I am a Realtor and was up against a super tight deadline for my buyers. Trenchless Innovations made it work for us and not only was I very appreciative, I was super impressed with the method they will use to remediate the asbestos in the ductwork. Asbestos in the ductwork was a first for me after 24 years and I couldnt even imagine how it could be remediated. They are now on my preferred vendor list and I highly recommend them.

The guys at Trenchless are great, ALL OF THEM. Alfonso, Bob, Gus, Miguel, Jim, Josh, Kevin (little), Rico, and Seth were all very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The guys took the time to explain everything in detail and went above and beyond our expectations. Start to finish we felt important as a customer and the office staff, Rhonda and Susan, did a great job answering questions via email and phone. During the process, the guys ran into an unforeseen issue and needed to pull one of the toliets. This wasnt factored in to the estimate and we werent charged extra. They even threw on a new wax seal and putty to prevent it from leaking! They respected our property by putting tarps down inside and by the end of it, had the bathroom cleaner than it was when they showed up! Along with this, we were quoted for 120 of liner, ending at the first stack. The guys were able to get the liner about 12 feet past the stack and reinstate everything past that as well. We felt great validation in our decision once we witnessed everything that went into the job: new outside cleanout, root removal, new liner, reinstatements, and video before and after. We are truly impressed and will be recommending Trenchless Innovations to our family, friends, and to all of our neighbors in our aging neighborhood!

After paying several HVAC companies to come in and tell me there was nothing to be done, or that I should abandon my in floor ducts and install mini splits, I finally have hope. Bob came in with his video equipment and showed me where my ductwork failed. He then explained how the water table under the house was too high and how a simple sump system could be used to lower the water table below the ducts. Then he explained how they can repair the ducts in place without ripping up the concrete flooring in my finished family room. Thanks Bob.

After multiple sewer line breaks during our 5 years in our home we decided to get the old clay pipes lined. Trenchless Innovations was recommended to us by our neighbors and they were awesome. First, they came out quickly to camera the line and provide an estimate. We have two lines running from our house, and both are LONG. They worked up estimates for multiple scenarios so we could see what combo of our lines we could afford to do right away, and what would need to wait, and even provided recommendations for which lines needed it most urgently based on their condition. The pricing was much better than some of the ballpark figures other companies had thrown out over the years. We ran into some issues with bank errors and had to reschedule on them a few times while we got our funds worked out. Each time they were understanding and responsive. When we got that resolved they were quick to get us back on the schedule. When they arrived the team kept us informed of where the process was at each step of the way, worked fast and clean, and even offered some advice on an unrelated issue we were having with our sump pump. I highly recommend the service to anyone having issues with old clay pipes, and definitely think you should go with Trenchless Innovations to get it done!

From the very beginning of our experience with Trenchless Innovations, they were very helpful through understanding the process to fix our ducts, quickly arranging a date to come out and assess what we needed done, and then also scheduling the first and second applications of the coating of our ducts. The consultation was a positive experience and the man who came to assess our needs was very helpful and explanatory of the whole process. We just had the first application completed today and they were again great to work with. All of the men who came to our house were very kind, polite and good at explaining the process of what they do and they were informative about what we as the home owners needed to do to help the application dry to be ready for the next coat in a week. They were also very conscientious of keeping our home as clean as possible. Our ducts already look great after the first application and we can’t wait to see the completed process. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have duct work done!

After a home energy audit revealed that our ducts needed work we were referred to Trenchless Innovations. They came out to do an evaluation and were super nice and helpful. We ended up needed quite a bit of work done and they were very accommodating with letting us know what to expect, setting up the service, and providing confidence that everything would be fixed properly. We were very happy with their work and how well they cleaned everything up that you wouldnt even know they had been there. They were so incredibly friendly and really know what they are doing.

We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! Product is revolutionary and has changed my life! But the better thing (how could there be better??) is that the people who run the office and provide these services are exceptional! I searched for several (worrisome) weeks for an answer to the mold I had found growing in my in-slab duct work. After my estimate, I knew these people were legitimate. And they CARED! Beyond the relining work itself, they even helped me consider options for water management in my yard. Technicians Kevin and Jim applied the first layer of sealant today, and they took the time to address each of my concerns and to walk me through the process. They were careful to be sure to let me see the work as it was being completed on the camera screen. SO polite and friendly!! I am so very thankful! Everyone from the office staff to the field crews were courteous and professional! They installed a clean out in my yard that required digging a 4 x 5 x 6 deep hole and then installed a liner in my clay tile sewer because of tree root problems. When they were done you wouldnt even know any work was done in my yard because they were so careful and thorough with cleaning up! Nobody wants to put. money into their sewer but when its necessary these are the people you want to use!

We want to strongly recommend Trenchless Innovations a company that re-lines old sewers before they collapse. We have just had them do ours - our house is over 100 years old & the sewer had a number of cracks in it.The cost of relining (with a 50-year warranty) is about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of trenching & laying a new sewer, depending on how far away your connection, to the main sewer, is.The entire crew of Trenchless Innovations worked with us on job scheduling & showed us the projects progress, via camera, inside the lines. We cant say enough about how nice every employee on our job was!

First video was taken of our 55 year old ranch house built on a slab. As far as I know, Trenchless is the only company in the Hanover Park are that does the underground duct work. Our ducts were badly corroded at all seams, endcaps, and the plenum was gone. A crew of four great guys came in about 10am, set up all their apparatus, covered the floors with tarps and proceeded to clean the ducts pulling out lots of gravel. It was very interesting watching how they worked together as a team. Then they cemented all the NUMEROUS problem areas, the areas close to the vent cover area and totally cemented the plenum area (it looks beautiful!)After letting it dry for an hour or so, they then sprayed their sealant, which is white, throughout the entire system. They will be coming back next week to respray their sealant in the opposite direction, to make sue they get everything covered. The crew was very personable, understanding, informative, likeable. Also, they gave me videos taken during the whole process, before the cementing, after the cementing and after the spraying of the sealant and the plenum. Thank You.Follow-Up--Trenchless came back in one week and resprayed the entire duct system. Again, very efficient and personable. System is working well. Will see if it helps with warming a couple cooler rooms, ants and dust. The duct work comes with a fifteen year limited and transferable warranty and I also received a thank you gift from them. Delicious.Thank you again.

Trenchless Innovations was recommended to us by our home inspector while we were in the process of buying our house when he noticed that the ducts were in-slab sonotube (cardboard). We first scheduled a video ductwork inspection with them, which revealed collapsed, frayed and weak areas. They were able to restore our ducts by spray lining them with a concrete substance and applying them with a rubberized duct lining material without having to bust up our floors. We highly recommend them if youre looking for a non-disruptive way to restore your ducts as its worth the long-term investment!

I had collapsed ducts under my cement slab floor. The result was there was no heat on the ground floor. Trenchless Innovations came and jack hammered the floor, dug out the faulty ducts, installed nice, new metal ducts and put in new cement -- then cleaned up .... all in ONE DAY. I’ve utilized Trenchless Innovations two years ago to reline a long section of sewer tile that was just starting to collapse in sections that ran under the street. I had them inspect and clean my line that has known issues with roots breaking through several seams. We had a cracked in our duct which is in our slab foundation. I was so glad to find this company. They were able to repaid the crack (where hundreds of ants came through into our home. Big yuck!) and coat all the ducts without taking up my floor. Because our house was built in the 60’s it’s also possible the ducts had asbestos in the material they are made of. Now, our ducts are sealed from any further breakdown, the ants are blocked & the ducts are sparkling clean! Josh & Seth were amazing. Very polite& respectful of our home. They put down floor covers, explained the process & cleaned up when they were done. They even gave me a recording of them spraying our ducts. I highly recommend this company & this process.

Back in 2014 I had my ducts lined. I live in a Coach Home community with a slab foundation. I just noticed water in my ducts (that went away after all the snow/ice along the home fully melted. Bob and his colleague could not have been more thoughtful, thorough or helpful. They came out to inspect my duct work, which was not allowing air up to my second floor. All others could only guess at the problem and wanted to then provide services without knowing what was wrong in the first place. Thanks to Bob and his camera, they located an inaccessible and closed damper inside the duct work, used their considerable expertise to very accurately find its location and even opened the drywall to access it and open it for me. My husband and I had only moved into our new home and 3 weeks later when we flushed a toilet liquid came rushing out and we had no clue what was wrong. We had 2 plumbers come out that day that told us it was not the toilet and it was not the pipes in our home. We had a 3rd company come out and rodded outside our property line but their equipment got stuck and they pulled back and told us it would likely cost us $3500 to $8000 to come out the following week and dig up the pipes and fix the problem. We were unable to stay in our new home because we could not use the toilets or water until the issue was fixed. A colleague recommended Trenchless Innovations and its sister company to us but warned that since they are located in Crete and our home is in Northbrook, they might not take on the job. I called at almost 5 p.m. on Friday night frantic and upset. John, one of the owners, personally took my call and patiently asked pointed questions, explained what he believed was going on and said he believed that they could rod the sewer line out without having to dig up any pipes and while they do not normally travel that far North, promised to come out Monday mid-day. He gave us a firm quote to come out and attempt to rod out the sewer line that was far more reasonable than the $3500 we were facing from the former plumber and explained that due to the companys advanced high-tech equipment, he thought they would be able to rod out the blockage. We jumped at the chance to try this. Sure enough, John and his partner showed up Monday morning and went to work and were able to fully rod out our sewer lines. They did that work, provided us with follow-up recommendations and were wonderful every step of the way. I am so thankful to have had their help and fabulous work. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, machinery and promptness. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them arising from an otherwise horrible experience. We will definitely use them again for any issue that arises in the future.
