    PlumbServe is just that, excellent customer service. They take the time out of their day to ensure you have all that you need, and they go above and beyond to make sure that your project is handled with care. My representative personally took the time out to help me identify those individuals needed in gaining our environmental permits, etc., and even went as far as helping, ensure that we knew what schools were best suited in the community for our Family & lifestyle. If you have plumbing needs, and make sure you take the time to consider them for your servicing!

    Great experience. Both gentlemen came out quickly to diagnose and replace my well pump and pressure tank. They were also kind enough to let me observe, explain to me how my system failed, and then gave me advice on how to properly care for and service my new equipment. It was an expensive job, but Iā€™m glad it was handled by professionals.

    MINIMUM $250 FOR ANY WORK.We had a leak coming from our gas line to the stove. They said there would be a $98 visit and diagnostic fee. Perfectly acceptable. What they DONT tell you is that the minimum for ANY work done is $250! All he needed to do was unscrew the connection, put some sealant in there and screw it back together. I paid the $98 and did it myself. Really nice guy though. Said he felt bad about the $250 and told me exactly what I needed to do and what product to get for a good seal. Fixed. Good guy. Good Karma to him and Plumb Serve.Update:After leaving a 3 star review because of my sticker shock, the owner called me and emphasized the costs of running a business. Most jobs will be well over $250 so thats why they dont tell you that up front. I still emphasized that I couldnt help but feel taken advantage of in that moment. Perceived value of services is difficult to navigate. If this were a bigger job I would have been happy to pay and the $250 min. would likely never been even brought up. So I am changing my review to 5 stars as I understand the harm a 3 star review can do, but am keeping the title because I want other consumers to know that minimum cost for work.

    I was very pleased with the work that the technician, Dale, completed for me on Monday. He arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and he was able to answer all questions I asked. I will use PlumbServe, LLC again when needed. I highly recommend PlumbServe LLC for any plumbing issues.

    Josh and Zack were wonderful to work with! Even though they got held up at another job, they still came out to our house and stayed late to help us get things fixed up. They were very willing to explain everything they were doing and answer all of our questions. The payment/invoice/quote process was super simple as everything came in via text and could be done straight from my phone. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend using them.

    Had an emergency water main break. Insurance company recommended PlumbServe. They came immediately and located the leak. Tough repair as the water line was under a tangle of large thick oak roots from the tree next to the water line. Had to cut through the roots and dig out the line. the line was deep. A tough job but done quickly and well. Highly recommend!

    I used Plumbserve in the past to replace my hot water heater and outdoor spigots, and they did a very professional job. This time around, I needed them to install two toilet seat bidets and fix a leaking fill valve. Although Dale got held up at a previous job and was a little late (understandable), he kept me informed of the delay and did a great job and was fast! The cost was about what I expected it to be. Everything works great now. I highly recommend Plumbserve for any of your plumbing needs!

    Discovered we had water leaking between walls apparently for weeks. Called Plumbserve LLC since they had great reviews on Nextdoor. Josh was on time, explained again how things work as far as estimates and fixes. Kept me informed every step of the way. Quickly found issue, presented options, went to pickup up needed parts and fixed issue in a couple of hours. Cleaned up, reached out to a restoration team per my request. No more leaking, fantastic work. Will use again if needed. Highly recommend.

    We were having an intermittent issue with our toilets not flushing. We like doing business with locally owned and operated businesses, so we called PlumbServe, LLC. They set us up an appointment for the next day and arrived when they said they would. It took Dale a few minutes to troubleshoot the issue and then he went to work. He checked the cleanout, in the yard, to the street, and found it to be clear, so he went under the house and worked to clear the blockage from there. He was unable to clear it, from under the house, so he proceeded to dig down to the sewer pipe, near the cleanout in the yard, where he was able to find the blockage and repair the pipe. It turned out to be tree roots that had worked their way into the sewer pipe, from what may have been a faulty, initial install of the sewer line fitting, when the house was built over 20 years ago. After repairing the pipe, Dale put the pipe back together again and everything has been working as it should since. We could not have been happier with the outcome. Dale did an OUTSTANDING job! We know exactly who to call the next time we have a plumbing issue! Everyone we spoke with, throughout the process with PlumbServe, LLC was pleasant and responded VERY quickly!

    Installed water heater in crawl space. Not an easy job, but it was done well, and in a surprisingly quick time (under three hours). Madison was also very helpful, despite some confusion on my part that she handled very graciously. She also gave an excellent recommendation for an electrician, which was also greatly appreciated.     I called PlumbServe for an estimate to repair a main water line leak. The plumber came out, turned off the water at the meter, couldnt find anything obvious, and told me it would be $350 to dig and find the issue. At that time, I had a less expensive estimate, so I told him not to dig. He left, and 10 minutes later I got a call from home that the water wasnt working. I called the plumber, and he told me he had turned the water back on at the meter. I called the PlumbServe office. They spoke with the plumber and confirmed he had turned the water back on at the main. They said sometimes turning the water on and off makes the leak worse, and it was possible the water main had ruptured. I left work to drive home and see if there was anything I could to while I waited for another plumber to come out.When I got home, there was no obvious sign of a water main rupture. I vacuumed out the meter box and discovered the plumber had not actually turned the water back. I was irate that I had to take a half day off of work to drive back home and do something everyone at PlumbServe had already been doneā€”something that was a 30-second fix.Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly told me it was standard practice to leave the water off when a leak was suspected, immediately apologized for the miscommunication, and asked what he could do to make the situation right. I told him there wasnt anything I could think of because I had no interest in doing business with his company. He offered to repair the leaking water line for free to make up for the miscommunication. I took him up on his offer. He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. He even gave me a quote to replace the polybutylene water main that was half as much as the other quotes Id gotten for that job.Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that canā€™t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that. This should have been a very negative review, but because of PlumbServes integrity and dedication to doing the right thing, even when it costs them, its a 5-star review. Based on quality, cost, and customer service, Id happily recommend PlumbServe to anyone.

    The team did a great job trying to locate why my water meter was showing a leak. They serviced one of my toilets that may have been the problem. They went over the entire house and couldnā€™t pinpoint why the water meter still shows water usage with all 4 toilets water supply lines closed. I will call Aqua to have them check their meter.

    We recently had Plumbserve, LLC perform some repairs to fix leaking pipes on a shower drain and toilet. They did a great job with the repairs, explaining what caused the leaks, and exactly how their repairs would prevent the problems from recurring. The leaks had caused some standing water in a remote area of our crawl space. Apparently the leaks had been occurring for some time. That part of the house had been renovated before we bought it, and the renovators had not followed code or good practices with their new plumbing. The lead tech showed me exactly why it had failed and explained in detail, to my satisfaction, what the problems were and how he fixed them. I understand that not everyone may be interested in that level of detail, but it gave me confidence in the quality of work that they performed. I definitely recommend them!

    Had a pinhole leak in a water line. Found these guys from a next door referral. I texted them the details and Sam responded promptly. They set up an appt time and came out same day, within 2 hours of me reaching out. Kaylee did a great job to fix the problem with minimal delay, despite having to use tools in a very tight space. Nolen was there to assist and learn. Hard to find service like that these days. It is much appreciated.

    Josh ( the technician) was professional respectful and solved the issue. This was an after hour call so am grateful someone came. My only complaint is in order for the job to get warranty I had to pay an additional $400.00 which I opted out. That is to put a camera and check. I was told if I donā€™t do that they will not take responsibility if anything happened the next day. I feel this is unfair to the customer because the whole work was so expensive. I understand plumbing work is but charging that much to insure the job they did shouldnā€™t be the clientā€™s responsibility. Also after charging so much to tell someone ā€œ well I donā€™t give you no warranty if you call me tomorrow I will charge you as a new work orderā€ is unfair.

    Sam and his team were very good to work with. My remodel project was challenging and a few issues came up but they dealt with each one and got everything resolved in a timely manner.     Wow, its tough to know where to begin! End to end, every aspect of dealing with this company was fantastic. Friendly professional treatment when I called to schedule the job.     PlumbServe responded quickly to our inquiry via Messenger on a Saturday morning! We were happy to find out that heir service area included Greensboro! Scheduling an emergency same day appointment to deal with a bathroom leak was quick and easy. They communicated their anticipated time of arrival and gave us notice when they were 30 minutes away. The problem ended up being more complex than expected entailing replacing a pipe, the cut off valve for both hot and cold water and installing a new faucet. Andy and Sam were thorough and gave us updates every step of the way. They were committed to completing the call on the same day and had to make more than one trip to get all the necessary supplies. Andy and Sam paid attention to detail and ensured the replacement faucet matched the previous one as closely as possible. In addition to clearly sharing pricing estimates, they also ensured we received the military and senior discount since my mom was the one paying for the service call. We are very satisfied with their service and will be sure to schedule them for our future plumbing needs.

    We woke up to a cold shower- not a great thing! After a couple of attempts ourselves to relight the pilot on the water heater we decided to call a plumber. I called our heating/AC guy and he referred PlumbServe. I spoke with PlumbServe receptionist & she assured me she would get someone to help us that same day. Within an hour I received a call from Sam. Sam and his teammate Seth showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. We were immediately put at ease.     We had a great experience with PlumbServe. Our water heater (15 years old) started going on the fritz on a Friday and other places we called didnt have availability until late the following week. PlumbServe had someone out to our house the same day, applied a temporary solution that lasted us through the weekend, and was back here first thing Monday morning to replace the heater. They did a great and conscientious job on the install and have been servicing the hot water heater for a clean-out each year since. Today, Kaylee and Nolen performed the clean out and took the time to look at a few other concerns while they were onsite, too.     Our water was not working and Shawn came right over! He was so quick to come inspect the pipes at our office which is an old house in Wake Forest.     My regular plumber no longer available so he referred me to Plumb Serve. I called and spoke to lady I think her name was Kelly. Very nice. She worked the schedule to have someone come that morning.     Another Happy Customer of Plumbserv LLC,Having an underground leak with a water feed pipe to the house from the road to the house. I myself dug the hole up where the leak was and found the leak hoping to be able to fix it myself. Afte locating the leak and realizing this was a little above my expertise, I called Plumbserv. The graciously responded same day without the issue being and emergency response call. After seeing the issue the technicians tried to locate the water meter shut off. Tried for well over an hour to locate the meter for shut off and could not. They charged me a service call fee of $150.00 for about nothing. After a week of waiting for NC811 to locate the water meter at the edge of the property i had Plumbserve come back out to fix the pipe.This is where it gets good.The technician was great. Fixed the pipe correctly, timely and purposely left the hole open for in case the pipe was not fixed correctly and did not charge me at that time for the repairs. It was when i was satisfied with the repair that i was to call the office and pay the fees. I called to pay the fees and the office associate was awesome and was able to roll the earlier fees i paid into that bill i needed to pay for the final bill and that was over the top awesome. Please dont hesitate to call these guys to have them work on you plumbing needs. I will recommend to anyone to call them, they were great.

    I was contacted by Plumb Serve using Yelp! and The next day they came and checked out all the issues we were having in our bathrooms. The following week they were able to get in here and the job was a lot bigger than expected as we have an older home and they went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. It was supposed to be a couple hour job which turned into a over 12 hour job. They took care of us as if we were family and made the process very smooth. We had to have both showers fixed, new water shutoff also fix a leak on an outside spigot.We will definitely be using them again and I suggest that anyone that comes across their name to give them a call. They are family run small business and they take care of you the same.

    I called PlumbServe to look at our sump pump, and a tech came out the next day. He quickly realized that it would need to be replaced (bad motor) and went to work finding a replacement. He also contacted the septic company on our behalf to have them flush out the system. By the end of the following day, the unit had been replaced and we we back in business. They were always very responsive and up front with pricing. Would highly recommend.

    Sam and James were able to install our new well pump and get our water back on after nine days without!Weā€™d been quoted high prices by well specialists who wanted to sell us their own pumps, up sell services we didnā€™t need (like replacing our perfectly fine tank) and threaten that we ā€œmayā€ have to pay a costly fee to replace the in-well pump.We didnā€™t get any of that run around from Plumbserve. We purchased a new professional grade well pump from a local supplier and the guys from Plumbserve installed it without issue. Saved us about $1000. I would definitely recommend them.

    I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend, and was able to get Sam out the next day to help. While he couldnā€™t solve the problem (due to no fault of his own, just happened that the blockage was on the city side of the sewer line) he was friendly, efficient, and worked hard to try to solve my problem.     Sam and his team helped us out in a huge way at the worst possible timeā€”we had a sewer line back up into our downstairs bathroom, as a result of a broken sewer line. They were able to come out quickly (extra thanks to their dispatcher Kellie), and I was so relieved when they got us on the schedule for the next day to complete the repair. Before the appointment, they were communicative and helpful. On the day of the repair, they worked carefully and quickly and got us back up and running.     We had a really good experience with this company installing an icemaker in our kitchen. We were surprised how many plumbers we called that actually wouldnā€™t install it, ended up finding plumbserve on a Google search and they said they could do it. Quick to quote, quick to come out and start the job. Did a solid job. What impressed me most was professionalism of the team that was over- polite, clean, took extra time to explain things etc...
