    I came home after a long week of driving 2 hrs to see a sick parent, holidays travel, two little kids. The heat had stopped working. My house was 42. I needed an emergency service call. I first called another company that has been the company who has done work for me before and they were beyond rude and annoyed ā€œ ugh we are so busy hold on ā€œ I was on hold for 20 mins then told it may be 24 hrs before they come.My sister recommended calling Tangora as her heating and cooling system just needed to be replaced and they used this company. I called, Alyssa answered the phone ( poor Alyssa) who from the first moment was so kind. I was already crying , exhausted by this week, two little kids, no heat, rude lady before nice Alyssa , I could barely speak. She humored me as I profusely apologized being so emotional. Her initial kindness and professionalism calmed me down enough to explain what the issue was.She had a technician name Ricky at my house within 45 mins. Ricky who also was a technician at my Sisterā€™s was beyond kind and broke the bad news I also need a new unit rather nicely as I sat there in tears in a freezing cold house after a very long week, now to hear I need a new unit ..cool..coolā€¦Iā€™m fine. (literally cool itā€™s freezing in my house ) Ricky made it less painful to hear , because he was nice. Not a pushy salesman. Just a really nice guy and professional.Poor Ricky watched me cry again but he also took the time to speak with my Father ( yes my dad is still my dad at 44) to explain what the issues were again and discuss my options.Ricky is putting together a quote for my options and even offered to find space heaters and bring them over until we resolve the issue.I called my Sister to update her and she had said the same thing. Ricky was wonderful and my Sister dealt with Parker and said he was amazing as well.I would normally shop around for prices something this large but the way Alyssa and Ricky treated me and my two girls is not what most companies provide. Great customer service but also kindness. You donā€™t see much of that these days. Tangora already went above and beyond.

    My boiler had its annual check up by Ricky of Tangora Heating and Cooling and I am very happy that it was an excellent experience. I knew when he was coming and what his name was. They helped us qualify for multiple rebates, significantly reducing the cost.     Last week, I woke up with absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! The humidity affected me badly because I have asthma! I called Tangora Heating And Cooling and spoke with Alyssa. She was very clear the Tangora team will do their very best to help my situation. Alyssa was able to schedule Parker to come do an estimate within the hour!!! Parker introduced himself and explained to me step by step what has happened. My Air Conditioning unit was 19 years old and has not been serviced in 3 years! Parker was able to rent me window units for my home until his team did the new AC install. Which was only 2 days later!! Parker, Keith, and Ricky arrived at my home by 8am and without hesitation, they got right down to business!!!!!! Tangora Heating and Cooling is very professional, and very knowledgeable. I am EXTREMELY glad I made the choice to call Tangora Heating and Cooling!! I STRONGLY recommend this team for any HVAC system!! I will definitely be calling Alyssa at Tangora to get scheduled for all HVAC services in the future!!!!

    We lost our AC system a few weeks ago. The Tangora team was amazing- They came right out on a Saturday morning within an hour of us reaching out, had a quote for us within minutes of figuring out the issue (with different pricing options to fit our needs) and had everything ordered and installed within days. They were incredibly friendly, respectful, and communicative. While here, they gave us additional pointers on other systems that we have (us being first time home owners require a lot of this, haha) which was very helpful! Overall, we were very pleased, will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will continue to use them for years to come. Itā€™s also an added bonus that they are a local business that we are able to support within our own community! :)

    I have been quite impressed with the service from tangora. I had issues with my AC the first company said there wasnt issues the second company wanted a ridiculous amount to replace my entire unit. Parker not only gave me a reasonable quote but also came and installed window AC units to get me through until they could replace the faulty unit. The install was quick and looks good. 10/10 would recommend.

    Parker and his crew installed central AC in our home last summer. They were professional and detail oriented. Everybody at the office was great to work with too. When we had a small parts issue this week, they came out same day to diagnose, expedited shipping, and installed the day of delivery. Iā€™d recommend working with Tangora any day.

    Weve used Tangora for 15 years. This past March our furnace went and they were able to immediately install a new one, and just yesterday our AC stopped working in the 90 degree heat and Parker was able to get it running again quickly. Would highly recommend.

Tangora just serviced my AC unit which was struggling in the recent heat wave and I couldnā€™t be more pleased with the service. Professional, polite, personable, knowledgeable, prompt, and problem solved - all of the adjectives you see in the other reviews are spot on based on my recent experience. These days itā€™s getting harder and harder to find service professionals that you can truly rely on, but these guys are the exception. Ricky is a proper gentleman and a rock star!     Tangora was great to work with from start to finish. Ricky came over to check out our AC unit within an hour of me calling. He diligently checked and tested everything out, addressed the issue, and talked me through each step as he was able to get everything up and running again. Because the frozen coils needed to thaw he left to do a few other calls and then came back to finish up the job and do a final check to make sure everything was functioning again. 10/10 experience.

    Tangora has been our go to HVAC company for about 15 years, since we had our HVAC system installed. Prior to Tangora, we had used a couple of other companies and customer service was never very good. With Tangora, when we call, they are always super accommodating. I have called in emergency situations (like last evening - after hours), and Parker answered his phone - as usual! He had the problem, for a client of mine, fixed this morning. My client was so very appreciative! I cant say enough, not only great customer service, but qualified/knowledgeable workers that genuinely care.

    From the women on the phone to the owner of the company, and each of the techs that were here working on the job, they all exceeded expectations, 110%My heat went kaput on Thursday night. I called Friday, late morning. Parker came Friday afternoon and gave me the fairest of the quotes Iā€™d received to that point. Then Parker brought in 3 space heaters before he left on Friday for me to use over the weekend. They worked well and I was toasty all weekend.Itā€™s now Monday at 1:45. They arrived at 11:00AM. My new furnace is installed and they have left.     Iā€™m so grateful for the team at Tangora! Iā€™d been trying to find someone to service my very old boiler and many companies were not getting back to me or scheduling out to the end of December. Tangora sent someone right away, and when there were several major issues with my boiler and hot water heater they got me on the schedule for a replacement in just a few days, knowing I was without heat.     Called Tangora as we were not satisfied with the plumbing company we used for some previous jobs. Parker came out that week, provided an estimate for several projects we were considering, and answered all of our questions. The office was pleasant and responsive when I called to schedule everything. The day of our appointment Tom and Parker were on time and installed our new water heater in an hour or two. They followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was working well. I appreciated the honesty, fair pricing, and follow up that was provided and I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Selected Tangora based on the positive reviews. Called for first time on July 4th weekend and the responded to my call with a visit 4 hours later. Matthew the tech communicated directly with me prior to arrival. My newly installed air conditioning system, installed by a competitor not to be named, wasnt working. He diagnosed a miswiring issue and pressurized the system. My three zone system worked perfectly after his visit. Pricing was reasonable. I found my HVAC company for the future. Thanks Matthew!

Also relocated another exterior central AC unit. The job was done clean, professional and tidy. Plumbing and metal work done so neatly that you would need to compare before and after photos to spot the differences. Also was careful to match the exterior aesthetics of my older house.     Very, VERY impressed with Tangora Technologies. Big shout out to Michael, Parker, Tom and Matthew! Everything went well with a failing heater changeout and the SOS we sent out. We appreciated the speed of their response, despite the off-tour timing, and the product they recommended and used. We couldnt have been happier with the switch-out and Im actually rather happy to be rid of my original Trane system. The new system is up and running, all within a day...and just in time for the oncoming snow storm! When first challenged by our heater, Tangora Tech had been highly recommended by another contractor who has done work with us and we highly regard.     Our 32 year old furnace died suddenly on a December morning. Called Tangora based on neighborhood recommendation at 9 am. Service guy came by 1pm. New system required. We were presented with several detailed written estimates that afternoon by email, made our choice and they installed the very next day starting at 8 am. Set up everything for us, wireless thermostat, etc. Great experience with this local company.

    When our furnace fan punked out on the coldest day weve had so far this fall Michael from Tangora Technology came almost instantly and had the fan replaced and the filter changed and everything cleaned and checked within two hours and now we are toasty warm again.     We have had a very successful working relationship with Tangora Technologies over several years. We first had to update our furnace and thermostat. It went smoothly and the programing of the furnace made it meet our needs without any problem. Our hot water heater was getting old and we wanted to update the technology that we used in our house so we had Tangora put in a tankless hot water heater.Our natural gas bill dropped to 1.50 a month. I called them to complement them and they thought I should take more showers. Great humor and a nice working relationship. With our desire to update our technology we looked at solar and it would only cover 70% of our electricity needs so we decided to go with Tangora and put in a Natural Gas generator so when we lose power we will have an immediate switch to the generator and we will not lose any devices or the hot tub. We wanted to have power supplies that came from different power sources and the Briggs and Stratton Natural Gas Generator provided us with that goal. Needless to say we are very happy with all the technology that Tangora has provided us with and they are great people to work with.

    The quality of service I received from Tangora Technologies is 5 plus gold stars. I had an issue with my furnace on Christmas Eve. I was having my family over for Christmas Day, so I was in a panic. I called 3 other HV/AC from recommendation I received, one never called me back, texted me around noon to say they might be able to stop by, and the third say they were not taking any new clients today to call back on Thursday. I googled HV/AC companies in Delmar, Tangora Technologies popped up. I figured I would give it one last try, to find someone to come on Christmas Eve, so I went to the internet for someone close to Delmar, hoping if it was in their backyard maybe they might consider coming taking a look.I called and spoke with Heather, she was so wonderful with me on the phone. She said, no problem we can have someone at your house by 1:00pm.Mike showed up as promised. He was very thorough explaining what was going on with the furnace. Never making me feel like he should be giving this information to my husband because I might not understand how the furnace works. Gave me 2 option I might want to consider. Assured me if the furnace was putting out heat I would be OK, and not to worry. The quotes were sent to me that day.The service tech, Chris should up, at the time he said he would be there. Very professional, neat, clean. The job was finished at the exact time that was quoted. When Chris left he took all the old parts with him to dispose of. I didnā€™t have to clean up after him. How refreshing. I have had service people who leave the trash for me to take care of.I am so impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Tangora Technologies, the kindness of Heather for ā€œtalking me off the ledgeā€, Mike showing up on Christmas Eve, and Chris being clean, neat, and tidy.Donā€™t we all wish everyone we interact with in the service industry was like Tangora Technologies!
