    I would highly recommend Reid & Sons. My service man explained everything to me, what he was going to do and also explain to me what he would do next if the first step didnt work.     Always responds and explains what the issue maybe. Personable in that this company will call and personally remind you, by asking if you want a certain service that they know you may need annually. They are not pushy if you say not right now. When you need a service, you receive a call back from one of the actual techs within an hour of your call (thats been my experience). Timely arrival and real time notifications about the location of you tech including a call when hes in route.

    I had water in my tub for almost two days and I decided to call Reid and Pederson Drainage. This was not my first time using their service Iā€™ve called them before to drain my main line and was very satisfied. The fact that I got a same day appointment was awesome. Josh was very professional, polite and neat. He was professional and friendly. He explained the process and before I knew it my problem had been solved. 90 day warranty is very important and I would recommend this company again and again.     My overall experience with Reid & Peterson was WONDERFUL! From start to finish everything went smoothly. I got an appointment right away and to my surprise I was given a referral discount. Kyle arrived promptly and explained the process step by step. He got the job done quickly and was very professional. He even wore protective covers on his boots. He left the area clean to the point I couldnā€™t even tell he had done any work there. The prices were VERY reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

    I had an issue with loud noises coming from ejector and pump. Reid & Pedersen came out the next morning to address the issue. They took it apart & tested it to ensure there was nothing blocking the line. I have used this company for years thanks to my smart Mom and always have be left with my mind at ease!     Gus saved the day. My sewer was backed up and toilet was leaking. He routed out the sewer and checked the toilet to see if the leak was from the back up or if it needed a new seal. It continued to leak he then replaced the seal. He was very professional and I was comfortable having him do work in my home. Thanks Gus.

    I called Reed and Peterson for maintenance and within an hour the technician was at my house. both Annette, the young lady who I spoke with over the phone and who set the appointment along with Kyle the young man who came to my home to perform the service were absolutely phenomenal. I was quoted for a full ride out to the main store and turns out I didnā€™t need that, only a particular drain in my furnace room needed to be rotted out and that saved me $120. Kyle was very transparent honest and professional. He did a great job. He was done within 30 minutes no more than 45 minutes and I am very pleased as always when I call this company. I highly recommend if you need a good plumber call Reed and Peterson.

    Second time using Reid & Pederson and absolutely top of the line service and care. Needed main sewer drain rodded out and Kyle ran lines to the street and also into house to make sure job was done right. I had jury rigged a cap for the drain pipe because neighborhood kids had broken the original cover and Kyle said he had one to fit. Now itā€™s covered right. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend company and had great experience with Kyle and previous worker. Green plastic cover in picture is my cheapie concept; yellow is the right way.

    We have used Reid and Pederson Several times over the last few years that weve been in our current home. Every time theyve come out.Its been quick and efficient.The technicians are really friendly and knowledgeable. When we have had issues theyve taken the time to fully explain what it is that was wrong. Prior to them coming out , we were given a quote and that was what we were charged.     We bought our home just over a year ago and weā€™ve had our share of roots in the sewer line, and the previous owners clued me into this outfit.They were all friendly, quick to respond, efficient and most importantly they got my ā€œBlack Water Scandalā€ managed and down the line where it needs to go versus bubbling up through the floor drains in the basement. Whatā€™s more is that they not only did the job within the span of an hour or two and were very reasonably priced on top of it all.

    I cant recommend this place enough! I would give them 10 stars if I could. This is company stands high on integrity, customer service, promptness, knowledgeablility and honesty. This time we had Dan as plumber, thank goodness he broke it down in layman terms of what needed to be done.They accept all forms of payment which makes it extremely convenient and use the internet and email as some companies still work with notepads.     Canā€™t say enough great things about Dan at Reid & Pederson and their fast response to my dilemma. Itā€™s a summer Saturday morning with a whole list of things that needs to get done. My wife starts the washing machine after I get out of the shower, when I hear this gurgling coming from the drains in both bathrooms and then up comes the sewage. My disappointment begins with my former plumbing company that had rodded out my system 3-4 months ago. Coincidentally a couple of weeks ago I had taken a picture of R&Dā€™s truck servicing a neighborā€™s home, thinking someday I might need it. One call had Dan at my door in a couple hours. I told Dan my story and he said the other company just didnā€™t go out to the main sewer to the street, an incomplete job. Iā€™m now a happy customer with Reid & Pederson and will receive a reminder annually if Iā€™d like.

    This is our second time working with R&P. The staff is always so friendly. They were able to come out the same day I called.     Very professional service. I had rooting done by them. Called on the evening on Friday and they scheduled me in the morning on Saturday. Josh came on time and went straight to the business.     I LOVE Reid & Pederson Drainage! My shower quit draining and my kitchen sink had been running slow. I tried to plunger the shower for 4 hrs and 3 different plungers. By the time I called these kind folks I was exhausted. The tech was here and found the 6 inches of standing water in my shower stall. Once that was clear he asked me if I had any other issues and after telling him about the kitchen drain, he went into my crawl (GASP!!) to check the pipes BEFORE he rodded that out! Let me tell you that was waaayy ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties! But he wanted to make sure this old house pipes could handle it. Great service, great tech, and the icing on the cake was they let me defer payment until friday when I get paid. AGAIN, ABOVE AND BEYOND!! If you ever need drain help, call these people! They are punctual, professional, and will come in an emergency faster than you can say REID & PEDERSON DRAINAGE. I wont use anyone else. Time to schedule my outside cleanout before the snow flies, they are awesome!

He cut a larger opening but was so careful that he was able to use the original access panel. When he completed the job, my basement was cleaner than when he came. Sometimes its hard to find workmen that treat your house as their own. Reid and Pederson does!
