From the start these guys starting with the front desk were more than professional. The guys/installers arrived on time and started work immediately upon letting me know what they would be doing and how. This was at 7:30 am. They ran all of the gas and power lines doing an amazingly neat job on all lines going inside and coming back out of my crawl space where the meter went in the house. Sine I have two 200amp services they installed both boxes and again it was a very neat job all the way around. They completed the install at 12:30 pm and prior to leaving explained next steps to me and how the system would work and that the inspector would now have to come and approve prior to them starting the unit. This was Friday, the inspector came on Monday approved and contacted JCT, they then contacted me and asked when was best for me. Friday was decided. It was pouring down rain Friday morning but installer was still on site on time and completed start up in the rain. Very pleasant experience from this organization and I can’t even imagine them getting a 1 or 2 rating other than by someone that couldn’t be satisfied with any type of service. Inspector was nothing but complimentary about this company and their installs.

I had JCT install a Briggs & Stratton 26kw whole house generator. They did everything they said they were going to do and as scheduled. They handled everything (permits, switches, load protectors, total installation, gas line hook up and inspection). The installation crew was knowledgable, worked well together and practically worked non-stop. After the inspection passed, they returned to start the unit and train me on everything it did and troubleshooting. I am extremely happy with JCT and totally recommend them to anyone needing a generator.

From estimate to installation, we were kept informed by the whole team. We had a minor locking issue which was resolved quickly at no cost and were extremely happy with this vendor and experience!

I purchased a Generac 26Kw whole house generator with installation in September. They came out and reviewed the entire scope of work and worked with me to develop a project scope of work. I then received a professional proposal with all of the documentation and detailed price quotation within a week.I solicitated 3 other quotes all were within $1K of each other except one that must have missed something. Everyone but JCT simply responded with a email quote with varying level o detail.JCTs proposal was detailed and professionally presented in a neat well organized proposal folder. They were also certified at the highest Power-Pro- Premier Generac rating. I was extremely satisfied with the process from initial estimation to project completion. They also worked with my propane supplier to coordinate the installation process.I can not say anything more to express my satisfaction and appreciation with JCT Electric.Thanks,LKM

Standby Generator InstallationJCT Electric was great to deal with from the initial contact until the job was complete. They told me what to expect and did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. Unfortunately, that is uncommon these days in my experience with other services. After a lot of research and consideration, we decided to purchase a stand-by generator for our home. We approached several companies, and then followed the advice of another good friend and business partner of ours at Quality Propane to call JCT Electric. I am so glad we did. Not only did they secure us an outstanding deal on the Generac we wanted, the purchase and installation process went incredibly well and ahead of schedule. We also had some hurdles to overcome on our home that they helped us solve without a single issue. JCT was absolutely outstanding to work with - very professional and knowledgeable. I originally was going to go with another company to install my Generac generator for my home. I brought JCT electric in and their quote was very competitive The salesman walked me through the process in detail. When I scheduled for the installation they were very responsive set up clear times and informed me on what to expect and when they came they were on time professional and actually completed the job in less time than they estimated. Top notch help when researching and then installing a whole house backup generator.. I asked so many questions I was at the point of annoying them, but they kept their cool. Not only did they finish the job ahead of schedule, they were the low bidder among 3 firms I had quote the job. I probably shouldnt say this, but the inspector gave the OK before the work was totally finished. Never seen that happen before. Would completely recommend JCT for a generator.
