They showed up early and stayed til the job was done and we had heat. I felt comfortable knowing they did not cut corner and they communicated each step of the job. Editing Review: Per my previous review, I had an interesting experience that left me unsatisfied. Note that the bad experience was due to communication and cost, not an issues with the work performed. The owner, Curtis, reached out to me to hear more about what happened.He listened to everything I had to say and we talked about the specific problems I had in regards to communication and costs. We talked for a while, probably for close to 45 minutes. He allowed me to express my side of the story and to see how he could learn from the experience. Not once did he try to defend the situation or make me feel invalidated.In short, I was very happy with the way he handled this situation. After talking with him and fixing the situation I see this company as I did the first time I hired them for some work. They really do care about their customers and we are not just a number to them. Mistakes happen and there are always learning opportunities to be had and I really appreciate a company that strives to be better and is always looking for ways to improve.Id definitely recommend Curtis and his entire crew on doing solid work and actually caring.

I cant really comment on the value of their products because of timing and lack of availability from other HVAC companies. I will say that their value comes from their attention to detail and willingness to return multiple times to get the job done right. I feel like they wont need to revisit and neither will another company because Quality got it right the first time.I could really see this in how the team spent well beyond working hours troubleshooting and getting the install right.Even from their initial scope and estimate, I could tell they knew exactly what we needed and diagnosed the whole system in a way others could not. While this may have been a move to get me to buy a new system. I cant complain because my home is more comfortable than ever.We are glad with hiw quickly things moved and how much we are going to save in the long run with this upgrade and new system.

With collective effort, Curtis (the owner), Zach, and Dom were able to get the AC up and running just in time for the tenants to return home from vacation. I can’t express how wonderful it was to work with them, truly a breath of fresh air! They were kind, efficient, and committed to helping me through the whole process. We were considering a hotel for the weekend. The team at Quality Home made sure that we didnt have to take drastic measures. They fixed our AC the same day! Our A/C broke down suddenly last night as Denver temperatures reached the high 90s. Called around town and most places were booked up until the following week or didn’t answer. Called Quality and they were at our house within 4 hours. Dominic was an amazing tech and went out of his way to get the part and replace it ASAP so we didn’t have to wait multiple days for the repair while our house was insanely hot. Really a great experience and will definitely be using them again for our HVAC needs.

30 year old furnace and A/C broke down and needed replaced. Matt did a great job diagnosing the problem and working on fixing it. He gave me a lot of options and information about my old furnace to help me make a decision. We ended up going with a replacement. He and Ross came back the next day and quickly installed a new system. They were great about communicating, involving me throughout the process, and cleaning up.Everything seems to be working well and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Quality Home HVAC had the friendliest employees of the furnace and AC companies we talked to and Curtis was really kind as well. They were able to attend to us ASAP which was great because our furnace wasn’t looking great and now there’s a winter storm this weekend. I felt like they were really helpful and open to talking and I loved that they were fans of our cats. Haha. We were able to compromise on price and payment plan to make it work for us and I was shocked with how much work they were able to get done in a day. I’m glad to know they’ll be servicing our house in the next 3 years should anything come up!

They had a furnace at my house the following day by 10:00am. The installer, Ross, was a pleasant guy, very professional, who obviously took pride in his craft. A few hours later my house was warm and comfortable. A short time after that, I got a visit from Jon, another friendly professional from Quality Home HVAC. He had come to double check we received a quality installation and to make sure we were happy with the new furnace. From start to finish these people were amazing. I called Quality during an extended cold snap which caused my furnace to only cycle on and off. It was getting too cold in the house - so I called for emergency services. While they were fully booked on the day I called, I am so thankful that I didnt call anyone else and accepted an appointment for the next day. After one additional cold night, Alan and Jay arrived and finally solved an issue that has persisted for more than a decade when there is an extended cold snap! I am so thankful to Jay, Alan and Curtis for slotting me into the schedule, explaining everything and for taking the time to really assess what the system was telling them in order to discover and rectify an issue that no other HVAC tech has noticed in more than a decade of servicing, repairs, etc. Now the house is warm, and were planning a project to boost my A/C. I look forward to calling Quality Home in the future.

Over the three days they left a lot at my house including trash that should have been hauled away day one.
