    I bought my first home in Massachusetts in May of 2023 and have been using New England Gas Systems after a friend recommended them. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with them. They have come to service my (very very old) furnace twice now in prep for winter and have made everything so easy from scheduling to calling before they arrive and the actual service. They completed a tune up a couple weeks ago and on Monday my furnace started making a very loud noise. As a first time homeowner, this stuff can be overwhelming and confusing, and with the age of my unit, made me very nervous. That same day I was able to speak with the office, send in a video and talk to a tech. He even facetimed me to talk me through it and see what I was looking at to confirm it wasnt urgent. They were able to schedule a tech to come out two days later to check it out. Ryan was able to identify the problem quickly and it ended up being something super simple. What was most appreciated and impressive was the time he took just to show things to me, explain items and answer all of my questions. You could tell Ryan really cared about the work he did and making sure I felt confident and knowledgeable. Ill recommend New England Gas Systems every time. Theyre the best! Thank you all.

    We recently contracted NE Gas Systems for a large project to remove our oil tank, replace our oil boiler with a high-efficiency propane boiler, and replace and relocate our water tank. I got three bids for the project. NE Gas’s bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. Ultimately I selected them because I got the feeling I would have the best experience with them, and I was not disappointed. Top notch job all around, and excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.

    Had loss of heating system on a Sunday morning. Most companies that claim to be 24/7 are full of bull and don’t respond on weekends. New England Gas actually answered the phone and had a tech at the house within an hour. Came up with a plan to repair first thing Monday am as brand specific part not available on Sundays. These folks know what customer service is and they now have a new customer 👍

    I recently used New England for the third time over the past several years in relation to a tankless hot water heater, as they are an authorized dealer for the brand we have. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Each experience was timely, efficient, and fairly priced. Well done to NE Gas!

    This company is awesomely good. When my relatively new pool heater sprung a leak, I first called the company that I bought it from and that installed it. They told me that it was my fault it was broken, that there was no way it would be covered under the warranty, and that I had to replace the entire heater. That did not sit well with me so at the recommendation of the pool heater manufacturer I called New England Gas Systems. Bruce carefully dismantled the system, investigated the problem, and most importantly identified and explained the root cause of the problem. But that’s not all. They also went to bat for me and convinced the manufacturer to honor the warranty on the part that was broken, which was a huge financial savings for me. They ordered all the right parts, including the parts to fix the root cause, and efficiently put everything together so that the pool heater now looks and is working like brand new.I cannot say enough good things about the expertise, professionalism, and integrity of this company and its owner. They truly lived up to the ideals that you expect from a service provider and as a result have gained a new customer for life.

    NE Gas has been servicing our gas boiler/hot water system for several years and really do a wonderful job. We just had them replace the old zone pumps and remaining original pipes in our heat system, which was about half the overall system, and the end result is very clean, neat, and works perfectly.We sleep better on cold nights knowing NE Gas is behind our heating system

    My gas heating system decided to finally die just over a week ago. No heat, no hot water. I called more than a dozen local companies and only received one quote. Either they didn’t show up, or they did and then went radio silent. A friend called the local supply house to get a referral for me and I was put on the schedule just a few hours later for the assessment. Chad immediately saw what I already knew - a brand new system is needed. Honestly, full on rain through the system due to the horrible install job the prior guy did only 6 years ago. It was 50 on the first floor that day. Then we got the arctic blast, and I woke up to 40 degrees this morning. Frigid temps, the weekend approaching, and Christmas next week. Worst timing ever. The team contacted their customers scheduled for service today and tomorrow and worked it out. As Chad said, we have scheduled jobs to do but they have heat and you do not. Wow. With expectations that it would be Friday (tomorrow) before I would be good to go, I came home tonight to heat! The guys rallied and worked until 7:45 pm to make that happen for me, without me asking. Honestly I could not be more grateful or impressed. And having New England Gas Systems a local business in town makes the luck of connecting with them even better. They have some more work tomorrow to finish up, and I could not be more grateful for the compassion for a first time customer when I needed help desperately. And yes, the price was very fair without markup for the urgent situation I was in.

    I called them in the morning with no heat. I was told between 12 and 4pm. The tech was here a little after 12. He was polite and worked fast and fixed the problem which was a loose wire. The bill was $185 which I thought was quite reasonable. This was the second time using them. I highly recommend.
