    Wow! Where do I start? Richard and Ivan are incredible. After the recent hailstorm in May, many of us were bombarded with various roof inspectors and companies wanting to do business. It’s important to do your research because you want to make sure you connect with a company that has a solid reputation for doing great work. Richard was referred to me by a neighbor, but like most people, I still did my due diligence, including reading reviews, checking BBB ratings and ensuring that the company was licensed.When I first met Richard, I noticed right away that I was working with someone who truly understands his craft and was extremely professional. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, did a thorough inspection of my roof, and showed me pictures of all the damage. He made what, in the past, was somewhat of a hassle into a smooth process without any hiccups. The result was a roof installed in a timely fashion, with flawless quality and professionalism from the crew.     After a hailstorm damaged most of the roofs in our neighborhood, we sat and did some research. We ended up choosing Lifetime, and were very glad that we did!     I contacted Lifetime Roof & Solar in April for assistance with an insurance claim for my roof. I had a short timeline with the insurance company but Richard Daskam was able to work with the insurance company to finish the project with no issues. All of Lifetimes employees were highly responsive and thorough, from the employees in the office to the employees repairing the roof. Lifetimes customer service is the best I have seen from a contractor. Thank you for a job well done.

    Lifetime really stands behind the roofing. There were some small blemishes to our stucco and they sent someone to make the repairs without even being asked. Thats shows pride in their work.     A neighbor referred Richard, of Lifetime Roof & Solar, when I thought I might have a hail damaged roof, after a recent hail storm. She assured me that he was respectful and fair and would not say I needed services beyond what was necessary.During my meeting with Richard, it was clear that he exceeded mine and my neighbors expectations. He clearly explained the repair process and how he would interact with my insurance company as needed.I especially appreciated how Richard engaged with my young adult grandson as he learns how to engage in adult issues. He was respectful and sought his opinion, as we reviewed options for the type and color of our roof replacement.Importantly, Richard asked questions about our plans for the house. When we shared our intention on painting our house a different color, he shared different complimentary roof colors. The time he spent with us resulted in our choosing a roof color we had not previosly considered.After installation of our new roof, we absolutely love the color.Working with Richard made the entire process manageable and far less stressful than I imagined it would be.     Richard was a pleasure to work with through the whole process and did a GREAT job! He had to come out multiple times to take pictures because our insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof despite the fact that many others in our area were getting roofs replaced from the recent hail storm. In the end he proved to them that the whole roof had damage and was able to get the entire roof covered. He stuck with us through the painful insurance process and his crew was in and out very quickly and cleaned everything up like it was before they were here. Im glad my dad recommended Richard and Lifetime Roof and Solar.

    Richard, Max, and their whole crew were beyond exceptional. We have a very old home with a very steep roof. There were loads of added layers of difficulty involved in our roof replacement and Richard and Max took it all in stride and made it all work. They focused on problem solving to get it done. The crew worked so hard and so fast. I cannot recommend them enough. They truly did a phenomenal job.

    From start to finish Lifetime went above and beyond expectations. Alex was wonderful! He patched a small area of our roof that was leaking so our home could avoid more damage while we waited for insurance to come through. He thoroughly explained the claims process and helped navigate us through it. When insurance did not approve new gutters Peter was able to straighten things out quickly. We are beyond happy with our new roof and with our experience!

    Had a great experience with Ivan Pena from the lifetime roofing team.Had a few items that needed a bit of extra time to get looking better, but Ivan saw to it that they were taken care of.Have one remaining detail that needs attention, but is not part of Ivans responsibility and the job will eventually be complete. We also had a great experience with Richard D. he followed up with the fireplace cap and he made sure we were happy with our experience.     Richard was a delight to work with and answered all of my questions.     The entire team was a great pleasure to work with and everything turned out wonderful! We needed to have our solar panels removed and re-installed, gutters replaced, and roof replaced.     In late May a thirty-minute hail storm caused enormous damage to our property and the next day attracted a horde of roofing companies to our neighborhood. After speaking with a number of them we chose to go with Anthony Perryman and Lifetime Roof and Solar. We appreciated that Anthony sat down with us and took time to explain how our insurance worked and answer all the questions about repair both on and around the house without any pressure! We also went with Lifetime Roof and Solar because we have two solar systems on the roof and they worked with those companies directly to get them removed and added an additional guarantee of the reinstallation work. Anthony went above and beyond to check in with us, walk us through the steps, get the roof replaces and even added a few extra shingles to the order so our chicken roof (which had also been damaged) could be shingled to match the house. As much as it was a bummer to have our roof damaged, it was always nice to answer the door and see Anthony. We are really glad we made the choice to work with Anthony and Lifetime Roof and Solar!

    About a month before our homeowners insurance was set to expire, we were concerned that our roof had been damaged by hail. We were afraid we couldnt get the roof inspected and a claim filed within that time. Our son found Alex at Lifetime Roof and Solar and suggested that we use them to inspect the roof. Alex came out immediately and found that our roof was in fact damaged. We are not computer savvy and Alex took care of all of the details to get the insurance claim filed. Alex was here when the insurance inspector came to inspect the roof. The insurance adjustor agreed with Alex that the roof was damaged and the insurance company paid for a new roof. We were very fortunate that Alex and Lifetime Roof and Solar helped us through the claim process and completing our new roof.

    I had Anthony come out and do an inspection on my roof. He noticed that I had class 4 shingles and mentioned that I could get a discount with my insurance. He has worked with me and my insurance company over the last 3 weeks to get the information verified and has saved me over a 1000$ a year on my insurance. He did all of this at no cost to me.     Richard Daskam was an incredible asset to our whole roofing journey. We had a lengthy battle with insurance and Richard was beyond helpful, gave us tips, emailed insurance a million pictures, checked back in with us consistently, and was a huge part of making it all happen. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always had our best interest in mind. We have had our roof replaced before, but this process was BY FAR better than any other previous interaction with another company.

    Over the last couple of weeks Lifetime Roofing and Solar has removed our existing solar, repaired and reshingled the roof, and replaced the gutters and downspouts.     Leaving this review for a full roof replacement and a full gutter replacement. Both services were managed by Alex Weishaar from Lifetime Roof & Solar. All the work performed by Lifetime was topnotch and performed in a reasonable timeframe. Alex stopped by numerous times to make sure everything was planned correctly, managed correctly and built correctly. Alex was always quick to respond to my texts and phone calls. I could not ask for a better person to supervise these repairs than Alex Weishaar, or a better roofing company than Lifetime.

I contacted several roofers for estimates and had the companies out within the next several days.     We had a great experience with Lifetime! Kerry was very kind and personable and easy to work with and followed up to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Our project manager Joel was also super great and checked in multiple times during our instal (which was not fun considering we had three layers of shingles they had to remove!). The crew installing was great and they left our property pretty much spotless. We would definitely recommend Lifetime!

    We had the best experience with Lifetime Roof & Solar! There are many reasons why they are a leader in their industry. Lifetime Roof has the best team! They focus on DETAILS and taking care of business, from beginning to end. Our roof sustained damage in the May 23 hail storm. We werent sure if we needed to file an insurance claim so I reached out to Lifetime Roof and explained our concerns to Amy H. She promptly notified Richard D of our situation and asked him to contact us. I got a call from Richard that day. (Detail) He walked me through the process and scheduled a time to physically examine the roof. Once he determined that the damage was significant, we filed a claim. Richard returned when the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof. Because Richard had already done a thorough examination of the house, he was able to point out additional damage that the adjuster did not initially note. (Detail) Once our order was placed, Amy H gave me updates on the permit and material availability. (Detail) Taylor D checked our order and sent me an email explaining the order of events as the installation day got closer. (Detail) On the day of installation, the roofing team arrived early and immediately started prepping our property for safety and protection. (Detail). That team was so efficient! They had the old roof removed in less than 3 hours and finished the new install in one day. We were thrilled!     When selling my house, the buyer shared a roof inspection that said my roof was hail damaged and needed replacing (without documentation). I was skeptical and needed a trustworthy roofer to inspect my roof and let me know the condition. Frank at Lifetime Roof and Solar came out the same day I called, got up on the roof, inspected and documented it with all the necessary photos to back it up. He saved me a lot of money.     This was the first time I had to submit claim for hail damage. Richard was out helping my neighbor with her home and offered to take a look at our home while he was in our neighborhood.     I sent an inquiry to Lifetime Roof and Solar on Sunday afternoon expecting to hear back on a business day. I got a call an hour later from Richard, who came over to our house on Monday, presenting himself as communicative, respectful, and professional. He did a full inspection, going on our roof and attic and showing us pictures of the issue. We never felt lied to or as if he was trying to make extra money from us. In fact, he fixed one of the problems and didnt charge us anything. He went above and beyond what we expected, and gave us sound advice on how to take care of the other problems were facing.     Richard was amazing. I had a small leak in one skylight, Richard came out and inspected my skylights. He determined that if he re-caulked the skylights it would fix the problem. He did not try to sell me new skylights which he easily could have. The most amazing thing is he did it all for FREE. I would highly recommend Richard and Lifetime Roof and Solar. It was the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time!

    I was one of many that sustained hail damage in a big storm in May. My insurance agent recommended Lifetime so I called them. Alex Weishar was amazing! He did a very thorough inspection including going in the attic and included my old garden shed. The insurance adjuster wasnt as thorough as Alex was. Alex was on time, very professional, authentic, easy to connect with in person and easy to reach with questions at any time. He served as my point person on getting a new roof. He handled all the insurance submissions and in fact corrected a mistake the adjuster made and saved me a couple thousand dollars! They put on the new roof in 1.5 days and within a few weeks! We unexpectedly had to replace all the decking for the roof and Alex handled it all that with the insurance company too. The quality of the roof is now very good and should last 30 years.The gutter guys that came were fantastic too! They corrected and moved some gutters that were incorrectly installed, leaking, draining to the foundation and caused some rot. Alex made the whole experience effortless for me. I now have a fantastic quality roof and gutters that looks great and increases the value of my home. I love working with quality people like Alex, quality companies and quality products that last.

    Everything about working with Lifetime was amazing! Richard Daskam was the project manager who was courteous, communicative, and attentive throughout the whole process. The crew that conducted the repairs was the exact same. To the extent that I had recycle items that were set out the night before that had been blown around by a midnight storm, and the crew kindly gathered up all the boxes and cardboard pieces on their own initiative.     I don’t normally leave reviews unless I need to serve a warning to others, but in this case I had to make an exception. I’m already smart enough to not use an out out of state storm chaser that will never come back to address any issues once they leave, like leaving trash behind or damaging your landscaping, or worse yet, a leaky roof. Being in Colorado, I’ve been through several roofing claims now and had plenty of not so great experiences with both insurance and contractors. I already used lifetime a few years ago for new James Hardie Siding. That went pretty well for the most part, so I decided to use their roofing division for the roof. The insurance is the part that gives me the most anxiety but I worked with Richard Daskam and he guided me through the entire process. I was very skeptical but the communication was great and he addressed every single concern I had. Lots of guys that knock on your door after a big storm will talk a good game and say all the right things. But this experience was Head and Shoulders above every contractor and insurance experience I’ve ever had. I’m sure there’s lots of local companies like Lifetime that know how to do a roof correctly, but how Richard treated me and my property was top notch. I’m already referring them to friends and neighbors who still need to get their roofs done, and next time Mother Nature comes knocking with hail, Richard will be my first and only call.

    We had a hailstorm in the spring of 2023. Of course, we had a bunch of solicitors coming by to talk about my roof. I turned most of them away, until I was confronted by Alex. He was warm, very friendly and easy to talk to. I decided to let him take a look at my roof. He did say it was damaged and needs to be replaced. He was a no-pressure kind of guy. I felt comfortable letting my guard down and continue talking with him about our roof. We decided to go with him. I could say I am glad we did, he was one of the first ones in our neighborhood to get started and finished our roof. I found a couple missed screws in the downspouts, Alex was able to get his crew onsite quickly and have it taken care of. Not to mention, when I was corresponding with Alex over the weeks, he was very fast at responding, usually within an hour. As of today (October 2023) more than half the houses are still waiting to get their roof replaced. I thought all roofers are the same, but Alex is different, he feels like an old high school buddy.     We were hit pretty hard the other day with hail in Keenesburg and with all hail storms roofing companies come by pretty quickly after. I had a few roofing companies look at my roof and tell me it had a lot of damage. I was concerned because my roof is only 12 months old and impact resistant. I was sure that my roof should have lasted through one pea size/marble size hail storm. Albert McClay with lifetime roof and solar stopped by today and asked if he could look at my roof. I said sure but we already knew it has damage. When he was done with his inspection, he was adamant that my roof had no damage and that no repairs were needed. It was refreshing to hear that my roof was not damaged in the hail storm and got a truthful response from him. I will keep his card because I know someday we will need him to inspect my roof again and will know he will be honest with his findings. Thanks, Albert!!

I discovered a roof leak Sunday afternoon and called Sales Supervisor Alex, told him the issue and sent him pictures of the leak area.     The entire team at Lifetime Roof & Solar is beyond words amazing. Their level of customer service and attention to detail was something my husband and I haven’t experienced with any other construction company. We hit the jackpot on Bentonite under our home and had the unfortunate task of raising our entire foundation. This lead to multiple cosmetic projects and therefore numerous companies all coming together to bring our house back to one piece. Not only were we able to tackle two projects at once (roofing and siding) with our sales person, Woodys expertise in both areas (very rare that this is the case) but he made the entire process simple, streamlined, easy to understand and execute. He brought in his wonderful team to ensure everyone was on the same page and even came out multiple times as my indecisiveness got the best of me in choosing our color pallet. He was patient, kind and made sure we were happy. Even more so, he then proceeded to answer my million questions, again with kindness patience, even offering his own insight.
