CT Electric came to my rescue after the recent Denver snowstorm broke off tree limbs, caused power outages, and in my case, the downed power line ripped off the Service Mast and electricity meter—resulting in 2000 volt wires possibly exposed and therefore life threatening, laying on the ground.I called CT Sunday evening, not expecting to speak with anyone.Charles answered the phone, gathered details, and promised to visit my property on Monday.With many other jobs scheduled for that day, my project was prioritized and they arrived at 8:00am to assess the scope of damage.By 11:30am, a new service mast, new wires, and meter had been installed and connected to my circuit breaker box.Every step of the way was smooth and efficiently handled by Charles and his crew, with grace, courtesy, respect, and gratitude for my business.Under the circumstances, it was me that was relieved and grateful, to receive expertise on a timely basis.Based on that stellar experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Charles for any electrical issues.Steve B

Our home was built in the 1970s, and a panel upgrade was long overdue. We recently decided to install infrared heating in our patio/recreation room, which would finally require us to upgrade and replace our electrical panel. As with many of the trades, it is becoming more and more difficult to find quality electricians.My initial thought was to call one of the big shops that handle everything – HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We arranged for estimates from (2) of these shops to perform the work, and while the estimates were dramatically different – they were both much more expensive than anticipated. While I understand that costs are continuing to increase for all products and services, the larger concern was the lack of follow-up from these folks.I decided to look for a company that focuses on electrical work, which is when I discovered CT Electrical Services. Charles answered my call and we arranged for a time to go over the project. After I hung up the phone, I realized that I was speaking with CT (Charles Thermidor) – not just an answering service.Charles arrived at our house and handed me his card, which included the statement “QUALITY SERVICES AT AN AFFORDABLE COST.” I did not focus on this at the time, since it has become commonplace for companies to make such statements, but it’s usually just words. Charles and I spent time walking through our project and confirmed that he was very familiar with the heating product that we selected. He also shared ideas from past experiences which would help ensure that the application would meet our needs. No surprise, but he quickly understood why we were planning to upgrade the panel and explained some of the options available.Charles provided a detailed estimate for the work, and it was much more consistent with what we expected. While cost is important, trust was the deciding factor that pushed us to go with CT Electrical Services. We immediately connected with Charles when he arrived. He was focused on our needs, confident in his ability, and offered valuable suggestions based on his experience. While the larger shops can complete the work, I did not feel confident that we would receive the personal attention to detail that we received from CT Services. As you can guess, we elected to move ahead with Charles and his team. Highly, highly recommend! We hired Charles and his team to upgrade the electrical panel on our home and install three new ceiling fans in bedrooms. They were efficient, professional, and did a great job. The costs for the work were very reasonable. I do not mean for this to be negative at all but his team did create an issue but Charles paid for the fix completely with no fuss. Excellent experience with Charles and his team. We had a panel replaced as well as getting some of our older outlets grounded. Bid was extremely competitive - over 50% less than what I was getting from big companies who seemed more interested in getting me signed up for their recurring subscription plans. Charles was so great to work with - he even moved a shed in our yard when it turned out it was too close to the work being done. Above and beyond service!
