I recently had my floors redone and what the floor installers failed to tell me was that they would not be replacing my toilets after they took them up, so I got home at 7 oclock at night to find I had no toilets. I gave Logan at xprt plumbing a call he came right over and reinstalled my toilets when he was installing the toilets he saw that one of the toilets was damaged and not working well. He came Over the next week after I had purchased the toilet I Wanted and installed it. quick and easy, and he worked well with my work Schedule! could not recommend more! -

He came out the same day and accessed the situation. He gave me two options: repair or replace. I went ahead and went with replacing the unit given its age and hopes to avoid a similar situation in the future. Logan and his team were courteous, friendly, responsive, efficient, and professional. They had me up and running in no time with a new better unit. I will definitely reach out for any future needs. -

Recently my well ran dry which left us with no running water in the house. After starting with another plumber we were referred to a Xprt Plumbing. Let me tell you the experience was no short of amazing. From dealing with having to lay a whole new water line for the city connection, to having to get permits from Garner and Raleigh, to being super responsive (even on the weekends when I was SUPER stressed out about the whole thing). Logan was our plumber and I could not have asked for a better experience. He kept me up to date on everything happening. Even made sure to be here when the City of Raleigh came to final set the meter so that we would have water immediately. If we ever have another issue (fingers crossed we don’t) I will be calling them immediately. Fair priced and definitely amazing. Thank y’all so much for the work you did!
