I picked CHS for their 5-star reviews and I was not disappointed. I met them on the phone, they were able to look my house up and give me an online quote, without coming to my home. I had texted follow up questions and they were answered quickly and concisely. They installed 3 sun tubes, and I have never been happier with the new lighting in my home. They also coordinated with my roofing company and came out same day as the roofers and worked with them to get my tubes installed as the roofers removed all the old roof. It coordinated well and worked out well. Jordan and Eddie were fabulous installers, nice and courteous. Nate kept me updated all the way. If I ever need their services again, I will call and trust in them. The lighting in the hallway is unbelievably fantastic. I keep thinking I need to turn the light off and I dont. I had a really good experience with this company. I was interested in a house fan so I reached out to them and got a call the next day. They explained in detail how these systems work and sent a few options that were ideal for my home. Once I signed up I received texts and emails for my install date. The installer Jordan Lucero was awesome. He respected my home and did an incredible job. What really makes this company stand out is I had a weird issue the day after install (probably my fault) and they were on top of it. Really happy with this system and this company.

They also reached out on more than one occasion to make sure I had any questions answered and to make sure the lights that were going to be installed were the ones I wanted. James and the crew that came to my home were very helpfull/courteous and mindfull of all the drywall dust, and of my dog Ted. They left my house clean and in proper order. I would highly recommend this company - based on my experience with their recent customer service in taking my call, understanding what service I was looking for, explaining their recommended service and setting up the expectation of what that would entail - including cost and non-refundable items. Their technician David Garrison showed up, prepared for the service, then proceeded to get to work. Efficiently and quietly without too much hindrance on our busy household. They covered their tracks rather well and left our Whole House Attic Fan running smoothly, quietly and efficiently. They cleaned up the area and wiped down the louvers of the fan quite nicely. The final price for the service and parts ended up being more affordable than what my worst fears had led me to believe they would be.

For two ceiling fan installs on vaulted ceilings, I had to order an extension pole. The store did not help me with this. Having the wrong part at the first appointment delayed the process However, I was very please with to professional and informative discussion with the team as to what to order and why. They answered all my curious questions about how things worked and why so I could make an informed decision at no cost. Also, the managers on the phone scheduling appointments were very cordial and helpful in scheduling another appointment and going through my order to make sure I had the right parts ready. I made a quick phone call one morning and the sales rep determined which fan I would need to accommodate my home sq footage. The 3 speed Quiet Cool fan is fantastic.The installers were at my home within a few days, and the job was completed in just a few hours. Our house is 3 levels and the attic was trapping a lot of heat, making the 3rd level very hot. The techs showed me how to properly operate the fan, and how to run it to be most efficient. CHS installed our whole house fan system 7 years ago and it has made an amazing difference in keeping our house energy efficient and helps lower our monthly electric bills. Recently, the digital timer was shutting off and CHS was able to replace it and perform an inspection to ensure the fan is working correctly. If you are considering a WHF, we highly recommend you contact CHS. Their install and service teams are great!
