Always great service. Couldn’t be easier. Enter your address, service gets handled, digital payment link via email, and they’ll send your backflow test results to the office for you. It seriously could not be easier. Go with Advanced Connections, LLC and you will not be disappointed.I’ve also had my backflow preventer replaced by Advanced Connections and it was very reasonably priced and service was performed quickly. I am very impressed with Chris and Advanced Connections! I scheduled my backflow testing online. Chris responded to my request within the hour and completed the testing three days later. He left me a copy of my report along with an addressed envelop in which to mail my payment. Truly an outstanding company who think of everything to make the process easy and efficient. They make it SOOO easy! They send you a reminder cqrd. You go to their website, fill out a quick form, and wait to receive the bill. They even send the results to your water provider! Oh, by the way, should your system not pass they can fix whatever is wrong with it!Cant say enough good things about them! I will use them again every year.

Weve used Advanced Connections for backflow testing for a couple of years, always quick and easy when our backflow is working properly. I guess we got caught by this years freeze because we had a failed test - throughout trying to fix the problem, Tim was incredibly patient and kind, talking me through what could be failing and what might be worth some DIY elbow grease before replacing the whole unit - he went far beyond expectations and out of his way to help us with our problem, and has certainly earned a loyal customer for as long as were in the Tallahassee area.
