    I recently had All Services install a whole house generator at my house. Crew was professional, work was completed on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and I never saw them take a break. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Great job!Edit. 7.12.2023I just had All Services out to my new house to install two new AC units, new Furnace, new zoning computer, new whole house Humidifier, and two new Thermostats.I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the crew. In fact, they were so good that i am finding it difficult to explain how good they are. Outstanding service!!! From sales to the install crew, very professional, hard working, extremely knowledgeable about HVAC, even their trucks and equipment were good.Crew was friendly. You can tell they care about the quality of work they do. This is something that you just dont see too much of anymore. Management should be proud of their employees.Cleaned up after the job was done.This was a big job, and they did it in a day and a half. Outstanding!!!I can not recommend them enough.     All I can say is wow! Back in 2015 I used this company to replace the house main breaker box as the previous owner had it all kinds of jacked up and dangerous. They did such an excellent job back then that I had them come out to install pendant lighting in our kitchen. From start to finish Sean and Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Once again, they had to rip out some inferior workmanship installed by my homes previous owner and they were all over it. Their work is top notch and they are a credit and an asset to this company. I am planning on using them again for other future renovation projects and I will more than likely request Sean and/or Jeff be sent out. Excellent work gentlemen. Two thumbs up and five stars across the board.

    Fantastic service as usual. Jeffrey is great Very Professional and Personable. Love my UV lights and electric air filter on my furnace. Noticing a huge difference already! Never heard my furnace:A/C hum so well. Never felt my cold air return pull so much air while catching everything. No more chocking my furnace with those thick high MERV air filters. Looking forward to a allergy free spring. Much more efficient. Furnace and A/C are running far less time. I use All Serviced for everything for the last 4 years. Never disappointed!

    Our AC went out and we called All Services first thing in the morning. Two technicians were here by 9:30am. I was so impressed by their quick response time and glad they were able to get here before it was really hot outside!     Very professional, came out within a couple days of us requesting service (I think we called on Friday, they came out Monday), he showed up during the timeframe given, and was thorough in his inspection even though our attic access is challenging! Very nice and considerate in wearing booties while in the house and insisted on going through the gate rather than through the house to check the unit outside. Would definitely recommend and call on this company again!

    We had an issue with our thermostat not working. We contacted All Service and Brendan came out the same day. The thermostat had to be replaced. He took the time installing a new one and explaining things to me and helping me to set it up on my phone so I would have no problems in the future. He made sure we were comfortable with how to use it before he left. Always trustworthy and friendly. Highly recommend.

    They installed my furnace and ac when I first moved in three year ago. Today my heat went out and my family and I were freezing. I already knew they were going to be my first and only choice. Jeff arrived promptly. Extremely nice, professional, and didnā€™t mind my dogs. He needed a part, went and got it and came right back ( less than 20 min. He was super quick and did everything he could to help me understand the issue and to prevent it. He advised me on a maintenance program they have going on monthly now which is only $10 a month for them to come out ( no service fee) . Worth every penny. They never try to sell unnecessary things, they are always quick and professional, they are always relatable and I would never use anyone else .

    WOW, not only did they set a time convenient for me, but the electrician (Jeff Davis) showed up on time, was very professional, very friendly, very courteous and explained everything he was doing, every issue he found, and why it was an issue. Ive had some other company technicians show up in the past that were good, but then complained about various things, their employer, or other such stuff. Jeff is such a pleasant change.Not only would I recommend ALL SERVICES as a company but I would recommend that if you need help with your electrical needs, specifically request that electrician Jeff Davis be sent out to your home to do the repairs or upgrades. Normally I dont sign up for service contracts that have monthly fees, but, based on our experiences, my home is now covered by their monthly membership program.

    My furnace was acting like it was ready to give out, so I called All Services. They sent Jeff V. out right away. He inspected the furnace and went over all our options. My first experience with them was replacing a ceiling fan that was about 20 feet up on a vaulted ceiling and it was no problem for them at all!     Another great experience with All Services! From making my appointment, through the time that Technician Sean was here to do the work, All Services came through as usual with professional, kind and timely service. First, Sean came to my moms home to look at a 4-bulb light fixture that was not lighting one of the bulbs. It turned out that the bulb was not seated right into the socket. Sean loosened the bulb and then tightened it, and it now works! My mom was not charged at all for this service call. Next, Sean came next door to my home to replace a dimmer switch in our dining room. Sean had the part available, and within 20 minutes, the new dimmer switch was in and now working great! Sean is kind, knowledgeable and very professional, as is Cristina! The customer service aspect of All Services is AWESOME, and I highly recommend them! They all do quality, professional work!     Jeff our HVAC AC technician was amazing! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! He was on time within the time frame given, called ahead to arriving, was professional, and down right real about everything. He answered all my questions, but did not make me feel dumb or like it was a burden to answer them. He made me feel important and and that there was no stupid question to be asked. He showed me what he was doing, explained why, and luckily it was just dirty filters and unit that was the problem and made the system shut down temporarily. He showed me how I can clean it, and reassured me that they will come clean it anytime, they are just an appointment away. He also didnt try to upsell anything or make us feel its all about the money with them. Jeff took his time, didnt rush anything, made sure we felt at ease and made sure everything was in tip top shape before he left. He also educated me on the differences between units and how they function; and, the pros and cons of selecting one system over the other. Sean did excellent work in installing a gas line, explaining everything he did, and even helped me relight my water heater afterwards.     Very happy with services. They were here to repair a shoddy job done long ago. They replaced my utility pole, removed the damaged one, and rewired everything through a new box. Sean gave the estimate, Pete Martin did the refit, and another crew removed and set the pole. I met him, but dont have his name. He did a lot of tree trimming to accomplish that. I have spoken to Karen and Christina in the office, and I have to say, it was smooth sailing all the way. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. Hope I never need again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be my go to.

    Electric for pool pump installed. Shawn and crew were very professional. Wonderfully personable and hard working group that did the job. Top notch work completed. Very happy with the end result. Shawn was also able to assist in scheduling things in a pinch to help get my filter up and running a day after install.     All Services in Crown Point are the best! I needed an outdoor outlet and indoor outlet fixed. There was more work that needed to be done than I was originally quoted. Chris fixed the outlets and did not charge for the extra work, which would have cost me more than double my original quote! The quality of their work and their customer service is outstanding.     Yesterday we woke up at 4am to a cold home and come to find out our furnace wasnt working. The fan was still running but no heat. We tried to reset the furnace and could hear the gas kick on then off and there was a weird smell so we shut it off and good thing we did cause wed later find out we could have gotten CO in the house because of the problem with it. It had snowed almost 13 inches overnight and we were in a panic to try and get someone out to help us. We called at least a dozen companies and All Services was the only that was able to get out to us. It was a blessing because they went above and beyond for us. Our home was built only 2 years ago and the furnace was only 2 years old. Come to find out there were major problems with it which included the heat exchanger going bad, rust build up in areas that shouldnt have had it and were lucky we didnt get Carbon Monoxide in our home due to all the problems. It was very expensive to replace the parts needed and was more cost effective to replace the whole furnace. Andrew went over everything with us and amazingly enough he could have Chris out later that day to install the new furnace. Sure enough, Chris and his partner showed up despite the crazy weather with our new furnace by late afternoon and we had heat again by 8:30pm. Chris went over the whole furnace with us and was very patient with all of our questions. I cant thank All Services enough for helping us, guiding us and working so efficiently through the cold and awful weather weve been having. Theyre also going to be cleaning our ducts soon because we found them to be excessively dirty from our builder. Its so nice to have peace of mind with the new furnace after all we had found out with the old one. Also, thank you to Cristina for keeping us informed, checking on us and all the behind the scenes work that you do. They definitely have gained us as a new customer!

    We had a fair amount of electrical work to be done, including electrifying an island. It was a royal pain in the neck to complete. Sean was a rockstar!! He absolutely would not give up. It took a ton of work, navigating multi-level ceilings, etc. And even though the amount of work far exceeded what Iā€™m sure he thought would be necessary, he stuck to his estimate. We also have a lot of weird wiring in our house and he and his team were able to come up with creative ideas to make things work intelligently and safely. Josh came to evaluate our A/C units and furnaces. He figured out an issue with our older A/C unit and taught me how to deal with it. He even told me about a plumbing issue he noticed so that I could contact someone to get it fixed. Both Sean and Josh made our adjusting to our new home so much better. Iā€™ll use them again in a heartbeat!

    Christina was a wonderful contact for setting up the appointment and answering all questions. Prior to the appointment there were confirmation emails, time updates and an email including the picture and bio of the technician dispatched to our house. Safety was their priority.Josh did an incredibly thorough and wonderful inspection for us after a lightning strike that affected every floor of our home. For several hours he inspected every outlet, electrical boxes, wiring outside and more. He was able to repair all issues and consistently explained his findings.Extremely reputable company, we would never have anyone else do electrical work for us, great pricing for services and all around a wonderful team to work with.
