    Easter Weekend, company coming & I had no water pressure then it trickled down to no water at all. Called Premier Plumbing to diagnose the problem and they laid out a plan to remedy the situation. Actually began work that same day & completed what they thought would be a 3 day job in 2! Replaced galvanized pipe and increased pipe to code ( old house), replaced worn out faucet system in the shower too. Very pleased with his work & professionalism. Highly recommend!

    I called Mariners Plumbing on a need for hookup and inspection on a cross connection sprinkler system, Jacob recommended things that would make the inspection pass for water supplier and county code, I will contact them anytime I need a plumber. I also enjoyed talking to their office manager, she was a very responsive and pleasant to my needs. I truly will recommend them to all that need a great company for plumbing

    From the very start, Mariner Plumbing has been amazing to work with! We called them late on Friday evening after discovering our hot water heater was leaking. They came out super quick and diagnosed the problem immediately. They put in a quick fix and helped with reaching out to the warranty company about replacing a part even though they technically didn’t have to and we should have had to do that! All and all, Jake and his team were amazing to work with and we would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

    I experienced a leak with the garbage disposal in my kitchen and needed a replacement garbage disposal installed relatively quickly. I contacted Premier Plumbing and spoke with Jacob and informed him I purchased my own garbage disposal. Jacob and his team are courteous and professional, thorough and have exceptional attention to detail, and was able to schedule my service quickly.The manner in which the flange in the sink for the disposal is installed is in a way where the brand name is centered! On top of that, there wasn’t any excess putty or silicone visible from under the flange. That is attention to detail! The job was performed efficiently and with great attention to detail!I highly recommend Jacob and his team for anyone who needs plumbing services!Edit - 6/24/24: In addition to my garbage disposal, I had three toilets replaced by Jacob and his team. I could not ask for a more professional and courteous crew. When it comes to quality of work and overall professionalism, this is the team! From scheduling to install and follow-up, I only recommend Mariner Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services.

    These guys are the best. I had aIssue after the repair of a small water leak. The guys at Mariner responded fast and did not give up until the issue was fixed. Very reasonable pricing and very professional. If you have any plumbing problems, give Mariner a call first.

    I found out when I was out of town that my house had no water pressure . It was so bad that my family and I could not shower or wash clothes. I came back to town Thursday night and Friday morning I called Mariner’s plumbing. They came right out to check out the problem Friday.I was worried because I had practically no water pressure and it was the start of the holiday weekend. They were very knowledgeable and completely professional. They started right away on fixing the problem and continued to work until everything was fixed. They did Great work and at a reasonable price. They saved my holiday weekend! I was very lucky to get ahold of Mariner’s Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!!

    Jacob has personally performed work at my house and his plumbing skills are top notch but where he really shines is customer service. We all expect a competent plumber to come out to do the work but I never expected one so knowledgeable and outgoing. He truly went the extra mile to explain everything and making sure I knew exactly what to expect. Could not recommend this company enough.

    Mariner Plumbing is a wonderful company. I have a whole house clog. The guy coming is very nice and detail. He Check it around the whole house even climb up to the roof to check air venter to make sure all are right. He give us a most reasonable plan to do the unclog and did an excellent job.     The plumber that came to our home was wonderful! He was on time, fixed the problem, explained the problem, and even gave tips for not having the problem again. Would definitely recommend this company. In addition, they responded to me within 24 hours of my requesting someone to come out and then came out within the next day. as opposed to two other companies I tried to contact, who still haven’t gotten back to me.

    Jacob is a very intelligent and professional young man. I had a pipe brake from my meter to my house I also had a leaking toilet fixed as well. He and his helper did an awesome job! Very reasonably priced and discussed options for the pipe issue. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job you may have large or small.

    Jacob is great. He was very responsive, and was able to work me into his schedule on short notice, which I was very grateful for. He replaced my master bathroom toilet. He was super helpful. He gave me a recommendation on a toilet; and had it up and running in no time at all. I have used him in several times in the past for other issues. I would definitely recommend Premier Plumbing.

    I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a plumber. Jacob was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He provided recommendations to prevent future issues. I dont know of many who would tell you how to keep from having to call them!! He does have to come back because a part is on back-order, but he wont charge for another service call. Very pleased!

    Sunday of a long holiday weekend and a renter says the toilets are not flushing. Oh-husband’s out of town too!! I tried to reach several of our usual plumbers, but only Premier Plumbing’s Jacob Hollis immediately answered the phone and was able to send a guy by evening. I was first told I needed a new pump by an electrician who was called out—but our excellent technician from Premier diagnosed it as a loose wire and roots in the pump. He cleared it out and got it running (and this was after an electrician declared the pump was bad). Honest, professional and really good at their job. Thank you so much Premier Plumbing!

    Jacob Hollis of Premier Plumbing is the BEST. He is extremely responsive and does much more than plumbing work for us. We are a property management company with over three million square feet of retail and office properties under management. Jacob handles plumbing repairs and maintenance at our 30,000 square foot Crawfordville Florida retail center. We had a sanitary sewer back-up on a Friday evening which Premier Plumbing responded to immediately and promptly fixed the issue. In addition, Jacob went above and beyond with follow up visits with our tenants on Saturday morning. Jacob is extremely responsive and his team is very competent.     Premier Plumbing repiped our home after discovering we had polybutylene. Jacob and his 2 helpers were extremely polite, respectful, hard working, and all around good people! They were able to start almost immediately, had the entire job done in 2 days, and even worked late into the night to ensure we had water that same day. Jacob was happy to provide a COI, active license, and multiple references. It is obvious that Jacob cares about his company, his work, and his clients. He personally called to make sure everything was problem free a week after the job was completed. I can’t recommend this new company enough!

    Fair, fast, and friendly. Jacob came to fix my botched DIY toilet shut-off valve. He even secured the water heater supply line, replaced the too-short braided line and updated my pipe flange at no extra charge. He also helped me adjust the toilet tank water level and took the time to explain how it all works for my benefit. All of this extra work was beyond the scope of the initial discussed quote. 10/10, will call him again for my next DIY mishap.
