    I had a major backup of my main drain exiting my house. It was over Labor Day Weekend 2024. It was after 5pm, hot, muggy, and sludge was backing up into my basement. Sewer Bros to the rescue! Mainly, Otis! He responded within an hour, took cap off, and snaked the main drain. It was hot, if you all remember. He worked his tail off and cleaned everything up spotless. Would definitely recommend them. Worth every penny. Especially in that type of emergency. Oh and I had tried to snake the drain numerous times before calling. It needed industrial snaking!

    Called at night for an urgent matter with my sewer line. I seriously was so stressed about it after making so many calls. I called Chris who answered within seconds and try to comfort my nerves. He was respectful, polite and very informative. I called him at 1am and was here by 6am. He explained everything to be very thorough and unclogged my line.     Contacted Sewer Bros in the morning on website. 10 minutes later I had a phone call from the owner Chris. We setup an appointment in the afternoon. Chris showed up 10 minutes before the time.     Sewer Bros. were fantastic--I recommend this company without reservation! I had an intermittent issue with a clog in my main drain. Three previous companies had minimal or no success in fixing the problem. My plumber recommended Chris from Sewer Bros. He came the same day, and after diligent effort, diagnosed and fixed the problem (roots in the sewer pipe).     Sewer Bros. was awesome! Mine was the nightmare scenario, staying at my elderly Mom’s house and suddenly the upstairs shower is draining out of the downstairs toilet. On a Sunday, no less.     Absolute professional!!! My main sewer line backed up so I called and got Patrick. He Explained the pricing and expectations and told me he would be there within the hour. 45 minutes later he was knocking on the door. After some initial trouble getting into the main pipe he was able to locate it with his snake and clear the clog. After a quick clean up my toilets were working normal again.     Had a problem with a main drain back up in my house. There is a bathroom in the basement and since this is the lowest point our plumbing system, sewage was coming out here. Not fun.I called several drain companies who advertise emergency service. One never even showed up, and was told by another that they dont come out that late (only 9pm). Very aggravating.I called Sewer Bros and Chris not only answered the phone directly, he came right out. At first, he ran a big snake down the drain and also a camera.Turns out there were two problems! One was a city problem and not only do I have a video to prove it, I have it available online with a link he provided. He also called the Water and Sewer Dept for me to explain to them the problem he found in a language Im not familiar with being a layperson. (Ill be getting in touch with the city with my video!)Also, besides the city problem, my drain going to the street was described as relatively flat. I had it jetted and will do so on a 6 months schedule to keep it clear of the build up he showed me (the second problem). Im not interested in this happening ever again!He was friendly, treated my home like it was his own, and would highly recommend.Thanks Chris!
