    My sump pump died and I had a huge puddle that went from the unfinished side to the finished side. It was most distressing. The gentleman who came explained my options for a new sump pump, drove to Macedonia to pick it and a battery up and came back and installed it. He made sure it was working and then explained it all to me. He worked all afternoon on this project and he drove in a snowstorm to get the pump! He was very professional, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I am so grateful! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

    James came out to help us with our sewer line backing up. We had tons of roots that had gotten into our line and James took the time to make sure he cleared out as many as possible. James was very professional and well educated in his craft. Although the news wasn’t good in our case, he took time to inspect and show us any cracks or separation in our pipes with his camera. Very pleased with the service and would use roto-Rooter again!

    We live in an older home with large trees and have trouble with tree roots growing into our main sewer line.     Had a toilet issue that just wouldn’t flush right. According to my kids, a toothbrush may have made its way into the toilet. Rudi, came out on Saturday and was great from start to finish. He spent the time to explore my house’s plumbing system and found that the problem was with the toilet and not a clog.     Matt did an awesome job using a camera on our sewer drain and hydro flushing the line. The camera pictures were clear. He used the camera prior, during and after the job to show me the line was clear. They have multiple ways to fix sewer line challenges without digging up your yard. I highly recommend Matt!

    We used them to open up the storm drain pipes that appear to have been clogged for many years. My daughter bought the house in September and we discovered the gutters just drained by the side of the house, once we inspected the storm sewer lines we discovered they were packed with dirt and roots. They successfully opened one of the storm sewer lines but the other one was too bad. I was impressed with the system they used to unclog the one line.     Woke up in the morning to water in our basement because our sump pump had died in the middle of the night. We called Roto-Rooter and they were there in a couple of hours to fix it Saturday morning. Sam Hiple was our plumber and he was fantastic. Got our sump pump replaced and back running in about 30 minutes and ran a sewer cam to check our laterals from the house to our septic to make sure we didnt have any clogs since we had a few backups recently.

    Originally called about a leaking water line into the water heater. Tim K came out on a Sunday night and immediately brought to my attention a very serious and life threatening situation - our current heater was too tall which meant carbon monoxide was not being vented properly due to the pitch of the exhaust pipe. I had never heard of this before as a brand new homeowner but a quick google search confirmed that this was indeed a real danger.Being told you need to replace a working heater is not what anyone wants to hear, but Tim K was very understanding and took the time to explain everything, which is a big deal to me.Within a couple of days he set me up with the new heater, fixed and tidied up a bunch of the plumbing, and added multiple shutoff valves so that I won’t need to shut all of my water off if something like this happens again. The main shutoff was always problematic and on its last legs, so I opted to get another more reliable shutoff installed as well.Everything looks and works great and I feel more confident in the new plumbing work which gives me some peace of mind. And with the proper heater and setup installed, it’s possible that Sunday night call saved our lives. For that alone I am immensely thankful and feel confident asking for Tim K for future plumbing work.

    I had sewage back up into my basement last weekend, and I am very happy with the response Ive received from Roto-Rooter. I called a few plumbers last Monday to get estimates for repairing the damage. Roto-Rooter came out and gave me their estimate...And when I told the contractor that I got an estimate from another plumber that charged half the price, the contractor had no problem agreeing that would be a better deal. I thanked him for his honesty, with no idea that Id still be receiving a follow up from Roto-Rooters cleaning service. Id admitted that I was going with a different service for the plumbing issue, but since the cleanup was billed to my home insurance, they still came out to finish the job.The cleaning crew was incredibly thorough. To be honest, I had a filthy utility sink in my basement that was gross regardless of the flooding issue. I came down to find it *sparkling* clean.Unfortunately, this has not been my first basement back-up while owning this house, but this has been the most dedicated crew in making sure the job was done correctly. Team members have come in every day since cleaning to check on how the basement is drying to make sure everything is drying and cleared as planned. Im very impressed with the dedication of these contractors to make sure the job is done right.Personally, my experience with Roto-Rooter has been very positive, and I definitely recommend including them as trusted contractors.
