    Best plumbers I have ever worked with. I had a spigot pipe break off in the wall. They came out on a Saturday, went right to work and got it done quickly and correctly! Didn’t even have to cut the inside wall to get the pipe out! Well done! Will definitely use them again.

    Sergio was great to work with. He determined the issue was blocked sewer line. We had the cable company pierce our sewer line with their fiber line they had laid a couple days ago.Sergio pinpointed where the issue was and acted as a moderator on our behalf with the cable company, and had everything worked out before leaving.Thanks Sergio for going above and beyond what was needed.

    Update 10/29 - Haltex saved the day again for me. Had a meter to house leak. Luckily for me, my later afternoon appointment got moved up a few hours. Jonathan arrived on time and diagnosed my plumbing issue, and made the repairs. Once again, it was priced right, and Im completely satisfied!Update 9/24 - CONGRATULATIONS ON BEST OF DENTON, WELL DESERVED!Haltex did an amazing job. Extremely honest and straightforward. The crew was in and out, priced right and completely satisfied. The crew had to perform a slab leak bypass and a few other needs. The crew made as minimal damage as possible. I would definitely use Halston and his crew in the future if needed. They also provide flexible financing. We didnt use it, but it was a welcomed option. Obviously, your credit score is a factor, but the terms were on par with any others.

    Sergio arrived at our home on time and was the most professional and courteous/informative repairman we have worked with to date. He quickly identified the gas leak issues correcting the problem and then proceeded to check other gas connections and fixed another as well. Haltex Plumbing is now our go to company should we need their services again.

    Sergio and his team from Haltex stayed late into the night to ensure my hot water tank was replaced after it had been leaking into my attic. They quickly had the leak resolved. The tank replaced and hot water running. Highly recommend!

    Mario & Sergio are a legit God Send. My grandmothers toilet started spraying water and our house begin to flood, it was like 8 o’clock in the evening, we couldn’t get the faucet off, by the grace of God, Mario & Sergio were at our neighbors house, they quickly ran over and tried turning off the water, it took a while, but Mario was able to get in the house and turn the faucet off behind the toilet, they finally got the water to the house off, and even fixed the issue. They offered to do it at no charge, and even so much said “Gods timing is divine”. And it truly is, my grandmother is going through so much, trying to fix up her house, and financially struggling in more ways then one. When they left she literally busted out in tears, we are so grateful for them. Will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone who ask. Thank God for them, and this company.

    The best people I have ever worked with! With my house being older, things had to be brought up to new code standards for hot water heaters.Mark Sanchez went above and beyond to get that all taken care of. When they opened the box of the new heater, they realized it had been damaged in shipping to the local big box store. Haltex owner Halston Homeyer personally came and took it back and dealt with getting it refunded. Then he also personally went to Moore Supply Company and got me a new one from them. So glad he knew of them and had no problems getting what we needed.( I will also use Moore from now on) The entire installation took longer than usual because of everything, but these guys stuck it out and were very efficient, polite and courteous. They are very knowledgeable. I will always recommend them and will use them in the future. From my initial call, speaking with Jennifer, she was very nice and answered all my questions and was so helpful. Fantastic service.

    I highly recommend this company! After a slab leak in our home, we got a quote from a different company that seemed dishonest so we called Haltex. Halston took the time to explain what was going on, how he was going to fix it, and the cost breakdown. He took the time to make sure it was all done correctly and the most effective way. After it was all done, he had contractors to recommend to fix our walls, who also did a great job. From start to finish, they were honest, took care of us, and made sure the job was done perfectly. They were initially going to send someone out the same day, but then I received a call from Ty that unfortunately their tech had become ill. Rather than make me wait, they worked with a partner company to ensure I had someone out to fix the problem that same day.This level of customer care and professionalism is rarely seen these days.     I called Haltex plumbing looking for advice on installing couple of bidet spray showers in my new build home. Halston correctly advised me not to install anything invasive that might give an opportunity to the builder to void my warranty. In this day and age where people would do anything to get new customers, I appreciate Halstons honesty of doing the right thing although it meant not getting my business (for now). I now know that Haltex plumbing is on the customers side and its a very comforting feeling.

    Crew came in to do a reconnect for my kitchen remodel. All of the guys were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job reinstalling my faucet and disposal, rerouting pipes to have better connections, and making sure I had all the information I needed to follow up on spray hose replacement. Highly recommend!

    Halston came within 15 minutes of me calling Haltex Plumbing. It was almost at the end of the day, and he could not gather his crew. However, when he heard my faucet was leaking, and it is sort of urgent, he turned around his car and headed my way. He stopped the bleeding and showed me some follow-up problems that I should get fixed. He did not name a price for what he did, saying that he didnt have his crew with him so he has no one to pay! He is young and an honest motivated business owner that I would hire again!

    Call Halston at 8:45 pm for a sewer clog. By 945 he was here and got to work. Knowledgeable. Willing to talk through the issues and possible causes. Easy to ask questions to. And for a Friday night emergency call he didn’t charge my arm and leg. 10/10 will only call him for work going forward, you should too.

Not only did they come out emergency style at 8:30pm to tell us why our house was flooding, but Holsten was a much needed advisor to first time home owners and flood victims.
