Im a first-time homeowner & had no idea what to do when my water heater stopped working and started hissing & leaking. I called RotoRooter around 6 pm and was told someone would come between 11 and 1. I think Raoul from Premier showed up around 9:30, turned off the water to the water heater, discussed my options with me, & asked if he could help with anything else -- we walked around my house and he gave me advice about all my plumbing issues! He didnt charge me the emergency call fee. I had a quote for water heater replacement in my inbox the next morning. I ended up going with a firm specialized in switching from gas to electric but I would definitely call RotoRooter/ Premier for help in the future.
