not the usual for me with solicitors). We chatted a little, and within a few minutes he was on my roof inspecting the possible damage. Lucas was very thorough with the inspection and reported there was no damage and that my roof was in tip top shape!If I ever need my roof replaced, I’ll be reaching out to Restoration Builders, and specifically to Lucas. He was very professional and also a very friendly person; I would definitely recommend other people to ask for him as well. It’s not often you’ll find someone who doesn’t try to force a sale on you and is honest.

Lucas was fantastic. He was highly personable and conducted and inspection of our roof and gutters for hail damage. I was shown my findings and Lucas explained there was minimal damage and he would not recommend a replacement at this time. These guys have done a great job for me and I would highly recommend them. They communicated very well, let me know what was going on, timeline, weather delays, etc. When a big wind storm came up a month after my roof was done, they came out to make sure all was still good. We had our roof replaced by Sorenson last Fall after receiving hail damage in July 2016. We have nothing but good things to say about this company and the entire process for us was seamless. They worked with our insurance company, were always here when they said they would be and finished the job in a timely manner! They even went over and above and coordinated scheduling with our solar panel company when they were nearly impossible to get hold of! All around excellent communication and customer service.. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Joshua Bird was my rep. He was on time through out the experience and did a great job explaining the process as well as the work order. Crew was fast efficient and did a great clean up job. Luke Howard of Restoration Builders knocked on our door to provide a free roof inspection due to a hail storm last year. I was a little apprehensive, but we agreed. He spent about 10 minutes up there and let me know the roof was in great shape, but there was nail popping. He then offered to go up there and take care of it for free with caulk gun in hand.He came back down and said he got it all done. He then offered to take down the de-icing cables that were intertwined with the gutters that Ive wanted down for a couple years. He also took care of that for us as well.Luke was super nice and even offered to empty our gutters, but I just didnt feel comfortable taking advantage of him. But, they do have future customers with us. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and and stewardship for his business.

Sorensen has done a number of roofs for us. The big way they are different is they have solid systems and processes in place to make everything easier. This goes from scheduling to billing and working with insurance...it reduced my involvement and workload dramatically. Also, youll get a rep to work with. Nikki was an awesome communicator and took real ownership of everything--she really made the whole thing smooth. Im happy to recommend Sorensen.

My husband and I intended to buy a house that didnt pass inspection. The roof needed to be replaced and we needed quotes immediately though it was in the middle of a winter storm with a snow packed roof. Though we were turned away or blown off by other so called reputable roofing companies, Kylie with Sorensens Roofing jumped at the opportunity to help us to get quotes to replace the roof so we could close on the house. This has been the best repair Ive ever had done. Misty worked with my wife in every aspect of the repair and all the paper work needed to get all of this done including working with the insurance company and the mortgage holder. Joe did a fantastic job getting the estimate done and checking out all the other damage this hail storm did. The crew came out and handled taking the entire roof down to the wood and had everything replaced, including clean up, all done in one day even though there was a problem with the materials that were supposed to be there the day before but showed up that day . The roof looks fantastic and I will recommend no one else except Sorensens and I will definitely be contacting them about all my other work I need done on the house and property.

Three years ago we had hail damage. Brian Sorensen came in, worked with our insurance adjuster and made sure we received the insurance money needed to get the roof replaced. They were quick and efficient in fixing our roof.I did notice the other day during a rainstorm we had a drywall wet spot. I contacted Sorensen Roofing to check this issue. Brian showed up at my door that very day (Sat) and on Monday a worker came and made a repair. Need a particular storm to test the repair, but five stars for their response time.

I called several companies, but seemed like NO was the easy answer based on my timeline. My realtor recommended that I contact Sorensen and without even hesitating they scheduled me for a roof replacement. The workers were friendly, efficient, and ensured that they cleaned up the job site everyday before leaving. The management team in the front office kept in touch throughout the process to answer my questions and make sure my needs were met. Called Sorensens for a quote on the roof and Brian Sorensen was here the following day. He actually took pictures of the rooftop to show my housemate, who owns the home, where she had damage. He said he would come and put a tarp over the damaged area the following day, today, and gave very helpful information regarding her homeowners insurance.This morning I was woke up at 8 AM sharp as Mr Sorensen was putting his ladder on the side of the house. I dont write reviews until after I receive service, however I felt very compelled to tell this experience because I feel this goes way above and beyond any customer service. Mr Sorensen doesnt even know if he has a customer yet, he hasnt even submitted a quote. I look forward to updating this review in the near future.

Luke asked if my roof had been inspected recently to check for damage from hail, I told him the roof had been replaced within the last year - he offered to climb up & take a look at no cost to me. He reported the roof was in good shape but had noticed a number of nails had popped up due to thermal expansion/contraction and applied sealant to ensure no leaks would occur…..at no cost. He was very professional & courteous and I appreciated the free repairs, I would not hesitate to contact Luke/Restoration Builders should I need any roofing work in the future.

Joshua Bird was my rep. I was reluctant in trying this again. The first company tried and was unsuccessful. But Joshua had stated that there is damage to my roof from a hail storm and that he was very confident in getting it approved. He showed me pictures of the damage from my roof and that the insurance needed to do what is written in my policy. He seemed very knowledgeable in this aspect. So I gave him a shot. He showed up on time for the adjustment and got the insurance to pay for a new roof.I truly believe with his expertise, is what got the insurance to pay for my roof. So if you need a new roof because of a storm going through. Joshua Bird is your man. I highly recommend him to get the job done. The build was done in one day and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up. I told Joshua , I didnt want my dog stepping on nails. Because of the cleanup no special trips for my dog. Amazing company from the beginning to the end.
