Ive used a variety of plumbers in the past, but Frecka is now my go-to. Ive used them a number of times now, with today being the latest. All of their people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. Matt came out today and after inspecting the situation and thoroughly explaining what he was going to do, gave me an estimate based on what he thought he might encounter. Matt then completed the work and cleaned up so it looked like he was never here. Then he hit me with a very pleasant surprise -- the final cost was less than half of the estimate as he didnt encounter any problems. If you want excellent workmanship at a fair price with courteous service, call Frecka. You wont be disappointed.

The Frecka crew did an amazing on a very difficult & large job of replacing old, rusted galvanized water pipes. I had a toilet that was leaking. Todd from Frecka Plumbing came out to repair it. Todd was friendly, professional and very respectful. He didn’t mind me watching him work and explained everything he was doing. He taught me a lot. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that Todd had to put in. Excellent service! Mike was able to get us in very last minute when our original plumber fell through. Mike was very kind and accommodating over the phone. Matthew, the technician, did a phenomenal job. He was very kind and patient with us. He is extremely thorough and meticulous in his work. We had a fiberglass shower insert removed and needed plumbing re-ran to make way for a tile shower install. Matthew also replaced copper piping and valves in the basement that had corroded / begun leaking. He also went through our entire home and assessing all visible plumbing; replacing/fixing anything needed. Pricing was very fair and the invoice thoroughly explained and listed all costs / itemized all materials used. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future!

Last owner abused our house. Have had Frecka out for two things in the last month, and they did an incredible job. No hidden costs, everything explained up front, updates provided throughout work. Mike who runs the phone is clearly conscientious and communicative; he was patient with several call backs while I figured out what my wife and I wanted to do with a broken sump pump, and he really made me feel comfortable and aware of the plan of action before anyone came out. Both guys that came out were awesome, and they did great work. Cant recommend them strongly enough.

Called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon for an anode replacement in an 8 year-old hot water heater. Tim showed up on time and within 1/2 hour the task was completed at a very reasonable price. I had a drainage hose set up to the floor drain and an auto trouble light above the heater for visibility.Great service and commitment to a potentially troublesome job. Would have done myself, but often is very difficult to remove the old anode which is usually corroded.

From the first time I talked to Mike and he walked me through a possible solution, to the time it became apparent a valve replacement was necessary, Mike and Josh came to our house, treated us as family, and very professionally replaced our shut off valve in conjunction with our city turning off/on the water as required. Mike gave me a guesstimate in advance and the job turned out to be less! When Josh was leaving he said if you ever need anything call us, I told him I would never call anyone else! These guys were the best!

I needed to replace a stack pipe and my tub drain needed resealed. Frecka came out for an estimate very quickly and worked around my schedule to get everything I needed done in a single day. Chris and Josh were on time, and finished a big job very quickly. When the job was quoted, there was a chance that a portion of the wall in my bathroom would need to be removed to fasten the stack pipe. Chris and Josh were able to fasten the stack without having to remove any portion of the wall, which I greatly appreciated. I wanted to go with a local business, and Im glad I did!

Called Frecka Plumbing due to the main sewer stack starting to leak; 73 year old cast iron pipe. Eric was able get a plumber in the day I called. Chris came in, assessed things quickly, gave me a ball park figure and got the repair scheduled. Chris and Josh arrived, took great care to protect stairs, carpet, etc., and repaired the pipe. They then cleaned everything up and I couldnt tell they had made any mess at all. Very happy with the work done quickly and well.

I like Frecka and all the plumbers have been exceptional. Great work and courteous. I highly recommend. The reason for not a 5 star is the person that is normally on the phones is nasty. This guy is rude, condescending and should not be anywhere near your front lines and I can’t imagine others have not complained. Frecka needs to address this as it has been going on for sometime. If it does not improve or change I’ll be using a new service.

We had a new refrigerator delivered and when I tried to swap out the water line, the shut off valve would not turn the water off and I could not get the line reattached. I contacted Frecka and they were able to send someone out to fix my problem and they did it quickly. Highly recommend. They replaced the bad shut off valve and the fitting on the supply line at the refrigerator. In and out in an hour

We had water dripping into our kitchen from the bathroom on the 2nd floor.I called Frecka, explained the situation to them. They said they could have someone out in a few days to take a look. I explained to them that I was worried about having the issue that long damaging the ceiling significantly more. Ryan was able to help me out and get someone to come to my aid within the hour. They guy they sent explained the issue to me, and how they fixed it. Everything was quick and easy. Great service on both sides.

I cant recommend these folks highly enough! I was away from home when my wife informed me that the hot water heater had a leak that was flowing like a river. I rushed home... the leak had been flowing for hours and the basement was a mess. I connected with Rick Frecka directly and even though it was after 7:00 in the evening he walked me through what I needed to do to turn off the water before his technician arrived the following morning. His technician called me and I gave him access to our house since we had plans to leave town the night of the big leak. The Frecka technician was polite and efficient with his work. Cleaned up and even turned out the lights as he left the house. You will receive great service from friendly people if you call Frecka Plumbing next time you have a plumbing problem.

Highly recommended! I have used Frecka in three homes I own. Jobs they completed for me range from cleaning a clogged drain to the street, to replacing all the water lines in a vandalized home. Rick is thorough in his inspections and estimates. Also have used Frecka to locate a leaking natural gas line to gas service could be restored to a property.Not always the cheapest, but when its done - It is done right.

If you want a plumber with integrity, I would definitely recommend Frecka Plumbing! I had called them about getting my hot water heater replaced since I had a slow leak. I had called around and they had the lowest estimate and even provided the best water heater option for my well water. But in between scheduling the appointment and them coming out, my husband realized that the water was coming from a clogged pipe in my AC unit which my husband easily cleared. When the Frecka guy came the next day, the water was dried up and he inspected my water heater and let me know that I had the choice to replace a working water heater or just wait until I really needed it. Instead of convincing me that I needed to spend $800+ on unnecessary work or charging me to have them come out, I was able to save my money and didnt owe anything. When my water heater goes I DEFINITELY will be calling them back or for any other work, since integrity and honesty are hard to come by these days!
