    Johnathan and Hal were the two technicians sent to our house to diagnose and fix the problem with our non operating garage ceiling lights.     Excellent company with matching customer service. Just had some outdoor receptacles go out no thanks to our home builder. LNE was able to come out same day and find/fix the issue within the hour. Committed to the full hour regardless and when they were done with time to spare, they offered to check out the rest of the house/breaker box instead of just leaving.Second time I e used them and they do not disappoint, will definitely be using whenever there is an issue or need some electrical work done.

    Very nice guys, they didnt mind waiting as I put my dog up. Shes the sweetest but didnt want her out bothering them/ getting soaked lol. Also wanted to make sure my duck didnt get out the front door, one of the guys thought I was joking and thought it was cool he thought she was cool 😎. For sure recommending to anyone. Also if your a customer and like boats ask them, I didnt want to bother them but Ive seen one of them at my local 7 11 with a very nice boat 😎😎😎. They were also quick and got the job done ✅✅✅✅.     Hal & Jonathon @Lake Norman Electric did an excellent job adjusting motion detected dock lights to increase sensitivity and duration. I had scheduled service with Lake Norman Electric which was about 3 weeks out but they called me with a same day opening and I was able to get technicians out earlier than scheduled. Our microwave was tripping a breaker and they successfully diagnosed the problem safely and quickly.     Emailed them after hours to see about getting on the schedule for residential electrical job installing my outdoor fan on my awning. These days, I was expecting 2-3 weeks wait. They responded promptly the next morning and said they’d look at the schedule. They called back about two hours later and said they had an opening that day and asked if I would be home in 30-45 minutes. Heck yeah! The crew showed up, it was cold and rainy, but they were awesome. They finished up by 430 and I had a working fan/light wired up and installed. Cost was not necessarily cheap, but you have to pay good money if you want good service. Very happy, no complaints.

    I had Lake Norman Electric come to my house when my closet fixture stopped working. They were able to troubleshoot the problem efficiently. I had them replace some other fixtures and check a few other things while they were here. They were polite and wore booties so they didnt track.     We have used LKN electric in the past whenever we needed any electrical work done. They were our first and only call for two new outlets. Hal Daniels installed two new electrical outlets. One in the kitchen island and the other in a bathroom. Hal and his partner called prior to arriving, arrived on time and were extremely professional. The work was done as requested and as explained to me. Very happy with the work they did and how they did it. They were also very kind to two dogs who were very happy to see them and very interested in their work. Great job LKN electric.

    Lake Norman electric did an outstanding job on our dock. They installed a power station down to the dock about 100+ feet from my house and about 60 deck dots, a motion sensor light and 5 green underwater lights. They also ran the electric for my upper deck on my dock and power to ceiling fans and all the wiring for my 12,000 pound boat lift. Rob is an outstanding down to earth guy and like myself in my business he gives you his home phone and email and has an emergency line.
