From the first time we called ClogDoc, they were nothing short of fantastic. Their quick response, accurate quote, and obvious depth of knowledge was very helpful. Once the work started everything ran smoothly, even when the weather didnt. The pipe lining process was amazing to watch and they carefully explained each step along the way. Deaires (Barry) and his team; Kit-car John, Hunter Matt, and the rest were great. Id say they went above-and-beyond from just working a job. I absolutely recommend ClogDoc if you have a plumbing issue. Matt and Francisco were amazing!!! I initially called ClogDoc to get a video of our sewer line after recent sewage back up in our basement. They couldn’t get the camera beyond 6 feet into our sewer line, which was the same problem previous drain cleaning companies also had. Matt and Francisco knew what to do and were able to jet the line on the spot so they could get the camera all the way through to the street and show me what was clogging the line. Then, I decided to take their advice and have them come back and descale the entire line to the street. The sewer line is so clean now! Matt and Francisco are very methodical and will take the time to show and explain all issues and make suggestions. They both take great pride in their work! Pricing was also very reasonable! We will definitely call them again!

I simply can not say enough good things about this company! They came out to our rental today, mid-day on a weekend and got a complex issue in an old home fixed. A normal company would have seen the issue and definitely said they would have to come back later leaving us in limbo until after the holiday. They also helped us with a sewer issue at our home months ago and saved us thousands. So, I completely recommend them and hope you give them a chance!

We called them after we had a backup in our basement from our main line. The first initial call they were so helpful and tried snaking our pipe and it worked for a couple days (we had a bigger issues) then they came back out and replaced pipes inside our basement and resnaked with bigger machine. We finally found the problem with tree roots causing our pipe outside to collapse in our front yard! They quoted and were definitely less than most other places. They were very quick with turnaround and getting everything completed. They did an amazing job! Would highly recommend! Jonathan and his crew were very professional!

I was having chronic problems with my sewer line, unable to use the washer without drains overflowing, very slow bath drain and toilet... a real mess. I had a well known company come to clear the line, but after an hour of trying and only partially succeeding, they told me that the line needed to be dug up and repaired... and they still charged me full price for a service call. After a month, the drain was once again very slow, and I found Jonathan at Clog Doc and made an appointment. Jonathan and his associate (Francisco), came out, identified the problem, exactly located a slight separation, and advised a solution. The fee was very reasonable for all the hi tech equipment they used. I would highly recommend Clog Doc for any similar problems, and if youre looking for the truth about your drainage problem!

My main sewer drain was clogged and the wife was not happy. Called Clog Doc and they were at my house within an hour. They used a camera to show me the clog and the buildup of debris in the pipe. ROTO Rooter supposedly “jetted” the pipe but from what I saw in the pipes they did a less than satisfactory job.Clog Doc unclogged by snaking and offered to “jet” it out with the TOTAL price being what Roto Rooter charged just to jet it out. The difference is Roto Rooter also charged me for snaking it plus the fee for “jetting”.The two man team was professional and worked efficiently explaining the process as they proceeded to unclog my drain. I highly recommend this company to whomever needs plumbing services.

I called multiple plumbers, and none would accommodate weekends. All of them wanted to rip my mouth out on price.. (thousands), whoever answered the phone for one company when I called was a total B.. I saw a sign for clog doc.. I called, and the answering service was beyond professional, kind, and accommodated my work schedule.. Clog Doc showed up and the team was relentless with jetting my drains in the backyard in order to save my home from being flooded out. Even with a storm threatening the team, they refused to give up on opening up the drains. I will use them for all my drain issues from here on out. They had a set price and stuck with that price regardless of the weather, the weekend, or the trouble shooting.. I appreciate them so much I made a video.
