I called Advance Plumbing on a Friday and was able to get a same day appointment for my hot water heater, this in itself was amazing. When the technician Cesar came out he gave me all my options about my unit. Cesar worked out all the details late Friday afternoon when he should’ve been done for the day to stay and replace the unit so I’d have hot water for the weekend. What a kind, professional and knowledgeable employee. Thank you so much Cesar, you’re amazing.

Advanced Plumbing replaced every drain in our 60 y.o. house from the vents to the foundation -- a big job. (The original builders hung 4 copper toilet lines with steel straps, and long-term corrosion had compromised drains beyond repair). I put out calls to plumbers over the weekend and Cesar was at the house first thing Monday morning. Two other companies bid on the work, and one was willing to match the price and scope of work, but Advanced was earliest with the lowest price. Advanced gave me the option to include sewage cleanup/decontamination, but I went with another vendor -- who later told me they had worked with Advanced, with favorable things to say. The plumbers from Advanced were courteous and prompt, and wrapped up the job on schedule in 2 days (based on an estimate of 2-3 days). At the end of the project, Cesar reviewed choices like drain sizing, cleanout type and location, and other details. Advanced Plumbing guaranteed their work and I am a satisfied customer. Look, its not a good day when you learn that your house requires $10,000+ of emergency repairs -- but in that situation, it is important to be confident that your plumber is competent, trustworthy, and hard-working. We had a really good experience with Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. They are very responsive and professional. We had a problem with out water heater, we contacted them and they came and checked everything out the same day. We got quotes for all the options they offered us. What I appreciated the most was the fact that Jason didnt try to make us change our mind and go with their products, he was being very honest about everything they offered. In the end, we chose the products offered by Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air because they offer a lot of benefits and warranties for their customers.The next day we got the installation and it was NOT a pain at all! They moved fast, and they used all the pipes that were there already. The technicians gave us all the information we requested, and more. They were professional and we didnt feel like they were pressuring us to do this or that, nor that they were trying to rob us of money (like we experienced before).The water heater is working just right, and were more than satisfied. We will definitely contact them again in the future when we need assistance!A big thank you to the team!

Needed a fairly simple fix today. The main drain from the house to the sewer needed to be cleaned out so the toilets and sinks would flow again. Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air sent a plumber named Noe. He arrived asscheduled and did an excellent job explaining what the problem was and fixing it. The price was reasonable as well.

Cal was on-time and friendly. We discussed my water heater problem in detail and decided that the best approach would be to replace the water heater. The work was done the same day with the help of his associate-Larsen. Cal also unclogged one of my shower drains at no extra cost. He also discussed with me some future plumbing needs that I may benefit from. All in all-a very professional experience. He comes highly recommended.

This company does our maintenance but today we needed help with a melted transformer due to a serious power surge then outage. They were able to come right out on a Saturday and get our unit running quickly. He was very nice, courteous, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
