When it comes to Electric Masters. Ive had 2 electric panels installed and a ceiling fan remote control. They are definitely electric masters without a doubt. You wont go wrong, they are definitely my go to for any electric issues.

I used Electricmasters to complete all the electrical installations at our new Micro Roastery in Cincinnati. This included running multiple high voltage lines, outfitting the main coffee shop bar connections, replacing multiple lighting ceiling fixtures and outlets, and upgrading the master panel for the building. The work done was absolutely great! Jack and his team were extremely responsive and made the readiness for the facility very easy from an electrical upgrades point of view. The quality of the work was on point and the customer service was outstanding. If we expand or add a new location to our business we will certainly work with Electricmasters. We highly recommend them.

I used Home Advisor to search for an electrician to install a wall outlet in my garage for my electric car. Electric Masters was recommended and quick to respond to my request. They worked quickly to set me up with a quote appointment. The quote was fair and reasonable. They were also quick to set up an install appointment for me. The gentlemen showed up promptly. They were quick to assess the situation and they worked efficiently to install the outlet. They also cleaned up the work site, so that I hardly knew they had been there. I was also very surprised and thankful to see that they had installed my cable organizer next to the outlet, without being asked. I was very pleased with the work and I will be calling Electric Masters for all of my home electric needs.

A breaker kept tripping at my house so I had ElectricMasters take a look at it. I got an appointment for a specific time (11am instead of 8 to 12), and the service electrician (Jack) showed up right on time. He assessed the issue, confirmed what was working and what was not, fixed the problem in short order, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Jack is a consummate professional and I can highly recommend him and ElectricMasters, Inc. based on my experience. If I ever need an electrician in the future, I will definitely call them again.

We had a dinning room light go out, and couldnt figure out why. A multimeter was reading only 90 volts at the switches. When I described the issue to the contact at ElectricMasters they already had a hunch it was for a lost neutral. They were able to schedule an inspection that suited my timeframe. When Dave arrived he was very professional, discussed the possibilities on what the issue was, and sociable. It didnt take Dave long to confirm that the issue was a lost negative, quickly found where the issue was, and went the distance to make sure that the switches were repaired and fully functioning. I wouldnt have been able to locate where the issue was because it wasnt where you think it would have been. If I ever need future assistance with home electrical needs, I plan on calling ElectricMasters and asking for Dave!

He also took a lot of effort by writing back with the answers I asked him. He also found what went wrong and fixed my issue. He did clean up afterwards.
