Called Roto-Rooter early on 7/5 about a clogged Main line at my mothers home. I had attempted to fix the problem, but undoubtedly could not fix it. They took all of my information, and assured me that they could be there that afternoon. Right on time, they showed up. They introduced themselves with great attitudes and began asking about the problem and looking into the issue. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with everything. Once they determined what they needed to do, they went straight to work and finished in record time. Fast, Affordable, and Quality attitudes and services. Gary and Rita Patterson along with their Grandson-In-Law, Daniel Ortega are the Best at what they do. This is the first time we have needed their services, but we will definitely call on them if we ever have another issue. Thank you again for everything.

Roto-Rooter of Cullman did an excellent job. We had a broken toilet flange that was in a concrete slab foundation. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and parts, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess left behind. They were very nice and professional people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of using roto-rooter for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, their service was exceptional. The plumber arrived promptly, assessed the problem quickly, and explained the issue and the solution in a clear and understandable manner.What really stood out was their professionalism and expertise. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and parts, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess left behind. Called Roto-Rooter at 5:00 P.M. on Labor Day and they were at my house 30 minutes later. I had a clogged pipe that was causing the toilets, tubs, and sinks to not drain correctly. They fixed it within an hour of their arrival. So thankful they answered and came out on a holiday. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I give Roto-Rooter of Cullman 5 stars. We see a lot of leaks on a daily basis and always call Roto for the fix !For one they don’t price gouge and secondly they are always quick with the fix! Highly recommend.

My sewer line was clogged up and I called in and spoke with a very nice professional woman and she assured me they would get to me that day. Not even an hour later they were at the house and got me all fixed up. Very nice people and I will definitely be using them in future and would recommend them to everyone.
