Kyle is the best! A recent storm caused plumbing noises behind my kitchen wall, possibly a water hammer because of too much stress on the pipes for kitchen, washer, and tankless water heater. The first trip, Kyle examined the problem, then he returned and installed a surge pump, then he returned to flush out my tankless water heater, and then shortly thereafter he made a 4th trip when my toilet decided to spring a leak! He was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I greatly appreciate his expertise and his kind professionalism.

I am hesitant to write a positive review because I dont want Kyle to get so busy hes not available for me! When my hot water heater broke he ordered me a new on ASAP and installed it ASAP. When it wasnt hot enough (I like it SCALDING) he came out the next day and spent a few hours with the heaters customer service and me jumping in and out of the shower to check temperature, to make sure I was satisfied.

I was so impressed with the level of service. They came out right away, took care of leak in my kitchen in record time, and charged me a very fair price. I would definitely used them for any future plumbing needs! Thank you Kyle and Leo!

I called Jakes Plumbing on Friday 5-20-16 regarding the womans bathroom needing servicing. Jake was very pleasant on the phone, knew exactly what the problem was and said he would be out to look at it, buy the part and come back on Monday 5-23-16. I called him to follow up on the phone on Monday to see if he was still coming out and he said yes. Let me tell you. He was very busy but still took the time to come and see us at the last min. Jake is professional, very friendly, business, took care of the problem in the womans restroom and sent us the invoice. I recommend to use him. I live in Fairfield. If I could use him where I live I would. It is hard to find a self owned business owner as professional as Jake.
