I stumbled across Crist McAfee and Galleria Lighting when I had a less than stellar interaction with one of their large competitors (who I used over the years). We were building a new mountain house and I needed a lot of guidance and products from outlets to decorative lighting.I feel like I won the lottery with Crist. He uniformly beat every internet or competitive price and, for a whole house order, that was substantial. But aside from price, it was the SERVICE. Phenomenal. Quick follow-ups via phone and e-mail. And then there was the ADVICE. Spot on. Crist’s four decades of experience really came into play in elevating my lighting plan.There’s the old adage: do you want quality, price, or service? — pick two. In this case it was all three. I’ve worked with many suppliers on this and other projects, and over then span of nearly a year for our house project my experience with Galleria Lighting and Crist McAfee absolutely exceeded expectations.

Our Craft Made Fan quit working a few months ago. I finally decided to visit Galleria Lighting where we purchased the fan to see if they could help fix the problem, I met with Art Ludka and he figured out the issue pretty quickly. It just needed a battery which he gave me and this fix worked. I also had Art e-mail me the manual for the fan as it has been discontinued by Craft Made. We will definitely include Galleria when we have a need for additional lighting or fans. They understand great customer service!! Art was a pleasure to work with.

Art at Galleria Lighting was such an amazing consultant! I was doing a big remodel and needed so many light fixtures. After getting an idea of my style and needs, he was able to make perfect suggestions! He was also really tuned in to the details like height of fixture, temperature of the bulb, long-term considerations, etc. If you need lights - definitely talk to Art!

We have found the staff at Galleria Lighting & Design to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly established credibility with us during a recent home remodel project, and they came recommended by a master electrician we had contracted during rough-in. We have been able to trust their recommendations to make well-informed decisions, which has been a huge relief in consideration of other aspects of this project.The remodel is nearly complete, and were sleeping pretty well with the decisions we made. Weve learned to appreciate the importance of well-designed lighting, and we couldnt be happier with both the quality of the products and the customer service from this company.

I have been working with Galleria Lighting for many years and have worked with many sales associates over the years.I needed to comment on my sales person Art Ludka.What outside customer service he gives is always extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and precise.On my last visit I had a client who has been dragging her feet on ordering her vanity lights and she waited until the very last minute.Once the decision was made I contacted Art, told him about the deadline and Art went to work...After countless hours going back and forth with the company Art gave me the eta for the fixtures and wasnt sure that they would make it in time.I didnt want to stress my client out because the contractor needed them by a certain date... and wouldnt you know it, Art called me on his weekend off to inform me that my order was delivered.I cant believe how considerate, and something he really didnt have to do, but I appreciate it so much.Thank you Art for all of your hard work and keep my project on track.

Weve been searching for the perfect fixture for a while, it seemed to good to be true to see it hanging in the showroom. We wanted a different finish...it was already on order. We received a call just a few days later when it arrived, and were offered delivery to our home the next day. I couldnt wait, so we received curbside pick up the same day. Carefully handled, complete with the perfect light bulbs. Thanks for great service and a problem solving experience. Well be back.

I am in the process of finishing my buildout for my art gallery which requires exceptional lighting. Upon visiting Galleria Lighting & Design, their showroom is clean and fresh and the staff are very friendly. I actually had 3 different employees work with me on 3 different occasions and all three took time to help me. In fact, I chose some new lighting for our tracks and had some issues with my electricians in getting the proper dimmer built in. Although my electricians seemed clueless regarding LEDs, the staff at the Galleria were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I met with Keith who is the manager and he spent about 30 minutes testing my track head (which I did not purchased from them by the way) and making sure it would work correctly with the system I have. These guys are great and Ill be referring all my customers to them.

Weve been working with Art for several years now and hes GREAT!!He gets me pricing and information so quick it makes my head spin sometimes. He has a vast knowledge of lighting applications and fixtures and uses that to make sure were getting what we need for our customers.Several times Ive asked him to select fixtures for a client based very little information. The designers worked with me to find lighting that best fit my style and gave me several different options to work with. They also helped me with overall lighting throughout my house. Purchased a light fixture from Galleria Lighting 5 years ago and ran into some trouble with the fixture not working rather recently. I brought in the fixture, Crist rewired it and gave me some pointers on this type of fixture, and I Ieft with a working fixture.....thankfully at no cost to me. The store has a small business feel and the employees are willing to work with you on your needs. While they do not have every fixture in the store they have books upon books of available lights out there and can educate you on them. 5 years ago and today, I have enjoyed working with Galleria Lighting and appreciate the quality customer service they provide

We had a great experience, there were several sales reps to help us but no pressure. Don did a great job asking about our needs and giving us options. We bought a floor model lamp and Don took the extra step to order us a dimmer feature that is supposed to come with the lamp but was not attached to the model. He also helped us choose a chandelier. This will be the first stop for any future lighting needs.

I went to the Rio Grande location, with no expectations and was beyond satisfied. I was greeted politely and found the perfect pieces. 3 weeks later when I was ready to install my lights, I realized something was defective. I went back and they went above and beyond to help out.
