    I called the office spoke with Sal whom scheduled technician Steve to come out within the hour during this chaotic hurricane situation. Steve was on time, professionally dressed, very courteous, and begin to start the project that I called for. Steve was there for several hours as the hurricane notifications started. He stayed until the job was done. Five stars for this company. The price was right, the service was fast, the technician was professional, the response was A+. Thanks guys for getting me up and running with my generator. I will definitely use you going forward..

    February 2024-Mister Sparky team looked at the electrical concerns we had and provided us with solutions for electrical repairs on our older beach home. They came on time and worked throughout two days to take care of our electrical problems. Wereplaced 87 outlets and 25 light switches, dryer plug, water heater electrical box and installed electric for a garbage disposal. Awesome job.John who came out initially was friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions.October 2024-We had a second visit recently. The entire meter box has to be replaced due to corrosion from the salt air and it was built in 1984. They had to replace everything and have the utility come to shut off power. Of course they pulled permits so it will pass inspections. Excellent work for sure.

    Technician show up promptly. He did am inspection of my panel for a quote to add a manual transfer switch to my home panel for a standby generator. As I am getting multiple quotes for the project I have not decided on a contractor as of yet, however I am impressed that Mr Sparkys tech informed me that they can do same day service if needed. That is something that had not been offered by other contractors.

    Wow. Great service! Troubleshooting a 1970s oceanfront condo electrical fault. We ended up replacing the main panel due to deterioration, and they located the fault inside an external wall. The EMT conduit rusted and broke the ground and neutral. The team came to replace the panel but stayed an extra 4 hours to solve the other issue and get us back online. Estimate was delivered electronically and was exactly what we were billed. Our Tennant was very pleased and gave rave reviews as well. Highly recommend Stephen V.

    A friend of mine owns a condo in Cocoa Beach. She recently did a full gut renovation and added a huge built in entertainment center. The unit was wired for speakers during the installation, however she decided to convert the space to sconces. Because the sconces needed access to power and the unit is built in, the wiring was a HUGE hurdle with minimal space behind the unIt and has a support structure used to attach it to the wall. Wiring in the wall was also not possible due to metal studs, plumbing for a bathroom on the opposite wall as well as concrete structural supports within the wall.Our technicians, Jonathan and Adam stuck with the problem, discussed options with other technicians and problem solved until they got the wires fed and the lights installed. It was no easy job! They completed other jobs as well and we couldnā€™t be happier!! Thank you Jonathan and Adam!It is also important to say that the company was selected based on a request through Angieā€™s list. We received a response from Mister Sparky in about 5 minutes and a quote in less than 2 hours. The quote was done by John. All three employees we very polite and professional. Jonathan and Adam either removed the shoes or wore shoe covers before stepping foot on the new carpet; so considerate!Thank you Mister Sparky!

    Mister Sparky was professional from start to finish. When I first called their office I was met with great customer service and an easy to talk to representative. We set my appointment and the next day a technician was at my house at 8am to start the project. The quoting process was quick and straightforward. The technician started working on our project and did not leave my house until almost 9pm that night. They ran into an issue that was unexpected but instead of either not fixing it or using it as an excuse, they ran out, grabbed the parts they needed and got the job done. By the end of my project they had three techs working late to finish the job. They not only addressed my initial problem but were able to fix two other issues while they were working. I noticed that one of the techs that was at the house was a newer employee, I witness the ā€œolderā€ employee teaching him and showing him the ropes. That was big to me since I too am a business owner and would only expect the same from one of my employees. It shows that Mister Sparky hires good, level headed employees who want everyone around them to succeed in their jobs as well. Mister sparky will definitely be called out to my house again for any electrical work I may need!

    Terry was awesome! He came in and immediately got to work on the issue we had in our garage by running a diagnostic test. He figured out the issue and was able to fix it so we wouldnā€™t have to worry about it again. He even plugged everything back into the appropriate plugs so we didnā€™t have to use our extension cords anymore.     Mister Sparky really helped us out of a bind, coming out on very short notice to fix some malfunctioning smoke detectors in my elderly mothers house late in the day. Armani, the electrician who was assigned, was incredibly responsive, capable, polite, and professional, and he did a great job. He tells me he years of experience dealing with home owners insurance. Upon initial inspection of our home, John identified exposed wires where an additional breaker box was added by the previous owners. He was able to offer me interest free financing and set the day to do the work within a few days and will provide us with the invoice and a clean inspection.
