    Unfortunately our generator stopped working during the last outage we had and normally I would try to troubleshoot it myself because I havent had very many positive experiences when calling repair companies for most things but I gave it a shot because I was extremely busy and what do you know they were on time, had the generator running in 20 min or less and didnt try to add services or parts I didnt need, best part they were very reasonable. Thank you! I would definitely call again if I ever have other issues and will definitely recommend you.

    We have purchased two generators from NWI. One for both of the homes we have owned. NWI has also done the yearly servicing on both and we could not be happier. The have competent, experienced sales staff and service techs. We have found that in NW Indiana a generator is not a luxury, but a need and we would would not prefer anyone other than NWI to install and service our Generac.

    Wonderful technician. Personable and efficient.Initially had some difficulty scheduling a visit. The office contacted me to discuss the problem. They acknowledged the error, and asked me how I would like to resolve the issue. Together we came to an agreement. This is a company that cares enough to contact the client and resolve a problem. Im impressed and will continue to use their services.

    Everything went fine until one of your helpers messed up my hot water heater now I haven’t had hot water for a week now and not only did he suggested I buy a part that I received and it didn’t work and now I have to return it and pay to return it my water heater was working fine before he touched it all he was suppose to do was to just reset the water heater pilot switch after the gas was turned back on. This is why my rating is what it is I know he did something he wasn’t supposed to do and lied to cover his error which is definitely wrong and not to mention DISHONEST ☹️ overall the installation was a FIVE but that person should be a-shame for destroying my water heater

    Pleasant and thorough. Just had my annual maintenance visit. Arianna the technician cleaned and checked the battery. Changed the oil and filter and installed new Sparkplugs. Then tested the unit with a simulated power outage. Like an automobile, periodic maintenance is a must for reliability. During the past year we’ve had a couple of unexpected power outages, one in the winter. It can get quite cold fast when the power is out. My Generac unit from them gives us peace of mind.

    NWI Generator is top tier in my opinion. They installed my generator last year and it’s been a blessing. Outside of the weekly tests it’s only been activated a few times in the year that I’ve owned it, and for about a few minutes at best. Better to have this and not need it, than need it and not have in my opinion. Also their yearly maintenance team is outstanding. Prompt, efficient, considerate and pleasant.     Just had our 22kW Generac installed by NWI Generator last week. They did a great job. Everything looks so nice. I was worried about our landscaping being damaged, but they removed plants carefully and put the grass back after digging for the gas pipe. The installers are so professional, and the people in the office helped me when I was trying to get our HOA approval (not an easy thing!) We would definitely recommend them.
