Their pricing was competitive, falling in the middle range—not the highest, but not the lowest either.What truly set Razorback apart was their exceptional service. They promptly provided all the necessary documentation required by the HOA management team, including an insurance certificate. Every interaction I had with their team, from customer service to accounting and the permit department, was positive. Their employees were consistently helpful and professional.The electricians who installed the new electrical panel were incredibly efficient and did an excellent job. Overall, I am very satisfied with Razorback and would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Razorback Electric has provided excellent service for me on repairs I’ve needed for my home. They responded to my call and arrived at my home within a couple hours of my contacting them on my initial needs. This is the second time I’ve used them in 3 weeks. Mark and Kevin were the gentleman that provided such exemplary work on the first repairs on my home and I insisted on having them return for the most recent needs I had. They are both polite, knowledgeable, prompt, reliable, professional, and expedient. When the job was completed, they explained everything to me which was appreciated. I have extensive electrical work that needs to be addressed on my home and I will be contacting Razorback Electric again to complete it. I needed installation of 50+ recessed lights in a new construction home. It was a big job that took a few days and required some extra work like sourcing a new fixture for the retrofits so they matched the new ones. The guys were fantastic. The team was led by Tyler who is really knowledgeable, a great communicator, and an excellent manager of the team. Tyler and Friddle worked with Tyler and all three of them were focused, hard working, and highly proficient in their trade. They were also really courteous and flexible--I had lots of other people working in the house and it was a bit of a zoo, but they knew how to work around it all. Thanks again to the team.

We started off with two electricians, Chris and Zach, who showed up early taking into account the amount of work scheduled. They replaced 10 outdoor sconces, and prepared for the hanging of a pendant lantern over our front door. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, hard working and perfectionists to the finest detail. They heard what we wanted, they listened, and provided excellent feedback, making suggestions we hadnt even considered, all resulting in an over-the-top wonderful experience. They were joined by Nick and Mike who were charged with some indoor work and they consulted on some future projects while completing re-wiring to our lanai. I couldnt help but call the customer service number this afternoon to rave about their work. Oh, and they were very reasonably priced. We are already planning for additional work next month. Thank you Razorback Electric.We had the team from Razorback for return engagement which was their fourth or fifth visit, this time requiring scaffolding to replace an outdoor pendant lamp. They also uncrated and hung an antique chandelier upstairs with a new dimmer switch. We are so pleased and their visit coincided with a lot of appliance replacements in our kitchen. Despite what could have been hectic for some, they were punctual, professional and incredibly friendly. Honestly if I wasn’t confident in them after previous visits I would not have trusted them with our new chandelier. They were great. Kudos again to Razorback. Their scheduling team knew just what to convey to the team prior to the visit so they were prepared for contingencies. We trust you and your team implicitly. To date we have had Razorback Electric come to the house at least 20 times over the last several years for different projects most recently today with RICKY, who replaced and installed multiple smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Called about a light that was flickering when the switch was off and Chris advised it was because of the LED light was defective. Just need to replace to fix. Since that only took 5 minutes I talked about wanting extra outlets in my garage and Chris volunteered to install one AND he advised these mystery boxes on my wall were old time digital timers.. Found out one was for an outside light I could not figure out where the switch was.. Chris found it and installed a normal switch and installed an outlet in the other digital timer all in less than an hour!

I have older house that was remodeled and were the electricity was done in a very complicated way. Ben came with the helper, very polite, super fast, on time, professional, clean, they were able to figure out things no one could. It is very important to me to feel safe and in good hands and that’s what these two guys did. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!
