I dont remember how I found Knee Deep Plumbing, but I used their services for many decades, since long before Libby was the owner *** I dont remember the name of the guy from whom she acquired the company, he was a veteran, became a nurse and moved out of state..Anyway, Libby has continued to grow and strives to succeed in every aspect of this plumbing company. Very professional, communication, the billing process, and customer service are all top notch. I highly recommend them

Knee Deep did a great job at a reasonable price. They had to do more than they expected and even had to go into the brick but still didnt charge more than they originally said. Nate and Gabriel did awesome and explained everything very well. Didnt suggest things to do that werent needed. He wasnt even going to charge for coming out and looking at the issue if I chose not to fix it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Knee Deep Plumbing Services did an excellent job at my home. We had a plumbing emergency & they answered the phone promptly & courteously. They scheduled us ASAP. Nate & Ovi came out & quickly identified the issue using a camera. It was not a quick or easy fix. Nate & Ovi dug up line & added a home clean out as recent city repairs left them unable to clean & remove a root infiltration. They were both very hard workers working very late into the evening to get our plumbing functional again. They kept us informed & gave us fair & accurate quotes for the repairs. I was very impressed with their professionalism & courteousness. They also did a good job cleaning up after repairs were complete. They explained the benefits the Glacier Bay unit, including a magnetic entry point to catch that soup spoon before it falls into the basin. In making small talk they learned I am an educator and they refigured my estimate to include the Knee Deep teacher discount. Honest!

We’ve used knee-deep plumbing both commercially and residentially twice nowfor our restaurant and our home. Mr. Robert and Mr. Nate came both times and did a beyond exceptional job. They went above and beyond professional work ,as well as just extremely kind respectful gentlemen. They were able to quickly and efficiently take care of our needs in quick and cost effective manner. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is unseen! We’ve used several other companies and plumbers in Denton over the years all left us high and dry . We will continue to only use Knew deep and request Robert,Nate when they are available. Can say enough wonderful things about them!

Michael came and unclogged our pipe that was causing water to back out of the washing machine drain.We had previously called BCI, who told us we would have to open up the wall or drill into the floor to get to the clogged pipe. They charged us $400 for snaking it and left us without even fixing the issue.Michael came out the same day we called, quickly unclogged it from the outside access point and made sure that we were able to run the washing machine and sink before he left. It was also cheaper than what BCI charged us. We will use Knew Deep from now on! Thank you!

They did a massive project involving replacing all of our cast iron sewer lines. Cuyler spent a good amount of time and effort with the initial estimate which was competitive. They began the work on time and gave updates daily on the progress. They were even able to move some plumbing inside our laundry room while working on the sewer lines. Invoicing was very easy. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this company! I have an 80 year old house and there were some issues when I purchased it several years ago. I tried other plumbing companies for a few other things but since things which I thought should have been fixed kept breaking, I took another persons recommendation and called Knee Deep Plumbing. Once Knee Deep started working on my house, I knew no one else would even get the option. Every time they have come out they have been courteous, professional, explained what options were available, given a time frame, and correctly completed the work without issue.They also are always on time, and they send photos and texts ahead of time to tell me which plumbing professional is going to be at my house, which I love.I feel it is super important to note, as many women have absolutely experienced this: If you are a woman who owns a house, and a company sends men (specifically men) to work on your house, and if theres a man you live with, some of those men working on things will only talk to your male friend/husband/roommate/partner, even if you are clearly the person asking the questions and paying the bill. I for one am always infuriated by this and feel degraded, and it tends to happen a lot.Out of all the plumbing personnel Knee Deep has sent out for various projects, all of them were men, all of them were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and not one of those men has ignored me, downplayed my concerns, or answered my partner instead of me when I specifically asked a question. That for me speaks incredible volumes and means everything.My last project was a prickly one (broken pipe under one part of pier and beam, and they had to check under both sides of the split level pier and beam foundation to make sure all was well, and then fix the pipe).I wanted to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO CUYLER AND ROSS for this specific project, not only because they were awesome in general, but also because I know my job took time away from another job (there were complications) and not once did they make me feel bad about it. Im even more thankful because when I asked about tips to keep that specific problematic line clean, they provided me with not only the appropriate type of cleaner for my cast irons but also the type of machine I could utilize in a pinch to help keep things moving. I learned a great deal that day and am grateful for their candor. Incredibly stellar service. Im here for life.Also - every time I have called to schedule an appointment, I also want to note / give a SHOUT OUT TO SUE, and say I just love her as well because she is so kind and friendly. Everyone at this company who Ive had the pleasure of speaking to has been fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable! I called KDP for a second opinion after receiving a quote of $3,600-$6,000 for a major plumbing leak repair. Nate and Ross arrived promptly, identified the issue, and completed the repair the same day for less than 10% of the initial quote. They even managed to replace my garbage disposal during the visit. Sue in the front office was a pleasure to work with. KDP came highly recommended, and I will certainly use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Knee Deep Plumbing is honest, on-time and offers reasonable pricing. We had a sewer line issue and started work with a large, supposedly reputable plumbing company, who tried to exaggerate my sewer issues and upsell me on the project telling me that the line needed to be replaced at a cost over $100K. This unscrupulous company had already dug multiple holes and cut up my sewer line in 2 places. We decided to get other opinions on the project and spoke to 3 different plumbers, Cuyler from Knee Deep Plumbing being one of them. He was professional and honest and suggested that we clean out the sewer line for a fraction of the cost by hydro jetting it to actually determine whether there is an issue or not. The original plumbing company had flat out denied that a clean out could be done. All 3 subsequent plumbers disagreed and told me a clean out is mostly likely the easiest and cheapest solution. We decided to move forward with Knee Deep Plumbing because they were totally honest in their opinion, their pricing was reasonable, and seemed trustworthy. We are so glad we did! Knee Deep Plumbing came on time and did what they said they would do. The line was cleaned out and no issues found. Not only did they save us time, money and more stress, they were just kind people doing the right thing. They saw a job not done right and was willing to help their customers (instead of trying to take advantage of the situation or our lack of knowledge). They were a pleasure to work with. Cuyler was very thorough in explaining all of my options and how things work when we needed to replace our water heater. He identified the problem quickly when he and Robert came out to see why there were small sandy like particles in our water. We have an older home so they had to get creative and work around some obstacles in putting in the new water heater. They listened to our needs and listed out the best options for us according to those needs. They were also very patient and flexible when we had to coordinate the old one being pulled out and some new flooring that we needed to install under the water heater before they could put the new one in. I appreciated their patience in working around that and getting the job done accurately and efficiently. Sue was also great to work with - very communicative and responsive when scheduling appointments - even answering my call on a Sunday when there was an emergency. My Son used Knee Deep to replace all of his cast iron pipes, a monumental undertaking, but went smoothly and efficiently.I decided to use them to replace both gas water heaters with a tankless system..So glad we did. Finding a good plumber can be rather difficult, and I am so glad that we found Knee Deep Plumbing. Michael and Nate absolutely knocked it out of the park. (We had a leak in both our kitchen and a bathroom.)I was on the phone with our home warranty program for 1.5 hours (we had to get approval after an estimate was given, but this had nothing to do with KDP, it was all our home warranty program). Michael and Nate were incredibly patient the entire time, and kept reassuring me that it wasnt a bother and to do what I needed to do. I know next to nothing about plumbing, and they explained what they were doing in a super easy way to understand and answered all my questions. Highly HIGHLY recommend! Nate and Michael and the excavators who had to remove about half of the dirt under my old house were all great. Considering the huge job they had, basically replacing all of my old lines under my house, my broken shower pan and the sewer line out front, it was all done quickly. In early November, my husband and I were very impressed with the service and work their plumbers performed at our home. Another companys plumber told us that the exterior brick wall would need to be removed from the outside of our home to access the outside faucet in order to repair the leak problem. We were reluctant to proceed with that project. I cant recall his name, but when the plumber from Knee Deep arrived at our home, he completely put us at ease. He explained how he could access the faucet pipe through the inside of the house by cutting a small hole in the sheet rock in our laundry room (the outside faucet was just on the other side of that exterior wall). In no time at all the problem was solved - and at a very reasonable price too! I reached out to Knee Deep after one my primary hot water heater failed. They came and provided me with quotes for several options ranging from replacing both units with other tank water heaters to switching to a tankless system. Knee Deep was the only plumbing company out of the 4 that I contacted to even walk through the house and take thorough notes on the set-up. They even provided a quote to bypass the failed heater with the still working heater as a temporary stop-gap so that I could have hot water and credit that amount if they did any further work. I ended up choosing to go with a tankless system with them. They worked with the town to obtain all required permits and schedule inspections. They completed their work in an expeditious manner, keeping noise and debris to a minimum. They helped me work with the gas company to upgrade my gas meter as part of the project and showed me how to operate the new tankless system. All of their employees were extremely professional, courteous and diligent. The system has been in place for a few months now and there have been no issues. My gas and water usage has gone down with the new system. My experience with them has been very positive and I recommend them without reservation.Note: Review will be updated periodically regarding reliability and water/gas usage

I would like to HIGHLY recommend Knee Deep Plumbing for their repair of a broken sewer line and subsequent remodel of our master bathroom into a beautiful, high quality spa type bathroom.Our existing master bath was over 30 years old, outdated, and had cracked acrylic tub, broken sewer line under the toilet and aging cabinets.Mike Keating of Knee Deep Plumbing came up with a plan to replace the tub/shower area with a walk in shower that had rear access which allowed us to easily shower large dogs coming in through a dog door located in the bathroom. The double vanity was replaced with a large enamel cast iron tub that provides a spa like relaxing bath. The closet area was modified to provide space for a single sink with lighted medicine cabinet, toilet and marble shelving. The marble look porcelain tile and cosmic black porcelain tile gave a modern contemporary look with a European touch. A small working window was added for aesthetic and practical purposes. Mike Keating and Scott Trout were the primary plumbers and re modelers for the project although a number of other staff from Knee Deep provided service throughout the project. Knee Deep sends a text message notifying homeowner of scheduling, subsequent text messages including staff picture are sent when staff are en route for each person. They came every single time, on time and worked the entire time. They cleaned up the work area every single day before leaving. They were polite and highly skilled craftsman. Changes were handled perfectly and cost adjusted appropriately. I have called Knee Deep Plumbing for several plumbing issues in the past and have always been very satisfied but I was truly wowed by this remodel.

I own Kampfam RV on Mayhill Rd here in Denton. Ive had trouble with our sewer line ever since the electric company drilled through our riser line and sewer line at the beginning of the year. After having the line jetted twice by the City and another company, it was still getting plugged. Brian from Knee Deep found out it was mud and silt built up in the line and anchoring some rocks that had been pushed up the line from the previous break. The rocks acted as teeth snagging debris as it went down the pipe causing it to build up over time into a blockage.Brian cleared the plug in the line and then found a way to successfully auger the line and clear out the silt. He could have left the job after clearing the plug but he went the extra mile and modified some of his equipment to try and remove as much of the mud as possible. After running the auger down, he ran a camera down to make sure the line was as clean as possible. There was no silt in the line where there had previously been about an inch of silt. Kudos to Brian and his partner, and to Knee Deep for a job well done, for going the extra mile, and for ensuring the job was complete. As an extra bonus their price for the job was extremely reasonable and fair. I appreciate a good job at a fair price which is what I give my customers, Im very pleased that there are other businesses out there that do the same. I would not hesitate to recommend Knee Deep Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Thank you so much for giving me one less thing to be concerned about, well done!

We’ve used Knee Deep plumbing since 2017. They have always been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional with our one-off plumbing issues.It unfortunately came time to finally replace the entire sewer line under our old house. They gave us a very competitive quote for the job, answered all my questions thoroughly before getting started, helped with getting the financing through their 3rd-party lender, and worked around our schedules to minimize the time our water/sewer would be unavailable.This company has always sent us plumbers that we could trust, but Michael and Nate were the best to date. We had multiple conversations over the 6-day process of tunneling under the entire house, replacing all the pipes, and back-filling. It was obvious to me that they genuinely cared about the quality of their work, knew what they were talking about, and tried to make the experience for us as painless as a job that big could be. Great job!
