I cannot recommend enough!!! I had an emergency pipe leak off of a main line in my laundry room. Called a couple plumbers no luck. Reached Justin at Premier and he was super friendly, was prompt to arrive. He assessed everything and explained everything along the way. Customer service deserves 10 stars as does his knowledge and thorough-ness!! Very reasonably priced!! I would like to add he has a family member in rough health state that he was dealing with when I called and he still came out and delivered excellent service!!! I was in Huntsville at a Dr.s appointment at around 5 pm, when my wife calls highly upset that we had a major water leak. My appointment was for a broken Fibula, so when I arrived home there was not much I could do. Fearing the worse because Cullman just had that freeze warning the night before. I walked her through shutting the main valve off and began searching for a solution to our predicament.With a referral to Premier Plumbing from a coworker came our solution.Justin showed up as he had promised after finishing another job miles away. The night had already set, and the temperature was rapidly dropping. By the time I had arrived home, Justin had located the area to be repaired (which was a dislocated main line underground) and was quickly getting us back online.We are so thankful for Premier Plumbing and the exceptional service, which includes the quality, professional attention to our needs, and the courtesy that was emitted from Justin. Amazing service and super professional! I had a bad pressure regulator at my lake house causing my relief valve on my water heater to open and leak into my house. Called another plumber that kept saying he would be out in a few days and kept delaying and never showed up. On Friday before Memorial Day I needed the work done quickly. I found Preimier on a Google search and they came out the very next morning. The guys were efficient, respectful, and professional. They had the work completed within an hour and had us back in business! Super impressed and will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Justin took time out on a Sunday to come out and fix our water leak coming into the main pipe thankfully it was as an easy quick fix for him but at least we have peace of mind now knowing it was done correctly and shouldn’t pop again: He explained what happened with the side pipe leading into the I.C.V. so basically that’s what happens when you use cheap materials instead of spending a dollar or a couples cents extra to do it the right way, or just do it that way form the beginning so the homeowner doesn’t have an any future issues, a little extra care goes a long way sometimes and saves extra headaches: in the long run.Thanks Justin

Once again a job turned out to be more than I cared to Handle so I called Premier. The call went directly to Justin the owner. Justin said they could be out either the next day or the day after since I told him it wasn’t an emergency. Two hours later two Premier plumbers, one a journeyman the other a Master Plumber, showed up at my door. I showed them the job and left them to do their job. Two hours later the job was done and they were ready to leave.When I asked where the box from the new parts I had purchased previously were the reply was “We took care of all the mess. We want it to look like we were never here” Another job well done. Thanks again Justin and the men from Premier.
