Nick and his crew mate Russ were great. We hired 4SC for Nick’s expertise and attention to detail. Now we have a brand new completely finished 780 sq/ft basement. New bathroom, bedroom, living room, office and laundry closet with all of the bells and whistles. Nick managed the entire experience, his subs were timely and efficient, and we are thrilled to have this beautiful addition to our lives.When we had questions on design and materials, Nick guided us every step of the way. Even when we hit a snag with a door order delay, Nick took ownership and got it done. Right in time for the new baby! Looking forward to grabbing a new TV so we can finish the bar area but we love the exposed beam lighting recommendation!! 4 Seasons Construction was great to work with for both our outdoor patio remodel, as well as our basement remodel. Our basement flooded due to a sewage backup and 4 Seasons was extremely responsive in making this unexpected project seamless from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, highly professional, and overall the finished product speaks for itself. I highly recommend working with Nick and his crew, you wont be disappointed!

Nick and his crew finished a basement for me, 6/2018. I had no idea how to use the space or what to do. Nick has a creative mind and was able to visualize the plan in a way that used the space well. As he and his team progressed, they adapted to make the space work most efficiently. They showed on Day 1 and moved multiple boxes and heavy items which I was not able to handle. They stowed my stuff safely and in a manner which protected it from weather and construction debris. They cleaned up every day and left the site well organized. The project stayed on schedule and moved along as planned. When there were glitches, Nick always chose to do the right thing. His workmanship is excellent and he holds himself and his crew to a high standard of craftsmanship. I would recommend him without reservation and use him again if needed.

Nick and Russell were referred to us by Clark Hardwood for emergency work to remove kitchen subfloor that had rotted (and we did not know) underneath our kitchen sink cabinet. As it was an emergency, they added us into their schedule immediately. They had to remove a granite counter top, granite back splash, and the kitchen cabinet to get to the subfloor. After removing and replacing the subfloor, they found a new kitchen cabinet that matched our current cabinets, put back the granite counter top and backsplash. In the end, everything looked the same but with a new subfloor underneath.We can highly recommend 4scDenver and would use them again for any future home projects and remodels.

Nick and his work were spectacular! We had a very difficult basement stair reconfiguration in a very old house. I had multiple other contractors not even willing to take the job on. Nick approached it as a challenge not a problem, came up with a better design idea than we had considered and completed all the work on time and on budget. We have more projects on the horizan and he will be the only contractor we use!
