Pan American Power is the only company I contacted after getting their name from 2 friends. They are a company that install, service and offer various generator options. I felt comfortable after the first few calls, didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere and began the process. Every step was clearly explained and the cost breakdown was detailed. The team members I spoke with offered answers to all my questions. The installation went smooth and was completed in 1 day. The follow up walk through was detailed and I feel comfortable with the explanation and back up detailed instructions I received. I recommend contacting them when considering adding a generator to your home … I am happy I did and it gives our family peace of mind.

Pan American installed a large whole-house generator for us in Slidell back in 2017, and has provided reliable maintenance and service ever since. We’ve never had any issues. We especially appreciate their detailed invoices after every visit. Also, two months ago we had somebody from Pan Am come to a different Slidell property to give us a bid for a generator. Sales rep Ed Drivon (not sure if spelling is correct) did an outstanding job explaining our various options. He took his time and used layman’s terms and the final estimate was much lower than I expected. Highly recommend this company.

Great people. They installed my generator. They have repaired it twice in 10 yrs. Both times the repairmen were professional and knowledgeable. Repairs were completed on the first visit. Needed parts were on their truck. Pricing was fair. Definitely will use them in the future

Just wrapped up my second standby generator purchase with these guys and it was another excellent experience. My purchase options were thoroughly explained, price was fair, and install went great. A storm blew thru Hammond two hours after install wrapped up and knocked out the Entergy power. Generator kicked on and ran perfectly. Even got a nod of approval from the MRS. for this one!These guys are Good to Go.

Although they were very busy, the gentleman I spoke with took time to get my information and put me on the list for an estimate. I am looking forward to having a reliable back up power system.
