Salzano Electric was used to install a power source for our new hot tub. After the first visit we were provided an estimate that was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. The preliminary electrical install was completed in a week (Nate and his team) and the final install (Shannon and his team) was completed on the day the hot tub was delivered. Both installers and their crew were on-time, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. An explanation of the work was provided at the projects completion. Prior to their arrival the company texted us a bio that introduced us to each team. This was appreciated. The final charge was exactly as estimated with no surprises. We are very pleased with the work and will definitely consider Salzano Electrical for future projects.

I cannot recommend Jerry and his team more. I recently bought a house in the mountains in CO and installed a hot tub which I thought would be a bit more straight forward than it was. Thank goodness for Jerry, Ish (electrician that did the install) and Ashlee (office manager) and there were a couple others that helped my project. It was really a team effort and it’s clear this is a small local business that takes a lot of pride in their work and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I’ll be using Salzano again in the future bc I trust they will take care of me and are honest with their prices and their work!

I cannot give enough praise for the recent service that I received from Salzano Electric! I simply needed an electrician to replace a chandelier in my entry way and couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. And COMMUNICATION was amazing ~ far superior to other trades I have worked with recently with other home improvements. Someone was scheduled immediately to do an assessment and provide quote, was contacted night before to confirm appointment and given arrival window (techs were on time as promised), received call next day providing update on techs arrival time and then received a follow up call couple of days later to ensure work completed was satisfactory. The techs were extremely courteous, very efficient and were all about customer service with making sure I was happy with the work. If only all trades/small businesses could operate in such an excellent manner. Not only do I recommend Salzano Electric, they are now my dedicated resource for all electrical needs ~ kudos Salzano Electric!!!

Wonderful customer service (thoughtful & quick) and quality work, worth the price.Weston and Jerome are amazing. They arrived right on time and were quickly able to assess the work and patiently explain a number of options for installing our Rivians EV charger in a difficult location in our garage. I ask a LOT of questions.We thought there was no way it would be done that day (expecting a quote), but they came with all the tools and materials to get the job done immediately! It was a complex job which required fishing wires through home home across multiple floors / ceilings. The only items they didnt have were uncommon quad breakers which Jerry (the owner) came out to check-in and provide.We even had them pull a wire into our utility closet for a steam humidifier. Post humidifier installation the following week, we needed an electrician to come out to finalize the wiring + put a safety switch in. Despite the same day notice and being on a job and same day notice, Wes found a way to get one of his team members to our location during down time to finish our humidifier installation before the weekend. The gentleman who came was quick, professional, and thoughtful.Highly recommend Salzano electric!

They emailed me right away and came out the day before to do a site visit and gave an estimate prior to the tub delivery. I accepted the estimate online and a crew came out the next day to do the hookup. They were not only very nice, but also professional in every way. The wiring is neat, and correct, and everything looks fantastic.

I spent the past year having a new garage built and during that time I had to work with the builder, the county, surveyors, excavators, concrete people, electricians, material suppliers, painters, etc. Out of all of those different groups and individuals, by far, the easiest and most professional to work with were the team at Salzano Electric. Each step of the process from the original contact, site visit, and quote from Jerry Salzano, to all of the coordination and scheduling, and the work provided by the Salzano team was outstanding! These days, it is hard to find companies that do exactly what they say on time and within budget, but the Salzano team did exactly that. All of the electricians were experienced, professional, polite, flexible, and listened to exactly what was required to complete the job. Ashlee in the main office did an amazing job providing scheduling, updated quotes when necessary, and making sure all permits and inspections were completed on time, she is fantastic! Needed help at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Called our son and he referred us to Salzano. They has gone above and beyond for him at his new house. I called Salzano and fortunately Shannon was finishing up a job and was able to come over right away. He called to get details to ensure he had any parts needed. Shannon was great. He tracked down the problem, made the fix and ensured all the breakers were working properly. He was upfront about cost giving us a breakdown. Shannon came to our house for a service call to repair a outdoor ground fault receptacle that shorted out due to my incompetence, in doing so I knock out the family room power. The family room is where my oxygen machine is, so I had to get it fixed fast. He was on time, and very knowledgeable about his trade. Shannon installed a cover box for the outdoor receptacle, and installed a pigtail for the aluminum wire ground to a copper one, even help me understand some of the wiring paths in my home. He cleaned up everything before he left.Salzano Electric respond quickly when I really need an electrician. They even gave me a senior discount.

Great experience working with Salzano Electric for replacing and upgrading our panel. They were super responsive and easy to contact throughout the entire process, everyone who was out at the house actually working on the project was very friendly and respectful of our home, they cleaned up everything, and followed up on the project to make sure we were happy with everything. There were some minor changes we ended up wanting to make in terms of where some wires were routed, and they sent someone out within a few days to get that fully fixed up for us. The most valuable asset a business can have are the employees. I had a team out twice... once for a pre-wire where they ran 220 cable through my attic to a new sub-panel. And then again for the actual wiring up of a new spa. The team was Shannon, Jerome, and Chris. They were all great, but it seemed that Shannon was the team lead. He made sure I was comfortable with all of the decisions around panel placement and how the wires were routed, etc... These guys were good at their trade, personable, and polite. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I will be sure to call them the next time I need an electrician. They also do commercial electrical work! Anyway, thanks very much!

They had come out a month prior to the hot tubs deliver to tap into our existing breaker box and ran their line through our crawlspace and outside next to where the hot tub would be set. Then they came back on the day of the hot tubs delivery and worked side-by-side with the tub set up crew. They were timely, professional, clean, and were very knowledgeable about their trade. They answered questions and walked us through setting up the tub, step by step.

Not only were Casey and Matt early for my appointment, but they were able to run the wiring without cutting one hole and accomplished the install in less than a day. Wes and crew were very recently out to my home to assess and repair a troublesome and frustrating loss of power to my whole house central vacuum system. The vacuum system worked ! But the vacuum power head would not operate ,acting like it had no power.Starting with the breakers , they tested and reset them all. They then began tracing the wiring from one of the vacuum ports in the finished basement through the drywall and determined that a GFCI outlet in the garage was upstream of the system and had gotten unwittingly tripped . Flipping that outlet back to “ on “ solved the problem and restored power to the vacuum. Who would have thought ….!They were very methodical in their approach. They work together well as a team and seemed efficient in their use of time. While not an inexpensive visit, I was concerned that possibly critters had chewed through a wire somewhere and I was looking at some major drywall tear out and rewiring project. So in the end I was very happy with Salzano Electric’s team and correction of my electrical issue that day ! I would highly recommend them as electricians for residential needs.

We recently installed a hot tub and we were referred to Jerry and his crew through IHT in Boulder. Cant say enough about how great they were.We originally figured wed just go with an electrician wed used before, but when that guy came to take a look at the job, the problems he presented us with were ridiculous and almost 3X what were necessary.When we called Jerry, he came with a solution – a very simple solution. Ill take a smart problem solver vs. a problem creator every single time.Jerry was great, professional, prompt, and a genuinely nice person. His guys were, too.As is often the case, true colors tend to show when something goes wrong. After the Salzano crew finished wiring everything up in the evening, they discovered a problem with the hot tubs mother board and needed additional help from IHT. Jerry was back at my front door at the crack of dawn the next morning, triple checking the connection and following up with both myself and the folks at IHT. They had problem solved before noon an we were enjoying out new tub just hours later.Bottom line: if youre working with IHT and they suggest Jerry, GO WITH JERRY! And now that Ive worked with Salzano, Ill know who to call for anything else.
