    Very thankful for this team coming out and replacing our water heater. Mr. Faison thoroughly explained the process of changing out the water heater and proper upkeep. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! They had the old heater replaced with the new one in ~3 hours and had the best price in town.

    I have used Faison plumbing twice in the past week. My hot water heater spewed water under house and soaked it. They were here on next business day (and would have come over weekend but not convenient for me). The owner is professional, friendly, honest and did exactly what he said... I was very pleased with the men who installed and the owner came to verify work. Sadly, I had to call them again Monday for leaking commode. He was here Tuesday at 8:30am and it was repaired by 10:00am. He was respectful of keeping my floors clean, of my dog, and left the bathroom very clean. My commode was repaired as well as pipes coming into bathroom and is working well. I am very impressed with his work, respect for my home, and professionalism. I highly recommend and felt very safe with him in my home.

    Would I use Faison again? Definitely. Will I recommend them? Definitely. Ive needed them to do some work twice now and both times they have done the job professionally and with no delay. What more could you want. I do queston a $75 service charge on the Bill, how do you fix the plumbing without being here. Add it to the original price and lose it. Their price is still reasonable. Yes, I will use them again.

    Mr Faison responded to my call about my hot water tank leaking within minutes of my call to him. He was totally professional & set my mind at ease immediately. He returned to replace my tank promptly. His team was awesome & extremely pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this local business.

    Water was backing up into my kitchen sink when I ran the dishwasher or washing machine. I called Faison Plumbing Plus on Monday morning & they got someone to me that same afternoon! Two gentlemen arrived with protective masks on (which I appreciate) & did the work in quick time & cleaned up after themselves! They did a great job! I do wish they accepted credit or debit cards, but thats my only constructive criticism.

    I had a leak at my shut off valve went to tighten it and something inside the wall snapped I could here water running before I could get outside to shut off water the bathroom flooded. Corey came out after normal hours. Fixed the problem also showed me where water was leaking in the tank and fixed that. He was a lifesaver and did an excellent job. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. And the price was not outrageous very reasonable

    While fixing a toilet flush value, had an issue develop with the shutoff valve that really needed a plumber. We have used Faison before for our boiler replacement so called them again. They (guy called Max) was out within 2 hrs (on a saturday in the freezing rain), wore a mask the whole time and got it all sorted. He was very diligent and he made sure that all was good with the whole toilet operation before he left. Super Happy !

    My hot water heater went one night and it was going g to take 2 weeks for someone to come fix it.. So I put it in myself but it wouldnt work. Prince Cameron out ran through the whole thing and had us with hot water within the hour of being hear. I highly recommend this company! The employees there actually care and dont treat you like your being a bother, like any other service place. Thanks guys Corry whats up

    My pipe had bursted on Christmas day. I called the next day and scheduled an appointment the same day. Plumber showed up on time, investigated the area that needed service and only took about 30 to 45 minutes to finish the job. Very pleased with the service.

    Original review from 9/2019:They were awesome!!! We had brown water spitting out of our faucets a day or so after arriving home from a week long vacation. What a disaster! I found these guys on google (they are really close to my house) and I called Thomas (the owner) at 7am in the morning freaking out, and he had Jerry out here within an hour. Jerry figured out the problem right away - said theres a leak somewhere... they will need to pull up the well pump to see whats going on. Jerry and Corey worked all morning to raise the well pump and fix the problem. I decided to go ahead and upgrade the pump since they already had it pulled out... I did not feel pressured to do so. Thomas called me and we discussed all options. I told him that I was aware that these pumps only last 7-15 years... mine is 12 years old.... considering its been pumping sediment for the past few years we agreed that it makes sense financially to upgrade the pump now since they already have it all pulled out to fix the leak in the pipe. So Jerry went and got the parts and came back and he and Corey finished the job completely, they also raised the pump so it sits at a better distance of about 20 feet into the well where its pumping water instead of the 150 feet that it was put 12 years ago and has been pumping brown watery mud. Whoo hoo!! I should be maintenance free with this for hopefully 15 years! Corey and Jerry both were amazing, and sooooo nice!!! I am so thankful for them both and their hard work they put in today... this was a nasty job!! The pricing was reasonable and the work was top notch! Thank you, Faison Plumbing for coming to our rescue!!! I will be calling upon you if I have any future plumbing needs!Edit on 9/2019 post: I texted Thomas about an hour or so after Jerry and Corey left because I noticed the spigot on the well was dripping and getting the insulation wet. Thomas came right over and fixed it... a little iron sediment had gotten in there and clogged it. I was very impressed with his level of commitment to ensure I was happy with their work today. Well done, Faison Plumbing!!Edit #2: (a year later... now): I have been recommending Faison for a year now. My MIL just had them do a big job for her and many of my neighbors are now using them. So, when I wanted to update all the faucets in my house and the trim in my showers, I knew just who to call! I absolutely can not recommend them enough! This company is run by good trust-worthy people!!! Corey and Max worked so hard for me on this job, and Thomas has been a pleasure to work with over the past year! They are amazing!! You can’t go wrong with these folks!!!

    Great service. Repaired my broken water main cutoff valve and fixed my leaking tub. They had to order a part and come back due to unforeseen circumstances, but they scheduled to come back around my schedule. Very nice and friendly. Covid compliant and wore masks when in the house. Reasonable fees, came to what I expected. Definitely recommend and would call them again.

    I emailed them last nite around 11 PM with a non-emergent plumbing issue. They called at around 7:30 AM an indicated they would be here in about 30 minutes, which they were. Young man named Corey was extremely friendly and professional. He was done with his work in about an hour. Definitely the best service from any local provider in Creedmoor. I would highly recommend them.

    I called first thing on a Friday morning. Although no one answered the phone, I did get a call back within 5 minutes. I was in need of a new water heater. Within 5 minutes I had my appointment scheduled for the same day.I was told someone would arrive between 12p-1p. Corey arrived at 12:15p. Corey was very courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. Within 2 hours Corey had installed the new water heater and brought everything up to code.If you’re in need of plumbing services, Faison Plumbing is the company to use.     This company is one of the best companies Ive dealt. They gave me a estimate and fixed the issue the same day with no problems. Its hard to find a company these days that actually care about the customer and willing to accommodate the customers needs. They do not try to persuade you to use there company, I was given the option to get quotes from other companies and let them know what I wanted to do, and just being able to do that without feeling pressured was definitely a good sign for me. If you are looking for a good company that is willing to meet your needs and actually care about gaining a long time customer I would definitely recommend you use this company.

I called Faison Plumbing (out of Creedmoor, nc) the same day around 2:30pm on a Friday evening. They said it would probably be Monday before they could send someone. I told them that it was my elderly mothers house. They had someone at her house within an hour. Technicians name who was sent was Thomas. Thomas was a good Christian man. I highly recommend Faison Plumbing.
