My thermostat went out in my house and the replacement had to be special ordered so I went to one of the big HVAC companies in town to see if they could order me a replacement or at least talk about other options. The owner/manager wouldnt even step out of his office, which was 5 feet away, to talk to me. He told the receptionist just tell him to order one on Amazon. So I called Dave at Hawks P & H. Dave went absolutely above and beyond to find me a replacement thermostat THAT DAY at a MUCH cheaper price than Amazon. Dave has been my elderly mothers HVAC guy for years and she absolutely loves him too. Dave I cant thank you enough! You will ALWAYS have my business.
