Called LaMattina’s Plumbing thinking that my water heater needed to be replaced. They took my request on New Year’s Day and Bobby called me within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional and straight forward. He asked a few questions about my water heater and what the issues were. He then offered to Facetime me so he could see what was going on. He quickly identified the issue as the pilot being out and confirmed that there was nothing actually wrong with the water heater. He was patient with me and gave me step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue. I was able to get the heater back up and running within a few minutes. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I will absolutely be calling him again for any issues in the future.

Weve been using LaMattinas plumbing for almost 10 years. Bobby has been awesome to work with! He and his dad got us out of a couple home disasters and theyve always been punctual, easy to work with and fair on their pricing. From replacing our water tank the day after new years when it burst all over the basement to remodeling our 1950s bathroom and a whole lot in between, we would never consider going to anyone else.

I called LaMattinas Plumbing Monday morning just before 8:00am. The answering service answered the telephone, took the message and told me I would have a return call shortly. Within 15 minutes, we received a return call and he was at our house within 30 minutes.Our problem was the toilet tank ball was malfunctioning and the shut off valve would not function as it should. Robert did an excellent job, was very neat and cleaned up when he finished the work. We would highly recommend his services.

Bobby from LaMattina’s Plumbing & Heating called me back first thing in the morning. Got here as soon as he could, found my precious, valuable item quickly and replaced our sink’s P trap with a much better new one. Explained what the problem was, fixed it quickly at a very fair price. LaMattina’s has been our family’s (and our neighbors’) go-to for plumbing and heating issues for years, even going back to when Bobby’s dad ran the business. Very honest, personable professional. I had a leaking valve that connected my sink to the dishwasher and needed my fridge water line hooked up.Called LaMattinas Tuesday midday. Bobby got back to me soon after and said he could come by on Wednesday. He was honest and upfront about the pricing which is always good to know.He called me about 20 minutes out and he was here on time.When he got here I asked him to change out all 3 valves underneath my sink and he said that wouldnt be a problem. They changed out the valves and hooked up the fridge water line in no time ~90 minutes, not long at all.I had some other questions about a banging in my pipes. He checked the water pressure in the and said that was fine. So he said the issue is that one of the hot water pipes isnt properly secured and that its not worth ripping up walls to lower the pressure just a little bit. And that I should just close my faucet gently and it should be fine.I would highly recommend using them. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling them.

Replaced our Tankless Water Heater.And I can’t say enough good things about Bobby!! My wife and I had family in town for Thanksgiving week when out tankless water heater intermittently stopped working and was actually leaking. Not only was he responsive when I called, but he asked a lot of questions to ensure the right solution for us. Over the few days of trying to figure out the direction and Bobby running down leads for our replacement, I texted him on Sat with update from our end. Not only did he get back to me Sat, he called back Sun to finalize details and timing!! Each time, he and his co-worker were extremely professional, explained everything that had to be done, left the areas spotless. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Quality, quality, quality. The first time they came to my house was on a moment’s notice to replace our water heater. They replaced our sewer stack and fixed our laundry hoses as well a few months later. While replacing the stack, a pipe that wasn’t glued in properly fell out. Our house is old and has definitely had questionable plumbing done to it! They showed me what happened and took the time to get materials and fix the new issue. They could have easily just put the pipe back and said nothing. I really appreciate their transparency and thoroughness! Highly recommended.

I was concerned with my oil boiler since it is older and I have a newborn in the house. Bobby came by to provide a quote on replacing my oil boiler and gave me an honest and very fair assessment. Rather than scaring me into a very expensive purchase (replacement and/or gas conversion), he tried saved me thousands of dollars with an alternative solution.Cant thank him enough for his fairness and honesty.
