    James L came by this morning to wire a bathroom ceiling fan and it was just a lovely experience. James was super friendly and Informative about what he was doing, was sweet to my dogs, and even cleaned up after himself!!!!     We had them install a whole house fan and roof vents on our home. The office did a great job communicating with us and getting us set up with the right equipment. Cam and Gage came out and were on time, professional and quick. Super nice guys and they did a great job. I would recommend them for anyone needing a whole house fan and roof vents. Also, this fan is super quiet and moves a ton of air!

    My whole house fan has been amazing. During the summer, I never run the AC at night anymore. Additionally, running the house fan in the morning allows me to not turn on my AC all day on 90 degree days and come home from work to a house that only heated up to 80.The sun tunnels have transformed the dark areas of my house as well. Very pleased with them. My bathroom tunnel offered way more light than what I was getting from my window.Furthermore, the service was great. It was extremely easy to get an appointment set up for installation within a week, and Andrew and Jordan were extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to ensure that everything was set up and running to my satisfaction.Definitely would highly recommend!

    Jordan did a very professional job installing our Quiet Cool whole house fan (WHF). Job took about 4 hours to complete that included installing two roof vents to the existing roof vents on the house to aid in the ventilation of the attic. He did a great job cleaning up the drywall dust after the job was finished. He also answered all of my questions, there were a lot of questions, prior to beginning the install. Looking forward to our upstairs bedrooms being cool during summer evenings since our central air conditioning fails to keep the upstairs cool.

    CO Home Cooling and Daylighting installed 3 sun tunnels for us. The crew arrived on time and it was clear they knew what they were doing.     We have used Colorado Home Cooling & Daylight (CHC) to install 1) a whole house fan about 10 years ago - its saved us thousands, its quite and it does an immediate job of clearing out old, hot stale air in the summer. Two years after that we had them back out to add more insulation in our attic, this again has saved us money and made the house more stable and warm and cool. Last month we had them out again to install two sun tunnels to add some much need light in our stairwell heading upstairs and also one in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The sun tunnels have added so much light and look really cool. we also love the nightlight feature on them which gives a nice soft glow at night as well. CHC has been responsive, reasonably priced, timely and polite with each installation. We will be using them yet again to add a few skylights as well. We could not be happier working with them and have no issues with any the work they have done on our 1970s house.before and after of the stairwell (dark vs light)

    I had a whole house fan and an electrical socket installed. I started the process by talking to Nate. He helped me decided on the model and was very informative with all of my questions.Chance and Grayson came out the next week and was very professional at what they do. After the installation, they cleaned up their mess and we went over the fan and tips and trick to help cool the upstairs. The overall process went very smoothly and I highly recommend Colorado Home Cooling.

    Had this installed during a week where every day was over 90. We could tell the first night we made the right decision and have absolutely no regrets. We run it for a couple of hours starting at around 8:30 or 9 in the evening to cool off the upstairs for bedtime, then again in the morning to bring in are to main floor.Our air conditioner runs about half the time it did the past and the house just feels better and more evenly cooled.The team that did our install were on time, did a great job and explained how to use the fan in a clear, concise manner. Thank you!

    When it comes to home services, CHC sets the bar exceedingly high. They installed a whole house fan that dramatically reduced the amount I need to run my AC. They were on time, professional, and completed the install faster than expected (~3.5 hours). They cleaned up after and took some time to train me on the many ways I could use the fan to save energy and improve comfort in my home, some of which I wouldnt have thought of. In an industry where low expectations seems to be the norm, to say that CHC exceeds expectations is an understatement.

Jake was awesome and completely professional from the install, clean up, chatting with my kids and dog, and giving us directions on how to use it!     Very fast but professional installation. The original quote had allowances for adding roof vents, but after inspecting the roof on the day of installation, the installers explained that no additional roof vents were actually needed. I appreciated the honesty, which saved us money.I run the fan at night to bring the whole house down below 70 degrees, and even today with an outside temperature of 91, the AC still hasnt turned on as of almost 1pm.My only regret is not getting this installed sooner!

It took only a 15-minute phone call to get a very detailed and flexible proposal, they were ready for install 2 days after we accepted the proposal and the installers were extremely polite, professional, thorough, detail-oriented and great at their jobs.     I purchased a whole house fan and could not be happier with my experience. From the first contact to the install everyone was nice, professional and honest. They provided a timely estimate with specific details. They encouraged me to get estimates from other companies and stayed in contact.     Colorado Home Cooling and Daylighting was one of the easiest companies I have worked with for any type of home improvement project. Marcela was very informative and responded quickly to all my questions regarding their product as well as their company.The installation was fast and smooth. The installers arrived a few minutes before they were scheduled. They were fast, respectful, and took care to protect our belongings while they worked. They made sure we understood how to operate the fan and gave us advice on when to run it to make the most of our purchase.We live in an old home that has felt like an oven at night on a fair day, especially if the temperature outside reaches 80°.     Excellent service and effective solution. Attic fan showed immediate results the day it was installed, cooling the upstairs bedrooms by at least 5 degrees more than previously possible. Also saves money by reducing use of air conditioning. Love the QuietCool attic fan with three speeds, automatically triggered by temperature changes in the attic. Can be monitored and controlled remotely through smart phone. The employees Nate, Jake, and Carl answered all questions in a friendly manner and were very professional and efficient in their work.

    What a great Company do work with. We had 2 attic fans installed on our home and from the first contact to completion they were awesome.     We had a whole house fan installed. The team at Colorado Home Cooling showed up with their crew on time and went right to work cutting vents, installing the the electrical and the fan. They were fast courteous and above all else did great work!Also the whole house fan is a super efficient cooling system! When temps drop below 68 at night we turn the fan on and it cools down the house and replaces the hot attic air with cool air keeping the house cool well into the afternoon the next day!

    Colorado Home Cooling is absolutely amazing!From first contact and even after installation A+++ group. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and patient answered all of our questions and they always responded within a couple of hours even after hours....so refreshing to work with a company that is so responsive! If anyone needs a model for what customer service should be just take notes from these guys!Our house was not a cookie cutter install either. They are very thorough, we thought we were going to have to have a Vertical install, but Ryan crawled up in our wickedly hot attic and took the time to give us all of our options. Boy did they deliver! They were able to install in the vault of our hallway ceiling! Also helped open up areas of our attic that the builder failed to do.Now 2 nights using the Quiet Cool fan and 6 roof vents later we couldn’t be happier! Our house has never been so cool....the airflow is phenomenal! We can sleep upstairs comfortably it’s actually cold at night! Love that. And throughout the day you can go upstairs and be comfortable vs avoiding that area altogether. Now we can actually use our art room to paint again.Thank you all for being so amazing!!!!

    I was wanting to get an attic fan and used this company. I found them online when googling a different company. Thank goodness that I liked their reviews. This company is amazing. I sent a request for estimate online and they called me and spoke to me and answered every question I had. Explained everything about attic fans and asked me what I was looking for and explained the combination of attic fan and whole house fan would be best for what I wanted. I decided to get the combo and it WAS THE BEST MONEY EVER SPENT on cooling for our home. The install guys were awesome and very professional. From start to finish this company and everyone I worked with and talked to was absolutely amazing. I recommend them, you will be blown away!

    Chris at Colorado Home Cooling is by far the local expert on whole house fans, much more so than the other companies we spoke to. This company sells both the traditional and Quiet Cool fans and they will advise you on the pros and cons of both completely unbiased. Their service tech, Craig, did an outstanding job with the installation and was very polite and kind to my wife while in our home. The installation was quick, efficient and most importantly they kept every commitment they made with regard to timing. As well, their pricing was exactly in line with the other bids we got. I highly recommend Colorado Home Cooling for whole house fans.

    Chance Jenkins and his assistant we’re promptly on time. They were both very respectful, professional and informative. The installation of our whole house fan was placed where we preferred it to be, regardless of how difficult the installation may have been and they were happy to do it.When the installation was complete they picked up after themselves and practically vacuumed the entire carpet. Chance explained the fan operation thoroughly, so I would feel comfortable about operating it.We were lucky to have such wonderful installers.

    I LOVE my whole house cooling system!! It was definitely money well spent. I have a two story home and the AC would not cool the upstairs to the temperature that I wanted. Now with the whole house fan, I flip a switch before going to bed and it cools the room down almost instantly. I like to sleep in a really cold room and this was the solution I needed! Customer service was top notch too. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and Jordan was amazing with the install. It’s great to work with a contractor/company that finally meets all of my expectations. I’ve been having different projects worked on in my home and wish all my projects would have gone as well as this one!

    Excellent service from beginning to end.Front office: Very responsive for an estimate request. Low pressure estimate provided via email and Marcela was incredibly helpful with the few questions I had. She initially quoted me a cheaper (and viable) option but we opted for a more expensive option with two fans instead. Though both options would have been suitable, Marcela was never the least bit pressuring for the more expensive route.Install: Sean and Cam were very professional, kind, and respectful. They did a great job installing, cleaning up, and then answering questions after. I really appreciated how this was their only job for the day so they weren’t pressured to rush and cut corners.The fans: We opted for two Quiet Cool fans. Both fans are great and work extremely well. Have some realistic expectations though. You are unlikely to eliminate the need for A/C if you’re on the front range. When nights don’t get below 70, you’re likely going to need your A/C on instead. With that said, these definitely reduce your usage of A/C, provide a way to refresh the stale air in your home, and even eliminate the need for A/C when the temps aren’t in the 90’s for a week at a time.

We use the fan to cool our house and only need the evaporative cooler a few weeks a summer.Very happy with the install and the product!---------Just installed the whole house fan yesterday so I can only comment on the install.Ryan and Kenny were both very professional. We discussed the work to be done and the price before they started any work.Ryan made sure the quote for the day matched the quote we received over the phone.They did a great job of closing off the area so dust and dirt did not get into the house and they did a great job of cleaning up. It was like a fan magically appeared on my roof.Ran the fan last night and the house definitely cooled down, but not exactly like I was expecting. But with time and trial and error Im sure I can get better results.Overall very happy; Ill follow up with fan functionality

    Colorado Home Cooling came out to our house and installed 3 attic vents. Wed had an attic fan installed recently by a local company. The advice the other company had given us was not good. I called Colorado Home Cooling who explained some details about our attic fan and things to be aware of that we hadnt been told. I wish we had had Colorado Home Cooling install our fan. Even though we hadnt purchased the attic fan from them they have been MOST helpful! Your professionalism, quality of work, and going the extra distance (literally) is very much appreciated.     The experience from CHCD was amazing from start to finish. They responded to my quote request on Saturday within an hour. Andrew, the owner, was clear and concise. I usually do most of my own work on my house, but I did not want to get on the roof.I had a tough idea of where I wanted to put the whole house fan, but after they came out and inspected, they found a better location! This was all done via video chat while I was at work and my wife was at home! Carl and Oscar were great!Install went great and fast! We were able to test the whole house fan this weekend and it was nice to sleep in cool weather without turning on the ac before bed!I also got a solar attic fan, I will have to go up in the attic, in the summer, to see how it is working.

    The entire purchase-to-install process from start to finish was easy, efficient and professional. The quote was delivered and executed without even having a house inspection beforehand.While having a whole house fan installed in the dead of winter might seem a tad off, it actually made the scheduling easy and the install more comfortable since there was no heat in the attic to content with. The manufactures rebate also played into the timing to purchase and install in February.I appreciated the initial collaboration with the installer, Carl beforehand to determine the most visual appealing spot for the intake panel, where the wall controls would be most appropriate, and placement of the fan in the attic so that it would have the least amount of noise impact for the house.Carl finished the job in under 3 hours, left the house spotless and explained how to achieve the most efficient use of the product once the summer heat arrives.A big 5-star rating for the entire process!

    We LOVE our whole house fan! We got it installed 2 years ago and it works so amazingly well. We don’t have air conditioning and don’t feel the need since having this. Our electricity bills in the summer are always so low, too.We are always sad to have to stop using it when winter rolls in, as we also love the white noise it makes.Colorado Home Cooling was great to work with and even checked in with us two years later to make sure we were still happy.     This is hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their customer service is truly above and beyond. Every employee I spoke with from the beginning was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We chose them originally because their pricing was reasonable and they were very helpful and had great reviews. The guys that set up the fan for us were very nice and did an excellent job, and cleaned up 100% before they left. We originally went with the Quiet Cool Stealth fan, and after a few days, my husband wasnt happy with the fan because he grew up an old-school attic fan, and was just expecting something different and more air flow. Marcella listened to our concerns, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our new product and said she would do everything possible to make it right. She called back to let us know they would swap the fan out for a different style, free of charge. This was truly a HUGE blessing for us, and I feel that most companies would not do that, and now we absolutely love love LOVE our whole house fan. We run it most of the night and our whole house (even the upstairs) stays comfortable until the end of the day. Thank you CHC!

    I recommend Ryan and Colorado Home Cooling to anyone who wants to enjoy fresh air cooling and an even temperature throughout your home. As a repeat customer, I have used Ryans company twice now in two separate homes and have been completely satisfied both times. Our recent downsized home was a ranch with a 20 degree swing between the basement and main floor. Air conditioning never solved the problem because a comfortable temp on the main floor translated into a freezing cold basement. Ryan installed a Quiet Cool fan on our main floor and now all I use to cool our home is the cool Colorado evening air, which brings our house to a nice, even, fresh air cool. We even use a blanket at night. Ryan is Great. He worked with us to find the perfect out of the way placement for the fan. Our hallway was too narrow for the fan, even though the hall was the obvious place for it. The easiest install for Ryan would have been in the main living room, but we wanted it more out of the way. Instead of pushing us for the easiest install choice for himself (or just flat out saying this is where it has to go), Ryan worked with us to find the perfect solution for us even though it meant a bit more work for himself. Colorado is the perfect climate for these fans, and Ryan is a seasoned pro at installing them. Its the best decision you will ever make!

    Installed an attic vent van to go with our whole house fan. They had to special order it since we wanted a bluetooth enabled one but Marcella was great with communication, letting us know where the product was and the timeline for installation. On the day of install, our tech was phenomenal - going up into our 145° and installing the fan and answering questions for us. He also cleaned up thoroughly which was much appreciated. The fan now keeps our attic at a reasonable 100 to 110° During the hot hot days so our AC doesn’t have to kick on as much.

    We got estimates and whole house cooling advice from two companies, the information and advice from CO Home Cooling was much better than the other company, they took the time to understand what we needed and advised the best setup for our specific needs. We also went down to their store and met with Chris in person so we could hear what the different types of fans sounded like. We ended up getting the QuietCool 7.0 for our entire house and installed one powered attic fan to cool the small attic over one of the bedrooms. Ryan did the install and he was fantastic. He double checked everything with us, so in essence we got yet another person’s advice for our situation. He even found that one of the other items installed through our roof had an opening to leak so he fixed that while he was there! Great! It was only May, but unusually warm here in the Conifer area, so we used the QuietCool whole house fan the next night. Wow! It’s AMAZING at pulling the cool air in! It cooled our master bedroom down 10 degrees in about an hour running on high. We set it to keep running for a couple hours and were able to go to sleep in a nicely cooled room instead of sweating! The price seemed a little steep initially, but I can now can say that the ROI has shattered my expectations.     Truly a great experience hiring CHC to replace the PV in our attic and install a whole house attic fan.     If you need an attic fan installed this is the first and last place you should look. This is the most well organized group of people I have run across for any construction trades and I say that as an owner of a construction company myself.The process was seamless and each step went without a hitch.     We just had Quiet Cool fans installed in our 1895 Victorian in Denver. I was very anxious to see if they would have the impact that the folks at CHC said they would. Well....no need to worry.     Been over 3 years now and love our attic fan. Helps to cool everything off overnight and it n the early morning. We have A/C too but need it much less now for our 1922 House.     I was looking at gettin an all house fan installed because my house gets really hot and I didnt wanted to spend $5K on getting an air conditioner installed. I was searching who can install an all house fan then Colorado home cooling popped up. They have options which fan to purchase. Traditional or quiet fan. I wanted to see how much it would cost for me to get the fan installed so I emailed the owner, Chris, to get an estimate. He got back to me right away and asked me to fill out about my house and the roof. I got back to him a week later because Ive been busy working and he got me an estimate. The cost wasnt bad as I thought. I saved more money installing the fan than an a/c. Chris got me booked for the guys to show up and install the fan in two weeks. Two weeks later Jordan and Fred showed up on Monday afternoon and they did a fantastic job installing a fan. They spent at least 2.5 hours to make sure the installation was thorough and no problems with the fan. The fan works perfectly fine and I am enjoying the cooler temperature in my house at night! Plus saving a ton of money on my utility bill using the fan than an a/c. The fan does come with a warranty and Jordan told me to give CHC a call if something is wrong with the fan and he will come and see what needs to be fixed.

    I actually had two whole house fan units installed. The one in my primary residence here in foothills Green had a whole house fan that was installed way back in 1978 by the builder. He put one in every home here...mine finally needed repair desperately. I found Colorado home cooling they sent a fellow out and he repaired it perfectly. If you don’t know what whole house fans do for you..if you open the proper windows in the early evening your house cools down and you’re never use your air conditioner all night long not ever needed.The second home I had a new one installed in was an older home built in 1928 in the upper area of Englewood upper Hill area of Englewood. All of those homes in that area I’m sure none of them had them installed. I called Colorado home cooling put one in specially designed to go in that type of house ultra quiet and really did the same thing as it does in my primary residence that was a rental home.     As I set out on a journey to find a company to do the replacement for my 35 year old attic fan it became quickly apparent that there was an overabundance of companies to choose from. I had an excellent conversation with Mike which turned out to be consultation session. Using internet resources he pulled up my home and we discussed the square footage.     We had a very old (and loud!) attic fan that we decided to replace with a Quietcool Trident Pro that was recommended to us by Marcela at Colorado Home Cooling. The fan is everything we had hoped for and more. Super quiet and very powerful. Apart from the fan being perfect, the customer service at Colorado Home Cooling was equally perfect! I must have called Marcela 20 times with questions before we decided to buy, and she answered each question with the utmost in courtesy and expertise. The installation team showed up at the scheduled time, and finished the job in far less time than I expected. They cleaned up all debris caused by the installation, and took the time to explain exactly how our new fan worked. My house, even for how poorly insulated it is, stays at a more consistent temperature throughout the day now.     This is my third Whole House Fan installed within the past 21 years, each time we move we install another air conditioner eliminator!!We have had this one from Colorado Home Cooling approximately 4 weeks and have yet to run the air conditioner. The temperature has been anywhere from 86 to 96 and we are in a new home with no shading trees. If you cool down the house at night with one of these fans and then shut the cool air in as soon as the outside air becomes warmer than your inside air you will not have to run that air conditioner most of the time.Our daytime temp in our home runs between 68 and 77 during the day. We start out around 68 by drawing in the outside air with our whole house fan and by 7:00 PM when the air starts to cool off again we have gotten up to about 77. At that point we turn the big QUIET fan on and suck in the cool air again.Our electric bill is cut in almost half!! Colorado Cooling did a wonderful job installing they pop in and about four hours later your cooling your home efficiently. We had this installed in our mud room off the garage entrance and you cannot hear it at night in our bedroom....Super Pleased!!!!

    Love this fan. Colorado Home Cooling suggested the fan and installed it mid summer of 2017. Ive seen where people have complained of their fan vibrating, but two years into the installation, my install is still rock solid. The installer even installed my special on/off switch rather then the one that comes with the fan. Once that sun goes down, the fan does a great job of pulling in the cool air from outside. Ive also seen people complain about the noise. I dont consider myself a heavy sleeper, and have no problems getting to sleep with the fan on. Its just white noise in the background. My fan install was in the master bath and is also, and had to be, direct sight to my bed.

    We love our whole house fan. I grew up with one and I remember my dad freezing us out in the summer mornings. Now as an adult I get it...the AC barely has to kick in. I open the house up for an hour or so before bed, then again around 6 am for an hour or two....and the AC only kicks in on super hot days and even then its not til about 4pm. I set our AC at 75. These guys did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. The install was about 3 years ago and its still running strong. I do crawl up and winterize/dewinterize it with bat insulation and that is a pain. I wish we got one that would be winterized/thermal sealed and it is a noisy...so next time would get the quite cool. Maybe an upgrade is in our future at some point. I see all my neighbors homes closed up all summer and hear their AC cranking all night and wonder why more people dont put one in. It was a great choice to hire these guys.

    I just had a Quietcool fan installed. The installers were nice, professional and did a great job installing the fan. They ensured everything was worked and looked great. They then vacuumed and swiffered the floors around the work area. You wouldn’t know they were there except for the new fan.

    Walked through which fan would be best for the house. Ended up going with the traditional style and the noise was not an issue. Love how it cools the house down.     I LOVE my whole house fan! I keep saying how its *fan*tastic and it just *blows* my mind. I cannot believe how well and quietly it works. No more stifling upper floor! I love being able to use it when we need it, and adjust it with a simple wall switch. The guys (including the owner) who installed it showed up early, did the job well, cleaned up after, and were courteous and professional - I am extremely happy with the whole experience.     Outstanding service from start to finish! Andrew was extra helpful with choosing the appropriate whole house fan and solar vent. Installers Carl and Oscar were on-time, friendly, and installed everything without issue. They vacuumed and Swiffered afterwards too.We have an older home in Colorado Springs without A/C and inadequate attic ventilation. The house would get crazy hot in the summer and make sleeping difficult on the 2nd floor . A whole house fan and solar attic vent makes a huge difference in Colorado without a high electric bill and without lowering the humidity using A/C. Couldnt be happier!

    Jordan and Albert did a great job. Whole process took about three hours. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They were able to preserve the walkway in the attic. Job was a bit messy during the process, but they cleaned up completely. Explained how to use the fan as well as options for winterizing. Fan works great - and was good timing given the extreme heat and the fact that our air conditioner had a bad capacitor and was out of commission for a while. Highly recommend this company.

    CHC and Craig have done a wonderful job on my Quietcool 7.0. Initial install went very smoothly and was very well done .Had a bad timer from the factory and they were out the next workday to take care of it. Great company to deal with(and I was in construction for 35 years and know how difficult customer service can be). Well done guys.

    Getting a whole house fan was the single best upgrade Ive done to this house. Not only did it cut my summer electric bill in half, it also increases your overall quality of life while at home. I went with a Quiet Cool Trident 6. First, obviously, it saves a lot of electricity when compared to running the AC. When the outdoors temperature gets cool, usually in the evening but also whenever, I open up the windows and turn on the fan. You immediately feel the refreshing cool breeze and your house will cool down in no time, unlike running the AC. Then in the morning I run the fan again to get the last of the cold air and close everything up. This is enough to keep the upstairs bedrooms below 72 for almost the entire day. So instead of the AC running for hours it may kick on once before its cool enough to open the windows again. Outside of that you can use the fan any time in any season, well except for when its actively raining since you dont want that rain coming in your windows, to either cool it down, or have a nice breeze, or to clear out smoke or odors from cooking :) Now the bedroom always stays nice and cool, youre much more comfortable in your house in any time of year, and it saves a TON of money in the summer. Cant recommend it enough.

    Been contemplating a fan purchase for years and finally decided to move forward. I called CHC in early April and got an immediate response. CHC was very proactive about the COVID 19 situation. I thought I would have to wait a long time to get the fan installed because of stay at home orders. However I was pleasantly surprised to find out that CHC is up and running. When the unit was installed the workers wore masks the entire time which put me at ease. The actual work was done in under 4 hours. And the workers even vacuumed when the job was complete.Now that the unit is installed I could not be any happier. The Quiet Cool unit is very quiet and creates a strong noticeable draft. Now my family has clean air from the outside. CHC deserves a 5 star rating for timeliness, quality, dependability, cleanliness, and professionalism.

    These guys did a great job installing a powered attic fan at my house. They were on time, quick, and tidy. The fan is making a noticeable difference in the temperature on the second floor -- keeping it much cooler. After about a month of operation it started making noises that it hadnt made before. They came right out to look at it, discovered some unwanted vibration, and got it fixed.
