    Coastal Bath: Absolutely Amazing!I recently had the pleasure of working with Coastal Bath to remodel my shower in Ocean City, MD and I couldnt be more impressed! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.The salesperson, Ricky Shoemaker, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions up front and was extremely thorough and engaged and responsive with any follow on questions i had.The office staff, Stephanie and Carly, were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to all of my questions as well and they made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.The installation crew, led by Josh, was top-notch. They were meticulous, professional, and friendly. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left my condo cleaner than they found it. It was clear that they took pride in their work and were committed to delivering a high-quality product.I would highly recommend Coastal Bath to anyone looking for a quality shower remodel.     Coastal Bath gave a fair price and followed up on the installation date and did the job on the date promised and finished up on one day, cleaned up everything. The two installers came on time in the morning worked extremely hard all day and were very friendly. The materials look like they’re very good quality and they guarantee me a lifetime warranty so we were very satisfied with the work promised and provided and we are just depending on the Lifetime Warranty which we have paperwork to give us no concern about that but that’s the only thing to be determined yet.

    We are in love with our new shower and fixtures. High quality products and very professional Beautiful! The staff was excellent, kept us updated as to the progress of the install.     Coastal Bath Co. just replaced our out-dated one piece master shower with a beautiful new acrylic shower stall.     Coastal Bath installed an absolutely beautiful new shower along side new flooring and a toilet In my master bathroom. Coastal’s work has completely transformed the space into something I actually look forward to using every day. The quality of construction is very high. The installers, extremely professional and respectful of your home and items. All the materials used seem very high-quality and elevate the space immensely. I took a chance on their fixtures from MOEN and admittedly, they are very nice I highly recommend spending the extra money! Admittedly there were some issues found after the install, but Coastal Bath stood by their work and fixed everything Without any trouble. To be clear, by no trouble I mean I didnt have to fight them to get anything fixed or changed. I never once felt like I was going to be left in the lurch, I always knew coastal was on it, and everything would be perfect. In the end everything indeed was absolutely perfect. I worked with stephanie in the home office, who was amazing at keeping me updated on everything (a shelf I bought is back ordered) and relaying any issues I was having to the guys before they came to me. The production manager, Stephen Is amazing at what he does he made sure everything was perfect and even fixed many things personally when something turned out different than it should’ve. I also wanted to mention Dean and Daniel: When they were working in my home They were extremely respectful, clean and their work was perfect. I couldn’t have asked For a better experience.

    I had a major mold problem in my bathroom. After many months of mold removal and having my bathroom ripped apart and repaired, Coastal Bath came in, removed my old shower, and installed a beautiful new shower. Installers were friendly and very professional, and customer service was excellent and responsive. It doesn’t look like the same bathroom. I love the new shower. Thanks again!

    We had a very old walk in shower and needed one with ease of entry and grab bars for my Husband. We also had a large soaking tub which we never used. We met with Stephanie and she is the most patient and helpful person. Stephanie came to our home several times to answer all our questions. We even met with her at their showroom. When we finally made up our minds Stephanie got us onto the schedule quickly, working around our previously scheduled appointments. The job was scheduled for 3 days as they needed to remove the tub as well. Two gentlemen showed up early each day, worked tirelessly and finished in 2 long days. The two men were friendly and made sure to include us in every decision along the way. For example, how high the showr bench should be as we needed it higher than what was standard and where to install the docking station for the hand held shower head for ease of use. They were very knowledgeable in the removal of the existing shower and tub and in the installation of the new shower and fittings. They were also Extremely Neat!! Cleaning thoroughly every day before they left for the day. They did everything they could to make sure we were pleased with their work. The result is a beautiful new shower, a wonderful new floor, complete satisfaction and all within our budget!! Highly recommend this company!

    We had both our bathrooms completed in our condo in OC. Coastal bath did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results. The only issue, was the sealant they use around the tile, does not allow paint to adhere. And we had old paint showing through the clear sealant. We managed to find a way around it. The bathrooms look great with the new shower and tub. We are so pleased and the work was completed on time as promised. They are concerned with making sure the customer is happy. They understand that with a project as costly as bathroom remodeling, that customer satisfaction comes first. We highly recommend Coastal bath.

    I bought a ten year old house with one really nasty bath tub. I put up with it for almost two years, but finally decided it had to go.I talked to a couple of companies, but never quite got the sense of confidence. Im a little bit particular. Fred came out to my house, and instantly I trusted him. He has a deep background in material sciences so we went into great detail about adhesives, materials and what makes a project succeed of fail.It was easy to find the look I wanted, and to stay within my budget. What really impressed me was the awesome communications. Stephanie and her team regularly contacted me to let me know where the parts and materials were in the pipeline, so I never had to wonder.Then, Stephanie called me yesterday and offered to do my installation today - weeks ahead of schedule! Of course I said yes and the team were here, on time as promised and ready to get to work.These guys were awesome. Great energy, they really enjoy working together and have a lot of fun making something awesome that makes your jaw drop. And, what the did is beautiful. I really like the easy-care aspect of keeping this clean, as Im getting older. I really appreciate that I have two grab handles and three shelves - all placed at the right height for me.When they left, there was nothing for me to do except shake their hands and thank them. They left no mess for me to clean up, so theyve just left me with a brand new walk in shower and happy memories of a really great choice!How does it look? Well, you tell me!

    We had our tub converted into a walk-in shower. We are very pleased with the results! From start to finish, Coastal Bath kept communications open.     Had a tub to shower remodel today, with new floor and toilet installed. Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Never made us feel pressured to have them do the job. Coastal bath gave us a quote and did not demand a decision on the spot. They gave us time to talk about what they offered and understood we had another company to talk with. As it turned out they offered more services for significantly less than others and their quality and service has been great. Very pleased and recommend them.

    Coastal Bath removed an existing shower and installed a new one. Brian and Ameilo arrived around 8:15 a.m. and completed the project before 3 p.m. Both men were very professional and friendly! I tried not to peek too much as they were working but they didnt mind me sticking my head in every once in a while. I am very pleased with the finished product!!! THE PRODUCT, SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP-all was outstanding!!! I am also grateful that they cared about how the finished product appeared to the eye...nowadays some contractors act as if they do not see the flaws like if something is not straight or if gaps are evident, etc! Of course, no flaws were evident but I am sure if there were they would correct them before requesting me to look at the completed project.     We had a shower insert installed to our exact specifications. We were very pleased with Leos and Bryans work. Unfortunately, the type of showerhead we requested did not suit our needs. After explaining the situation, Stephanie had ordered us a different showerhead, which is just perfect for us. We are amazed that Coastal Bath not only did an excellent job on the install (which is beautiful), but the follow-up work was excellent, as well. We will definitely keep Coastal Bath in mind for future renovations!

    We recently had our bath tub replaced with a walk in shower along with the installation of new flooring. In addition we also had a new exhaust fan and overhead light installed. The installation crew arrived on time and was very professional in their work. At the end of the day they showed us a brand new walk in shower, floor and a whisper quiet exhaust fan. We were so impressed with their work that we decided to have the bath tub in our other bathroom replaced as well as the floor and exhaust fan.     These people did a good job, shower/bath looks great. However, I asked them to install the vanity, for which Karli said would I would have to pay an additional $500. Seemed like a lot for 2 hours work, but as long as theyre here.... Unfortunately, a little plumbing was involved, and the installer informed me that they only do like-to-like installations. I had to call a separate plumber. I guess we have different understandings of what installation means...Also, they dont tear up the old tile when they lay the new flooring - they just lay the laminate right on top of the old tile. The sales guy did not make this clear to me.

    Coastal Bath was amazing. Our master bath needed to be more accessible for my husbands limited mobility. The workers were quick, knowledgeable, upfront and open about each step of the installation process. When we had questions the workers would stop and answer our questions; when possible would show us exactly what was happening. Arrived about 8:45am was finished, cleaned up and gone about 4:15. Really amazing.

    Nice personable knowledgeable receptionist. Will look into doing a renovation on my bathroom. They can do tile, epoxy floors and demo of old with capping water lines and reconnecting upon completion. Easy to talk to and recommends products that will last and not just the more expensive product that you really don’t need. Will be talking to them about finalizing numbers & scheduling.

    Stephanie and Alyssa regularly updated me on the status of my job. When the material came in and a date was scheduled, Adam and Leo showed up on time. They were extremely neat, professional and friendly. The work was outstanding and completed in 1 1/2 days. I had a couple of minor things that needed to be addressed after completion and Adam showed up after work that same day to take care of it. Customer service means everything.     By far the most courteous, professional, neat and very easy to work with. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The sales person Nate was knowledgeable and never pressured us to sign that day, but we decided to sign a contract because of our comfort level . A couple of Days later Coastal bath sent out Frank to review the work that was to be performed, and make sure we understood what ,when and how it was to be performed.     I needed a bathroom remodel completed in Fenwick Island. After calling around and speaking to a few different companies I decided to have Coastal Bath Company along with a few others come out to give me an estimate. Coastal Bath Company went out of their way to meet me at my property on a Sunday as it was the only day I was able to make it down since we live out of state and are not full time residents.After speaking with Frank and going over our plan for what we wanted to accomplish we decided to move forward and have the job completed. We were told that materials needed to be ordered and Frank was very up front on time frame for the completion of our job which was great. Coastal Bath was spot on in their estimate. Too many times we have been promised a timeframe from other companies on previous jobs that were not met (and most of the time double what we were told).Once our materials arrived, Frank called us to schedule the install immediately and was able to come out the next day to begin work. The job itself took 2 days and we couldn’t have been happier with the result!I am a double amputee and we previously had a tub/shower combo. I could not be happier with the low curb shower that was installed! I am finally able to access our bathroom easily and without issue!Thank you Coastal Bath!

    We contacted several companies in the area to give an estimate on a remodeling our main bathroom, This company was by far the most professional of all of them.The other companies presented some nice products but all of them were very pushy and said that their quotes would only be good if you signed the contract that day. This company did not try to force us to purchase their product that day, Their represenitive came and gave us an estimate for the items we wanted and gave us some time to decide.We went to the store to pick out what we wanted and the person helping us was very professional and helpful. After we picked out items they sent a representative to our house for final measuring.The installers were professional, polite and did a great job, They left no mess and everything looked perfect,I am retired from a service related business and grade my post on how professional the companies I deal with are on the service they provide, I could not have had a better experience with any other companies than I did with Coastal Bath.
