Ric helped me out of a jam today - I discovered some potentially dangerous, damaged wiring while replacing a dishwasher. Sara was very responsive on the phone to send Ric over to diagnose the problem and map a fix. Ric bent his very busy schedule to accommodate us later the same day. He returned with Chris a couple of hours later and they teamed up to dominate the problem and install a safe GFCI outlet under the sink. No more hand washing dishes for us (thank god). Very impressed by the sense of urgency and quality work.At every turn, High West sent a text with arrival info and proceeded to meet these windows. They quickly emailed a detailed work order for approval and settled up a as promised after completing work (at very reasonable rates). They are also personable folks to boot. A pleasure to work with Ric, Sara, and Chris…these guys have integrity.

Highly recommended. I had a tight timeline to get the Denver refunds for electric cars, and after contacting over 10 electricians and getting quotes from 5 of them, High West won by a long shot. They moved my electric panel from the back of my house to my garage, and laid everything in the trench so all the overhead wires went away. Sara shuffled things around and ensured that we got scheduled on the last day of the rebate - whew! They were responsive, easy to work with, and willing to go the extra mile.The on-site manager Travis gave me options for how I wanted our Chargepoint to be installed, and gave me the pros and cons of each. He let me know that he could drill through the joists at no extra cost versus having ugly wiring below the ceiling - an easy decision!Then, since my house is in a Landmark area, they handled the extra paperwork to go through the Landmark process, and we passed the inspection with ease. They were a delight to work with, and I recommend them unreservedly.

Travis was my on site technician during the project and his work was impeccable. He communicated great through out the project duration and went above and beyond with the quality of his work. Ric helped us when we were selling our last home in replacing our electrical panel. It was an unexpected and unfortunate situation that arose and he and his team were extremely profession and courteous during this highly stressful time for us. The second time that we hired High West was when we moved into our new home and we quickly realized how dark it was throughout all the rooms in the house. Lamps were not cutting it and we needed to install can lights. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ric and his team during this process. Prior to hiring them to install our chandelier we had 4 other company’s come out and turn the job down and one other one accept and then cancel because it proved too difficult. I finally called the team at High West and they thought they could figure out a solution to our tricky chandelier install and they did! They ordered special scaffolding to fit our space, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out! Ric even showed up with a small gift for our daughter after learning it was her first ballet recital. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Communication and willingness to not only do the right thing, but above and beyond is part of their DNA. And for inspections, they passed a rough and final on first attempt.
