    I used Born to Shine to do a few different jobs for me this month - they installed a chandelier, fixed an outdoor light post that had a short under the ground and was not working, and also put in a whole house surge protector. They did an excellent job on all and at a very reasonable price. They quickly returned my call and came out right away. Excellent and professional service. I highly recommend!!

    Quick, reliable and reasonable pricing. I called in the morning because I lost power in two rooms. he was here in the afternoon and was able to fix the problem within 24 hours. My house is older and he was able to work around it with no issues. Will definitely use him again.

    Hands down, the best electrician Ive ever worked with, and we built our home! We needed an outlet added in our closet. I called him to see if he could give me a quote by showing him a video or photo of the areas. I had called several companies that morning and everyone was going to take a few weeks. He offered a market-rate price and was able to come the day I spoke to him! Affordable, quick to respond, his work was quick and top notch.     Happy to say that Born to Shine is great! I called Monday morning about a problem with my kitchen light, and by Monday afternoon the problem was resolved. Duds was prompt, professional, and friendly. Not only was he thorough and extremely helpful, but his prices were very fair. In addition to correcting the light problem, he was able to diagnose the problem with 3 outlets that havent worked since we moved in almost 8 years ago.     Born to Shine did an exceptional job handling multiple projects as part of an entire home remodel. He handled updating almost all of the electrical in my home, which included installing recessed lights, updating fixtures, installing chandeliers and fans, bathroom fan update and all switches, outlets and dimmers across three floors. It was a large project, and he was incredibly professional, found ways to improve our layout and coordinated well with our contractors, plumbers, etc. He was also extremely patient with my first time home owner indecisiveness and offered helpful professional advice. Well prepare for a throwback to when people actually answered the phone, did a great job, and charged fair prices!Born to Shine is my new go to referral for ANY electrical service in the area.     Today, Friday afternoon, suddenly the electricity stopped working in half of my home so I tried replacing the fuses myself but that didn’t work so I needed to call a professional. I called several people in google and got voicemails for almost all the companies, one person answered and said they couldn’t come until next Wednesday so I kept dialing numbers from google until I found Born to Shine LLC, which I called and Duds answered immediately, friendly, and came right over. He did troubleshoot the problem and got the electricity fixed quickly, and did not charge too much money for last minute emergency service! He was nice and respectful of our home.     We had one room with power in our home on Wednesday night. We had to call Eversource to tell us that we need a new electric power box on the side of the house. I found Born to Shine just by googling electricians. I saw that they served Danbury and called them immediately the next day. I spoke to Dudis, and explained our situation. He immediately asked what my address was and what time could he come out. I was already impressed. He came out exactly the time I requested and was very knowledgeable of our situation. He answered my questions and was very flexible with time. He said he could get our power back right away. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions.He replaced a fixture in the electrical box outside our home, and said it should be all that we need and we had power back in our home within 2 hours. The replacing of the entire box was not necessary now, but can wait until we our able to do it. He gave recommendations and did a thorough inspection of inside and outside of our home.He was very reasonable in pricing too! I was was shocked at our total cost after all that he did.     WORTH. EVERY. PENNY.Professional, reasonable pricing, and outstanding communication. We had some exterior lighting that needed to be installed, some outdated lightning we wanted updated, and some upgrades to GFCI outlets. We called Born2Shine and had a great experience:PRICE- Overall, extremely reasonable and we paid exactly as quoted.- They installed six exterior lights in which two were smart floodlights with cameras.- They also updated some outdated light switches in our garage and installed an additional GFCI outlet.- Installed an outlet for our bidet in our upstairs bathroom.- All for a low price that wouldnt break the bank.PROFESSIONALISM- Cleaned up the limited mess that was made.- Did a full walkthrough with us before charging us anything and scheduled follow ups to do the work according to our availability.- Made sure they did a full walk through with us after the work was done to verify it was as described and also went ahead and labeled our panel for the new stuff they put in.COMMUNICATION- Called ahead or texted and also when they arrived.- Once again, gave us piece of mind as far as what they were working on and how long it would take.Overall - what a fantastic experience.     My wife and I just purchased a house in Brookfield, CT, and discovered a problem with all the kitchen lights. It happened on the Sunday of Labor Day, and we had family coming to visit us later in the day. We were new to the neighborhood and had no idea who to call. We searched on Google and decided to call Born to Shine due to their stellar reviews. We never expected someone to pick up the phone during the holiday weekend, but thankfully, THEY DID! Maria answered the phone and told me that Paulo would be at our house within the next hour, and he was. Maria joined Paulo, and my wife and I could not be happier. Paulo is a subject matter expert and found and repaired the issue: outstanding service, wonderful people, and our new go-to electricians moving forward.
